Please avoid if possible because of the following reasons. Please note that this review is only for the breakfast buffet. 1. Expensive as expected because it's Hyatt and that's totally fine. 2. At that price, the number of options available are really limited. 3. Taste is just fine and you can easily get a much better taste at any local eatery. 4. Service is below the expectations starting from the parking itself.

Nice place to visit, specially good quality pizza is available, they keep good hiegin in the restaurant. Waiters are well educated and serves in a good way. The behaviour of the peoples are good although.

Perfect place to have some sushi, pizza and tacos in town. They have fine selection of food and drinks listed on their menu, buffet meals are available too. Staff was very welcoming and friendly, chef prepared our food exactly as requested. Tacos, risotto and cloud coffee on my list next. Looking forward to visit again.

Absolutely in love with place, the cocktails were amazing. Tried Melon Sour, Mint Melon Iced Tea, Johnnie Ginger and Firangee Coffee… all of them were amazing. Mr. Guddu Singh had made them, and his service was exceptionally good. He was hospitable, humble and what a magician with drinks. Chicken Pizza and Dumpling were great too, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, one can visit this place for sure.

Worst food quality... But awesome service by the staff.... Food is limited as compared to the variety offered in other restaurants of brand chains... I am disappointed..

Excellent location. Quality of service and quality of food and choices is great. Buffet breakfast was at par with any hotel as far as the freshness and taste of the food items is concerned. Staff is very well trained -- very much around the guests to cater to any needs but at the same time totally non interfering . Bar is well equipped , open and spacious and is a good experience. Will look forward to another visit to explore more of their culinary offerings

Location is good with a good view of the city. Alas a pool was missing amid the terrace lounge and banquet hall. Food was good but lacked finesse of its contemporaries. Staff was present but lacked vigour in providing service. Still a decent place to have casual events.

Was staying at Hyatt and hence went there for dinner. The café is good and quite spacious. The buffet had limited options but they were really great. The menu keeps changing everyday so if you’re staying for long you wouldn’t be disappointed! The staff is very courteous and if you request they help with any off the buffet dish too! Asked them for Gulab jamuns and they were superb! Must try here

The place was filled with all nice aroma firstly to welcome the guests and a positive environment. Food was quite appealing by its presentation only and can say definitely we had a soulful meal. Excellent place with nice food and drinks. Only place in Raipur which can claim to serve multi cuisine food with authenticity. Do try the Chef Sen's special preparations... They are nice. The grilled paneer with pesto is really nice. They take bookings and also have a buffet during dinner times.

We loved this Cafe....Food was awesome n special thanks to Chef Sen, Chef Hasib n Chef Saurav for preparing some of the exclusive delicacies just for us on our request....the hospitality provided by their staffs like Monisha, Monalisha n others made us feel the homely warmth....we are overwhelmed.....next time whenever we visit Raipur....Hyatt will invariably be our destination....

As the name is of of the biggest brand in hospitality world the food and service was pathetic, we were celebrating Bday of.my brother and it was a disaster. The food what we ordered and what we got was different that to cold service was pathetic I think Zero is also too much to give. We waited for 10 min for glass of water

I opted for buffet servicing and that helped me with having worst buffet experience of my life. The servicing was delayed. Staff was in there own world. And most importantly the food was a major problem. There was not much Variety to choose from specially in non-veg section, few item were absolutely salt less, everything was cold and "not so fresh". All i can say is I'm never going tthere nor going to recommend it to anyone. A total waste of my evening.

Went a bit early for lunch (a la carte only) and the place was deserted. Took some time, but the service was good after that. Food was exceptional, with touches ensuring everything felt above the average stuff.

Clean and well-maintained establishment,Convenient location with ample parking, Great atmosphere, cozy seating, friendly staff, Delicious food, especially the pizza and coffee. Prices are bit steep,but worth it for quality. Overall, a wonderful spot for breakfast,lunch and dinner.

Good hospitality but slow service! Second visit for Sunday brunch .First visit quite early on in the day and the second midway through the day. Vast difference in service speeds and a little in quality of starters too. Slightly disappointed.
