Waiting period is too long. I came with my mother and both waiting here from 1400 hrs and now it's 1530 hrs. No response from the receptionist. He is just doing up & down his head and busy in scrolling his mobile. He should brief the patients whether the doctor is busy in other cases or whatever the matter is. Patient always becomes impatient with his/her problems. Basic ethic depends upon the receptionist he should assure all. Perfect timeline should be followed by team KLM.
