I had a smooth experience in the booking process, everything was communicated in a transparent and timely manner, the executive were very kind and respectful, they came up with all the information before hand and had a backup plan to avoid any issues. Cell phone service was poor while travelling but i did not feel any need to communicate for any details as everything was communicated and arranged in advance. I am satisfied with the service.
