Great hotel, rooms are spacious and they have great and supportive staff. Breakfast menu has varieties. Food is great too. I loved my week long stay at this place. They have underground parking and alot of shops and restaurants near by this location. Note:- pizza hut is just 1 km away if you are pizza lover. Tip :- its 500 meters away from raipur railway station.

Arrangements are Good, Supportive Staff, Before start of our Events, All the Arrangements are Done the Banquet Manager & Staff, Really like to mention that No problem on Electric Device from Projector to Mike to A/C. All are good. Lastly would like to mention the 🍳☕🍞 food arrangements was excellent no short supply everything was Good. Good job #Simaran Heritage staff.

I am stay in last 4 day but today my health is not good . I reached to late night 12:30. Am. I request to stop, please provide one glass milk. I take medicine. But stop say that kitchen is close and not providing milk. I am un happy

The Hotel rooms are very bad.The bed and mattress is dirty. Not recommended for family people. The towel is worst and it stinks.

Rooms are very good n toilets are clean. Located close to railway station. Drink n dine at room itself. You may find it costlier than market rate but with this room service it is justified.

I booked through Agoda, and standard Room was Pathetic. They give you the room in the adjacent building which was very old and shabby. Kindly do not book the standard room. And the attitude of the staff was not welcoming

It's a good hotel with resturant and other standard facilities. I really didn't expect that standard in a rly station area hotel that too in a small town like Raipur. Highly satisfied. Only issue is they do not have exclusive parking facility.

Hi Hotel Simarn was Preferred Choise of Businness Trips. But Now Staff is very Rude and Unprofessional. Even food is pathetic.I will not suggest any one who is coming for Business trips.
