Great rooms at fairly reasonable prices; although better deals may be availed through different online booking sites/apps. Out of season, service can be disappointing at times; especially in terms of meals as some options are cut out of the menu due to low occupancy. The road to the hotel is quite alright- however, the route on Google Maps is just barely complete, the actual street on which the hotel resides is a bit further in and depending on which direction you approach from, is either on the left or right of the nearby mall.

We had an amazing experience staying for 2 Night's from16-18th October 2023. Great central location, super great room so spacious can't imagine , fabulous breakfast, yummy food at restaurant, superb service , everything way above our expectation , great help for touring around .

Rooms and amenities were good but they have to improve their service quality. When I checked into room, I called restaurant service that I ordered chilly paneer and sache of salt & pepper but they didn't provide it. I also asked for chilled water even two times it was not provided. In night when I ordered dinner, I also reminded them that I need extra salt and pepper but they didn't provide it and clearly avoided the instructions adamantly. Rooms didn't have slipper and dental kits which I had to asked in morning. Breakfast was good and they served politely. Everything was good except their services in room.

For the price it's a vfm. The location is perfect, with ample and easy parking compared to other congested hotels in an elevated/mountain areas. The room is no less than a 5 star and in room for menu is cost friendly. 10/10 recommend

The room was very spacious and the restaurant served very yummy food, breakfast buffet was great. We had a very pleasant stay.

I have submitted a request to correct the location on Google Maps (currently it shows the hotel as located within Crossroads mall, whereas it's actually situated on a side street 100 meters from the mall). Check-in, room facilities, room size, response to room service requests, bathroom facilities, room cleaning, check-out: commendable. Location is very near to the shopping area on Rajpur road, and it's easy to go to Mussoorie and Sahastradhaara and explore Dehradun. But the heavy city traffic increases the travel time to the airport, Rishikesh and Haridwar. Access to the car parking area has a steep slope and incline - the hotel staff are very helpful, otherwise the car's undercarriage could have been damaged. The breakfast fare was tasty but limited in variety. Overall, we enjoyed the stay - thank you, Clarks Inn.

This is great place to stay if you have infants or kids or you plan to do business meetings. The room we took was 500 sqft which was very spacious. Room had all the amenities like kettle, sofa, work desk, fridge, dinning table etc. The washrooms were also very big and spacious.
