Pathetic staff, they'll ask you to pay extra money saying that oyo website is showing older rates. The quality of the rooms is also not up to the mark plus the creepy vibe of the place will disturb you.

They are doing scam, first they will ask for extra money at check in time you might be need to contact Oyo support several times to get the check in. Rooms are in very very worst condition they do not have clean bed sheet and pillow covers, you will feel like you are staying in a road side chawal apart from that there behavior are super pathetic no manner at all. It was like a hourly booking kind of chawal.

This hotel is a no star place and I am amazed that it is part of OYO rooms. When I was trying to book a hotel room in Dehradun, I found this and called them. They upfront told that they will not give me a room at the price Oyo is stating. I still booked it and was very disappointed as the rooms were very dirty, the toilet was so bad that I didn't have a bath. . They made me pay ₹1200 for a very shabby viewless and dirty room. . The bed was very uncomfortable as the springs sprung up and hurt... . People looking for a decent place to stay with family- please avoid..

The hotel staff was were rude and the service was very bad. The room was stinking. bedsheets, pillow cover and blankets were very dirty. There was no hot water. Besides all of this the hotel staff came in the midnight and demanded extra amount for the hotel room and told that oyo price is showing wrong and we have to pay money else we need to leave the room in the midnight. This hotel is totally not recommended to anyone
