It attended Sunayana(Eye) Program, It was amazing to learn, will update results after couple of months. The place is beautiful surrounding is peaceful. Darshini ji is amazing teacher, I loved learning. After Support is amazing and responsive, she cleared my doubts.

Words can't express the kind of experience I gained from this five day workshop. Right from the ambience to the guiding Darshini akka did an excellent job. She's very kind, helpful, calm, and composed person. I wanted to learn Angamardana for a long time and finally it was made possible because of her. Namaskaran I learned yogasanas here in Gurukripa Isha yoga and as the name suggests, it truly was a Guru's kripa for me. Those 4 days made me look into my limitations not only physical but also mental and emotional. Great place to start your yoga journey. This studio offers various different programs unlike most yoga studio where you just learn one type of practice. Programs here are structured in most receptive way as possible. The studio is spacious enough and the teacher is very humble. The classical hath yoga is taught here in most authentic way, as it used to be before Yoga got mixed with Western influence.

Real yoga should be taught to everyone so that they can again benefit from sadhguru and akka for this love and blessings. we love u 🙏🙏🙏🙏
