**Update**
Been
a
week
still
have
not
received
a
refund,
surely
needles
and
illicit
drugs
warrant
a
refund?
The
property
managers
have
been
unavailable
for
cooperate
to
speak,
ignored
my
email
and
have
not
resolved
the
said
issues.
But
hey
I
did
received
a
cookie
cutter
apology
email
thanking
me
for
my
feedback….
Found
a
drug
baggie
and
a
hypodermic
needle
with
something
in
it
under
our
mattress
in
the
handicap
accessible
room…
let
that
sink
in.
In
the
next
room
I
had
to
stay
up
late
to
wash
the
bedding.
Found
dog
and
cat
toys,
plates,cups,
wrappers
and
about
6
months
worth
of
dust
under
the
bed.
The
next
morning
when
we
asked
to
be
compensated
because
of
the
circumstances
and
absolutely
deplorable
condition
we
were
told
if
we
didn’t
like
the
level
of
cleanliness
we
could
leave.
We
were
then
accused
of
trashing
the
needle
room.
Their
employee
on
night
duty
was
made
aware
of
our
circumstances
and
told
the
room
was
left
open
for
her.
Frankly
we
didn’t
know
how
they
wanted
to
handle
things.
This
wasn’t
just
lazy
staff
or
poor
management,
this
was
negligent
and
dangerous.
My
husband
has
a
service
dog
because
of
his
seizure
disorder
god
forbid
if
it
was
her
that
found
the
drugs
and
needle
not
us.
Who
knows
what’s
on
their
floors
certainly
not
the
staff.
What
was
supposed
to
be
a
fun
way
of
getting
laundry
done
turned
into
an
absolute
nightmare.
