We were two couples who visited there restaurant cum pub area. At the entrance we were charged with entry fee of 4000 without informing us the fact that there were no tables available inside. After making payment through card when we entered inside we were not provided with table and later we requested them to refund our money so that we can leave. They said we need to talk to their manager. The manager was ruthless and the most incompetent person I must say. He made us wait till 10:30 I.e for more than 1 hour and after that he charged us with 5 % tax for no reason and said I can only return the money after deduction. We said on what service are you taking tax as no service was provided to us on what service are you charging us tax. Later he called the bouncers to threaten us to which we objected and this happened not only with us but there were also others who were standing with the same issue. This is completely fraud and i don’t know if the owner of the hotel is aware of all this but strict action should be taken against such fraud

Not a place as it has been portrayed. They have a great potential to develop, they have sufficient space to have wonderful landscaping , which can enhance the beauty of the building.Location wise too it’s good. As of now did not feel it was value for money. Breakfast was not at all good. Wishing you good luck. Will recommend to get the assistance of some good interior designers or Architects.

I spent a week here while travelling on business. The infrastructure is still being built. They must practise better hygiene. At first, the AC wasn't functioning. You can't decide the room temperature. Hotel staff will set it 😁 Unfortunately, the cleanliness standards in the bathroom fell short of expectations. 🚿 The bathroom was a complete disaster. It wasn't clean, and the hot water wasn't working. The staff makes the least effort to replace the towels. Nearly every day, I have asked for the hot water and the bathroom mat. ☕ Waiting for more than 30 minutes for a cup of tea can be frustrating, especially during a business trip when time is of the essence. 🏨 Overall, I believe this hotel has potential, but there's a lot of room for improvement. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works on enhancing the guest experience.

It is very much like to go here in Kanth even with friends. I like the atmosphere here very much. Crore is also good and people also enjoy a lot. I also enjoy every time I go here. The DJ and food and drink here are ok, so I liked everything here...👍🏻♨️✨

Ordered dal tadka and garlic naan. Took some time to come but was veryyyyyyy delicious. Bathroom didn't have hot water though and the extra bed mattress was super hard. It's good for an overnight stay if you have an early flight next morning since it's near the airport.

Pros Nice property with good amenities. Theres a bar, a pool, large banquet, nice restaurant, good lawn, little small parking but sufficient, good coopertive staff. Food was balanced and satisfactory. Services were prompt. Cons Poor hygiene right from food serving to rest rooms to rooms... utterly under maintained. Also the cost vs value is slightly higher as in covid times hygiene is highest priority. Not even 10% staff was wearing masks nor gloves nor paying attention toward maintaining covid protocols. Parking is small hence if u have good numbers of guest coming on 4 wheelers then u will face problems. Approach is another problem. It's located on right side when u approach it from city hence one is forced to take a long u-turn. Recommend for a geathering of 100-150 people beyond that it will be small.

I gave 3 stars only because the lighting wasn't enough in the room. And there should be a mirror in the room too apart from the one in the bathroom. The other facilities were good. The room was nice and clean , the bathroom was good too. I enjoyed the food there. The overall experience was good. I went there to attend a wedding and I liked the decor of rooms where the wedding ceremony was held.

We visited the King's Landing. Excellent seating options. Good range of menu options and very good service. Ambience is also good.

Stayed here for one night. Had informed the hotel on checkin that the stay would be for 2 nights. But had a bad experience the next day morning when they asked me to vacate the room stating that they had booking for the day. No alternate was provided. Had a Modified American Plan but when I had dinner, they charged me for the water consumed. Said it is not part of the meal. The behaviour of the staff at the reception was of indifference. Overall a bad experience.

Place is easy to find and location is good. Rooms were stinky, damp smell. Raisa Restaurant was good, food was good and staff was amazing. The Kings Landing - had a bad experience, when we were leaving a lady and staff asked for bill at the gate, and said it’s mandatory to show bill etc.. they even asked if we paid the bill :) we didn’t bother to keep the bill being the hotel guest. Had to call the waiter to get another copy of bill and show the proof. Please keep the bills if you visit this place.

Location at VIP road. Bar and restaurant - food quality is awesome, performing singing artist way too good, service at bar was good. Clean and beautifully decorated spaces and furniture. I would recommend drink below sky with jamming on the rhythm. Prices are way too high, I don't understand why to keep the prices 3 times the actual price . I live in Nagpur but their everything is at nominal and easily affordable. I cannot say about the hotel as i just went for couple of hours to the room.

The place was over crowded and Covid protocols were not followed at all. The food was below par. Alcohol options were pretty limited too. But the staff was very courteous and the place is situated pretty prominently. Overall, decent late night hanging out spot.

It was a good restaurants. This is also hotel for stay and people can also come here for dine in. They also have dinning arrangements outside in open and also in closed place. Ambience was really good and good service. Food quality was also great and quite reasonable. We have Triple combo of Chinese dish which included noodles, fried rice and Manchurian. We also had Manchau soup. They also have good music. Some band was also playing music. Facilities was also great. They have bouncers also for safety. I enjoyed the ambience and the food and service. You must try once.

Ambience and place is good. But washroom cleanliness is worst. There was water spilled all over the floor. Waiters are not trained. There was no much option available on hard drinks. Menu cards were pathetic. It was old and greasy and pages were toned out. I have not touched those menu. When I asked to give me fresh menu they replied me that new menu will come after 3-5 days. Realy? and how I can forget to mention those mosquitos in the lawn. It was not good experience for me to have dinner in there.

The worst service, it was our first experience there and really the worst. They paid no attention to us, no menu was there on the table, i was continuously asking for water, after shouting for 10 mins they gave was. They were only servicing tables which had alcohols not us. Really felt very bad. Food was average. Even after talking to the manager they didnt gave a damn. Ordered noodles and we didn't got that too after siting there for 1.5 hours.

I checked in today i.e. 5th Jan’23 for a business trip. To my surprise I found a construction site in place of a decent hotel which has been portrayed in pictures and reviews. Huge noise and bad attitude is actually annoying. Please do not plan to stay here in recent months.

I had been worst experience visiting this place..they took cover charge before entering .not a single person was there to take the order since 45 minutes, and when we asked for refund they misbehaved and were not ready to refund the cover charge.even police also came and they were also helpless...very unhygenic and unsystematic management.I request all not to visitng this place ever in life.
