The lady at the front desk she was amazing very helpful and really nice and she was helping us getting the best room and I’m guessing that’s the best hotel in Gadsden Alabama Greta hunter tank you

Nasty, cigarette burns on blankets. Furniture was stained. The outside was dirty, broken glass on steps. The bathroom was clean. No noticeable roaches.

It's an older motel, which would be fine if it was clean, but it's not. I looked at 3 rooms, booked a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room, and the smoking room was the cleanest. And we found roaches in the room, one of which crawled into our pizza before I got to eat my dinner. At 7 am, there's burned coffee and no breakfast items. We're in town for several days but will be finding a different hotel.

⚠️ DO NOT STAY HERE⚠️ If you care about your privacy and safety I do not recommend this place. At 10 am (so before checkout at 11 am) the owner knock at our door and tried to break into our room. He attempted to force the door open multiple times even tho we were telling him loud to not enter and he still proceeded. The TV was on and we were talking so he knew people were still inside. Plus, the bathroom drain system was clogged with hair, causing the bathtub to fill with water. And I'm just letting you know, it doesn't feel good to be walking around in a mini swimming pool of dirty shower water. Also, the bed sheet were stained. When we wanted to share our disappointment during our checkout, the front office employee OBVIOUSLY didn't even understand a word of English, which was really frustrating because our feedback could NOT even be acknowledged at the least.

I have stayed here at least 3 times. Twice the TV did not work and was not fixed during the stay. The last time the shower head had a leak that soaked everything & flooded the bathroom floor. They were called to fix the leak at least 3 times. I asked about a discount or at least a free night due to issues I had while staying. Of course they refused. If you are coming to visit I suggest the motels on 411 or 77 the quality of service alone is much better by far.

A safe clean place to stay. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is always accommodating.

I stay here about every 4 weeks for work. The staff has always been friendly and fast. The rooms are cleaned daily and breakfast starts at 6am. For those that smoke, they have smoking rooms too! That's hard to find!

We use Wyndham rewards. We are platinum members which perk of being early or requesting late check out. We are smoker so we had two bed smoking there was no ash tray had to request one. No soap thank goodness we brought ours. Also I called and asked for 30 minutes over 11. The man that answered couldn't understand him or him me he had to yell on the phone in Indian to another lady who told me no no no I had leave at 11 the bed was horrible it had springs sticking through it . The door was broken . The location isn't good we watched a drug deal in parking lot. We used 3,000 points and it still cost us 80 dollars for room there was no discount it wasted our points. I have also stayed at red roof right by super 8 I will stay at again I will never subject my family to such an environment again. And Wyndham needs to raise it's standards on hotels they represent!!!!!!!! This isn't first time Wyndham has put us in bad hotel and refused to fix the pints or anything. They stated we don't represent them they are individual owned .

The reason I gave them 4 stars, is because I booked online through Expedia and I had selected a room with 2 queen beds, but when I arrived, they said they only had 1 king size bed and that there was/is an issue with the online reservation. But other than that, the stay has been great! Complimentary breakfast in the morning! And the location is close to the family we have been visiting in the area! Let me not forget the staff, they have been great and helpful since we got here!

We had made reservations at another motel in Gadsden, but when we got there, their computer system was down and they couldn’t check anyone in. They suggested Super 8 as it was close by and we were too tired to shop around because we were traveling on our motorcycle and it had been a long day. So we pull up, after dark, and I was a little concerned with the outside appearance but once we got into our room we were pleasantly surprised. The room was updated with new floors, new bathtub, new sink, new 50 inch TV, and a new mattress. The sheets were crisp white and clean. The bed covers had been updated to the new Super 8 colors. There were only a few issues. The A/C only had 2 settings, either super HOT or FREEZING COLD, there was no middle ground. There was NO shower curtain and when hubby called up front they offered another room but we were already settled in. The room was very clean except like the baseboards and headboard needed cleaning. That was ALL we could complain about and we weren’t complaining. It was super quiet. We couldn’t hear our neighbors or the floors above us during the night. They said they have a hot breakfast but we haven’t checked it out yet. Basic no frills room. We would stay here again if passing through.

😣😣😣SERVICE THERE WAS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED I WORKED IN THE MOTEL INDUSTRY DESK CLERK, HOUSEKEEPING, AND MANAGER ON DUTY SO I RATED HOW I FELT ABOUT MY STAY THERE AND I WILL NOT SUGGEST ANY OF MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY STAY THERE I SPENT ALOT OF MONEY THERE AND WASN'T EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE FOR BEING THERE I THINK THE OWNERS ARE RUDE AND JUST WANTED YOUR MONEY I WAS FED UP WHEN THE OWNER DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO COME TO THE WINDOW AND EXCEPT MY MONEY I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE NO MATTER MY CIRCUMSTANCES TO MUCH GOES ON THERE ANYWAYS I LIKE MY PEACE AND QUIET. WISH I HADN'T SPENT A DIME THERE NOW. BUT WE LIVE AND WE LEARN IT'S PART OF LIFE BUT DON'T TAKE PEOPLE MONEY AND ACT LIKE THEY ARE NOT THERE, THEY NEED BETTER SERVICE I WOULD MAKE.THEM A 1 🌟 MOTEL IN MY BOOK! MY OPINION

Absolutely do not stay here!! They charges my card 133.00 for a night that I didn't even stay there than denied it saying they had no record of me ever booking there! Very dishonest people I would stay in my car before I spent the night at this hotel

Absolutely nasty room. Mildew in shower, bathroom door busted, blood stains on the mattress cover and cigarette burns in the sheets and security lock busted just to name a few.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Before we even checked in to get our keys another guest warned us to check for bed bugs. Once we got our keys and went to our room, we struggled to get the door open because it’s so warped. Once inside (a non-smoking room) we were hit with a musty smell of old cigarette smoke… it was clearly a smoking room at one point. Nothing was dusted, live and dead bugs in the light fixtures, black mold on the ceiling and around the bathroom tub, holes in the walls, visible dirt and bug particles in the AC unit, dirty bathroom floor, cigarette burns in the sheets, fridge was frozen over and had various wrappers / paper trapped in the ice.

Came in late and was still able to get room through the internet. Limited parking but was able to park a 20 ft trailer and pickup. Room was clean except for floor. It needed mopping. Left before 6 am and was able to get receipt and lite snack for the road. Pet friendly place.

I would give them 3.6 . Nice staff with decent rooms, but better than the other super 8 in town

Beds were super comfortable, and the room was nice and clean. Quiet place to stay with great employees. Highly recommend you try them if your in Gadsden.

Horrible no towels wash clothes or soap in room at check in ,was supposed to have extra pillows had to ask just to have 2, we were put in a handicap room even though I requested a regular one

Room was dirty and mattress pad stained with unknown brown substance and not initially seen until bed was turned down. Would recommend to do thorough room inspection before accepting room!!
