Prices are too high as compared to the food quality. You go to any other restaurant nearby , you will get better food quality at lesser price. The owner has a very rude attitude specially the aunty. Aunty is from some another planet I guess.

I go there every week . mostly the order is tooo late . Shopkeeper is very rude . There is no constancy in taste of food sometimes is super and sometimes it is very bad . outdoor sitting is also available . smoking allowed.

Once visited you will not visit the place bcoz of arrogant and so rude behavipur of shopkeeper... Food quality is just okay... Not recommended at all

There is no option for 0 star otherwise have given that. They don't how to talk to customers. They think everyone who is coming to shop, will take items without payment. And way of talking is like we are labour working under them.

I visited the place, and I really found that it's not a place you wanna eat , I mean the location is great, open air tables and some burgers pastas etc but not always available, Services are bad even was called to receive my drinks from the counter I mean what kind of hotle provide such services, my overall experience was bad , only beautiful location are not enough to get customers

Worst shop. They have a fast food restaurant and a bakery shop. Cakes and pastery are stale and overpriced. Fastfood is made from stale vegetables. There is not an option of providing 0 star on Google. This shop doesn't even deserves 1 star. Let me share my experience. I went to their shop to buy some items. There is an old lady(maybe mother of the owner). I took the items and I was making payment through Paytm. This crazy lady said that I need cash because I have to give it to someone. I said that I have no cash now and I will make payment through Paytm. And there are multiple scanners(Paytm, PhonePe, BharatPe in their shop). Then she said it is my shop and I will decide how to make payment. She said that make payment through cash otherwise leave this shop and get out from here(in an abusive manner). I said is this the way to talk to customer???? She abused me some words in Garhwali language which I couldn't understood as I don't know Garhwali language because I am not a localite of Dehradun and I am from Uttar Pradesh. Moreover she snatched the items from me. I left the shop. And I will never go to this shop where there are mental patients. I urge all nearby people that never buy from this shop. They are ill mannered people. Also they have two labour kids in the shop who are under 18 of age. I want to say something to this illiterate owner of this shop in Hindi. ऐसी पागल औरत को दुकान में मत बिठाया करो जिसे बात करने की तहजीब नहीं है। इससे तुम्हारी ही दुकानदारी खराब होगी। और समान ताजा रखा करो। पैसा कमाओ पर किसी को बासी या पुराना खाना खिलाकर नही ईमानदारी से साफ सुथरा खाना खिलाकर कमाओ। Worst experience.

Food quality average good but very rude behavior by staff or cashier and no AC or FAN working inside. Need to improvement in service , quality and guest relation
