When the hotel was new they will take care of customers very well but now the hotel is changed totally.. Not good now for corporate for regular uses .. Room is available but not Giving in regular tarrif and asking to book online in 3times higher rates . It shows that customer doesn't matter to hotel .. Thus is 2nd Time happened the same thing ..yesterday(23rd June ) in afternoon I booked Room and when I reached Hotel at 10:0pm the hotel is sold out ... When I ask manager they are seeing or blaming each other.. Asking for seniors no.(MD) then told me not allowed.. Finally I will never prefer this Hotel to official persons because the staff is not professional or if anyone booked pls take confirmation on mail otherwise they will surprise you

Clean, tidy rooms and room service was good Staff was helpful Food was good The only thing was banquet was small, It may have occupancy of 100-150 people but it felt conjusted But value for money 👍🏻

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. Absolutely impressed with the ambience! We had a lovely time here and would like to suggest this hotel to everyone who's looking for a place to stay while visiting Raipur.

Hotel doesn't have a good parking space, the rooms are very small and breakfast is terrible. They tried to provide luxury experience but failed to. Washrooms were not cleaned properly especially the pot. There was no dustbin in the washroom. Toiletries were provided. Managers are very unprofessional in terms of hospitality. They lack humbleness and tend to be a bit rude.

Typical small town place tucked away in an alley. Services aren't anything great to talk about. Nor is the buffet breakfast. But for the money they charge, the rooms are good ... Clean, well equipped and functional. And that's what, I guess, a budget traveler looks for.

I stayed with my family in this hotel ,it really felt like I visited a family hotel . Very homely and friendly environment The property seems to be new and well maintained.

Location is prime. I stayed here for 3 days and it was a safe & comfortable place for an individual or a family. Room tariffs are reasonable. Bathrooms are really squeezed, hardly any space to stretch. The balcony was locked in my room. Overall a budget hotel. Don't know the food, never tried it.

Room are good also washroom also good the only problems it’s veg hotel and timing is till 10:30 pm but you can order food online they allow it breakfast is average and siting area is small hall or banquet you can say it . Overall it’s good stay.

Premium and clean rooms😍, all the staff are very polite. And I can't stop appreciating the amazing food I had there, definately one of the best in town❤️. And it's located near railway station. Had a great stay. Keep it up guys.

Excellent stay at Hotel Indian Heritage…. They have a Beautiful Ambiance, very humble and polite staff to give you great services on time… And the best part it their food which is absolutely delicious and sumptuous… Will highly recommend a stay here if visiting Raipur!

Nice place to stay with family.Good food and breakfast.We stayed for three days but no one come for room cleaning.Also no one come to change bathroom towel and give additional soaps.Otherwise service is good.Also celing fan make noise in my executive class room.When ask for rectification they say run fan slow.

So, this is the place where I & all my family, friends stay in when they are in Raipur. The hotel gives you a comfortable stay with the best staff and superb in-house food options. I found this place really great and comfortable. The staff is quite well-behaved and helpful. From ambience to room service to amenities, this hotel gives you what you need from a home outside home.

It was pleasant staying at this Hotel. Whole staff was so courteous and helpfull in every way possible also hospitality and food was great it was superb and delicious would love to visit again whole experience was best. I will definitely recommend others must visit this Hotel.

I stayed here on 24th july 2022. Very small and below average room. Poor quality breakfast and poorest quality services. Exit is from basement but lift not going there, and even after 3 reminders, no one from hotel picked luggage so i have to carry luggage from staircase. Location is also third class, in a Gali, where taking four wheeler is a challenge. Stay at your own risk

So we visited here last week and the experience was amazing. The rooms are clean, the food is amazing and a note of appreciation as the staff cooperated well since my mother was keeping fast and they got the fast items available for her. Full marks for the hospitality. Will definitely stay here next I visit Raipur.
