There is nothing cool or international about this hotel. Rooms are not clean, bathrooms dirty. We stayed with family and their bar played loud music till late in the night. Totally not what we expected. Please avoid this hotel if you can.

Terrible stay. It’s lodge not 3 star hotel. No hot water in winter. Breakfast was complimentary but not available till 9:30am. Whole night music sound from restaurant. Rude stalf. Denied GST bill. Wi-Fi was not working. For every problem giving excuses. It’s small management institute with few rooms. Terrible experience. Very high charges for stay compare to facility. Don’t go.

Service was poor and despite asking so many times the water bottles were not delivered to the room. Hygiene is really poor in the hotel. Reception staff is rude. Washroom latch was rusty and one friend got stuck also in the bathroom. Toiletries placed in the bathroom seemed expired so i didnt bother using those. I had no courage to try any food item here so not sure on that part. Definitely not recommended.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days Room is good and food is good Room service is very disappointed they kept asking you for payment when you order something to eat They kept asking for payment or advance payment to continue in this hotel Too many mosquioes in room

The only drawback of this hotel was the bathroom. Make sure you check them before checking in. Jet spray was not working. Neither the shower was working, Very bad experience in terms of washrooms

This is a pathetic hotel...used condoms found when i check in the room.. 1.Unclean rooms 2.No toiletries 3.Mosquitos 4.Loud bass will not let you sleep till 2 AM 5.Rude hotel staff behavior Over-all if there was an option to give -5 stars i would have happily provided and will not even stay for free.

It was a pleasure staying at this Brand new property, which is 5 minutes walking from the Mall. Marina is a nice hotel with excellent food and service.

Very poor service. Disturbing music playing till 1AM. AC not working. Not recommended for family stay. Cheesy crowd.

Worst hotel to stay. High volume and vibrating sound of pub continues till 1 AM. Maintenance work sound keeps on entire day. Very poor service, they charged more than agreed, complementary breakfast comes after an hour of special request twice to reception, room extension phone not working, even they tried to charge for complementary breakfast and then finally added that in the name of gst which was agreed as inclusive of gst. Overall it's worst experience. I don't recommend anyone to stay, seems it's just a party place for youngsters due to pub and in that also it's a cheap place, people stare at couples like anything, ambience is very bad, cost is not less than a five-star property. They are bunch of cheaters.

It's all rubbish we won't go any more there and please you also don't go because what you order it's not available at that time in drinks and food. And they fool you in prize what's written in the menu the prize it's not same when your Bill comes to you at last. And the last the water bottle will cost you at 130 which you will get outside of rupees 10 it's so much costly and the manger is also rude

This is a small hotel, there is no shortage of facilities, but the hotel is not maintained, the food is fine, the room rent is normal.

Amazing hotel with great view. Must stay in it if you get chance. Nice and clean room.

i haven't take any pics but i say the staff was very polite and had a good behaviour with other customers also. they know how to treat and solve the quires.

Descent location. Dont expect much. But yeah if you are not the one looking for best of everything , this will make you Happy.

Received feedbacks from my guest who stayed in Hotel Sheetal International during my wedding.. They complaint about the dirty n stinky washrooms with no proper room services provided, poor staff services, rooms provided were different from the one showed during booking.. Hope they consider all the below average feedbacks seriously and work on the improvement part..

Poor service, I called 2 twice for water bottle. But room service did not sent bottle for 30 mins. After that I went down to taken bottle, still they took 10 mins just to provide one water bottle.

Good rooftop view. Place is good for those people who are seeking some peaceful time. Not always crowded. Starters and biriyani are the best.
