Recently had a visit to this hotel. As I constantly visit many hotels , from high end to low budget hotels. I can say that , price wise this is good enough. I booked through MMT, and got some discounts as well. The location is super cool. It is 0 m away from railway station, or we can say inside the station. Then comes the staff behaviour, most of the staffs were polite and friendly in nature, except this one guy who was totally unprofessional. But every place have such one or two guys , we cant judge the hotel based on them. The food was very very tasty. Food is available 24*7 just by calling to the operator. We ordered kadhai paneer and bucket of roti which contains five different types of breads. I can say that kadhai paneer is one of the best item i had till now. For dinner we ordered aloo paratha , it was served with salad, curd and pickles. The taste was okayish. Then comes the room. The room has basic amenities like TV, AC and all. The room and the bathroom were clean. Though it is situated inside the station, still we were not disturbed by the railway announcements , so it proves the rooms were sound proof too. Overall I can say it was a good stay and I recommend this hotel. Next time whenever I will visit Raipur I will surely book thia hotel again.

Very good hotel on platform no 1 at Raipur station. Good in terms of availability, price, food quality & quantity, behavior of stuff, clean niceness of room and bathroom. Good for corporate and occasional traveler. Very strategically position of the hotel. Only issue I found, there is some networking issue due to station high tension wire. Road facing rooms are also good to avoid such problems and avoiding the station announcements. Highly recommended to stay here. Complementary breakfast is also up to the mark.

Extremely good hotel in terms of services, cleanliness and facilities. Accommodation here is little bit high, but not much expensive and worth the money according to the appealing atmosphere. Extremely attentive staff for services. Food here is extremely costly. There are 2 entrances, one from the front gate of raipur railway station and the other entrance is directly from platform no. 1.

Had cockroaches luring around on food and even the room. The service was pathetic. After the cockroaches in the food incident, we requested some cutlery for our kid (couldn't trust Le Roi's hygiene on food post that) And they said that they will charge it extra- just for the cutlery and even glasses which were dirty. Finally after so much argument, they sent a pathetically used melamine plastic sort of plate and bowl which was again dirty. Nobody answered the room service post that. Nor cleaned anything. They didn't give the glasses as well. Never coming back here again. The standard has downgraded over the years. We used to like Le Roi back in 2015, but now it has gone to dogs. Pathetic management, poor hygiene and I wish I could review it in negative. The only good part is- if you've an early morning train from Raipur, this is a good location to stay at..since it's at platform 1 exactly. We've stayed in Le Roi, Delhi and Jim Corbett..but Raipur Le Roi doesn't match any standards.

neat and Clean Hotel Ever

The first thing to say about this hotel is that the staff are excellent. The young lady behind the reception desk and the porter were both extremely helpful to my colleague and I and we were both very grateful for all the help and advice they gave during our one night stay. My colleague and I flew into Raipur airport from England and as it was our first time in India we were very unsure of what to do and where to go. The hotel itself is situated on platform 1 of Raipur station so if you are arriving or departing by train it is very well situated. If you are travelling to the hotel from the airport it costs approximately 650 Rupees and takes about 30 minutes. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable but looked a little tired in places. The bed linen was clean and comfortable and the shower and bathroom facilities all worked as you would expect. I tried the room service menu and found the dishes I had to be very well cooked and plentiful - a very nice introduction to Indian cuisine. The air conditioning in my room worked very well and kept my room at a very decent temperature throughout my one night stay. Don’t expect this to be a five star hotel (it doesn’t advertise itself a such) but it is a very comfortable, well situated 2/3 star with pleasant staff and good facilities. If I found myself in Raipur again needing a hotel close to the station then I would definitely stay again.

I've stayed here for 3 days last week to attend my friend's wedding. To be fair, the hotel has its advantages as well as disadvantages. Advantage being you may opt to stay here because of its close access to the Railway station. If you have to stay for One night probably you may chose to stay at Le Roi but not beyond that. Giving credit where it's due, the staff I must admit were very hard working and polite. They will help you with everything. The food served as per my experience inside the banquet hall as part of wedding preparations was indeed very good. No complaints about that. But, the construction of hotel has some problem. You may observe that the flooring inside the bathroom isn't upto the mark and the floor will always remain flooded with water. That indeed is a matter of concern and regardless of all the other positives I'm constantly reminded of the floor being wet all the time. I believe nothing can be done about it except if the owner decides to change the flooring. If not done there are chances of water borne diseases being spread. Overall, I would suggest you to opt for this hotel only if you want to have a short stay. No harsh feelings towards the Hotel staff. They are very hard working! Thank you :)

One of the good hotel I've stayed ever. Room service, staff behaviour, facilities, cleanliness, front desk staff behaviour including conversation with Mr Jitendra Kumar was good. I suggest to start following COVID protocol like Temperature check of the guests etc. In the early morning no hot water coming.

Hotel is situated within Raipur Junction premises. You can directly go to platform number 1 from hotel as it is attached to it. Connectivity is very good. Room is spacious. Kitchen service is available 24*7. Food prices are on higher side. Bathroom is very small in size. Only shower option is available for bathing as there is no another tap except for wash basin. Small safe is available in room for keeping your valuables.

The place is nice and well maintained. The rooms are nice and spacious. Booked via MMT and rentals are also descent. Place is situated near to staion only.

Fine stay for couples and family both. Hassle free check-in. Clean and hygienic rooms. Washrooms are smaller in size which might be an issue for some people but they are well maintained and clean. It's situated on the platform itself so you get access to restaurants and other convience stores. The market is nearby. All in all really recommended for people coming from other states.

I was provided a room with twin beds. The width was so small that it felt like sleeping on a train berth. The length of the bed was small too for a person like me who is 5'11". My feet used to hang while sleeping. If we completely negate the bed, the rooms were very good & clean. Staffs were polite and helpful. I would suggest everyone to book this hotel & insist them to provide a double sized bed.

The overall experience was great, it is situated in the railway station. The staffs were polite, good check in experience, rooms were clean,tidy. And the best part is rooms are sound proof, there is no outside sound of train, platform etc in the room. Food is little costly.

They have their own rules and regulations. You must be ready for doing your own services. They have very bad systems for servicing. If u have to spend so much money you should not go to this hotel. They will serve you only 2 water bottles. Rest you have to do your own servicing. They will not supply u even a cup of tea or coffee. You have to make your own tea, coffee in lobby. This is because hotel has his own rules and regulations. Allas IT IS AMAZE GROUP Which is good for nothing.

Had an excellent stay on 7th Aug 2022. Clean room, very well behaved staff, economic pricing. And best part is location, it is ON railway platform No.1! I also liked their ironing room concept; you can carry your clothes to that room and iron it yourself! Such a simple thing, but hardly seen it at any other hotel. Just one problem is, you hear trains all night, obviously!

The hotel room AC is not working at all and the room are next to the railway station.whole night you would get to hear railway update. Been charged for breakfast despite not will to have breakfast. They don't have resturant Plz don't stay at the hotel. Today waste of money

Loved the ambience and room. The rooms are big , well maintained and offer some lovely views. It's right on platform 1 so you don't need to go anywhere. You can simply enter the hotel from platform 1 itself or you can move outside the station and then enter.

Had an amazing experience @ Le Roi Raipur. For anyone travelling with train this can be the most convenient option. Service and food is amazing, specially the Ginger Tea. Operation Director of Le Roi Mr . Sonu was happened to be there during my stay and he is an amazingly grounded person who will address each and every concern you are facing and make sure to resolve it to the fullest satisfaction. Located right above Raipur Station. Nice ambiance. Excellent service but food prices are too high and portion is quite small. Needs variety in breakfast. Good for stay, eat outside.

Perfectly located in the first platform of raipur. The perfect traveller hotel with special rates for early check in and baggage hold for late check out. There is a restaurant called lemon tadka in the ground floor which is okay at best. The bathrooms can be maintained a little better. The foods in the reception are sold higher than mrp but the staff are clueless as to the rules of mrp. Otherwise for the small hiccups, a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

The reception staff is very rude. I wanted to book the room for four days. The man straight away refused to book the room stating that we don't book room on phone whereas I am a regular customer & have stayed in their hotel earlier also. He said you directly walk in . Rooms are bit shabby. Washrooms are small and without much lights. Also in our washrooms the AC Outlet pipe was leaking ( Room 235) We requested the hotel to adjust breakfast/dinner with one of our guest, who didn't join us...and we had already paid in advance..he didn't accept adjusting the money. If you ask for plates, they will charge Rs 25 per plate We requested for an extra 45 mins beyond the checkout time..they assigned a different untidy room and switched off the power of the room The property is on Platform 1 of Raipur Railway station..

I'm staying in this hotel since long time. This is a nice place to stay. It's in nice location. Rooms are also good. It's in the heart of city. Front office staffs are too good. They always help me in every moment specially Roshan and kheleswar also in night gurutwa is nice. They treat me very well. House keeping staff also good there head kumaresh and one staff dimpy is good at her duty also gopal always help whatever I ask.

It was my 8th time at LE ROI Raipur and the experience was same as before. The service was good, the cleanliness is good, very nearer to the station. You can have almost everything nearby the hotel, you can have multiple choices for the food nearby. It was Navratri times and the atmosphere here was incredible. It was the best time to visit raipur. The staff of this hotel is also very nice, they are highly professional and treat you the right way. I would like to thank the front desk madam and sir, also the cleaning staff hasthini and all who clean the room. Just one thing wifi needs to get better rest everything was fine. Thanks

Direct entry from platform 1 of raipur junction. Neat and clean. Comfortable bed. Even with mini fridge. Relatively small bathroom. With low water pressure in health faucet. Toiletries could be improved at this room rate. All sorts of restaurants are available just from platform 1 of raipur junction. Plug points are working. Stay for a night just on the platform is preferable. Kind of upgraded retiring room. You can hear train whistles. Has lift.

Good place to stay if you want to stay near the railway station. Its gate literally opens to platform one of raipur junction. If you chekin before 8 am you need to pay 1100 extra. If you checkin after 8am you need to pay 560 extra. And you will get two complementary 500ml water bottles per day. No extra for free.

Merits: * Rooms are clean and big with all the other necessary amenities like TV, WiFi, etc one additional feature which impressed me was the table and comfortable chair for studying, doing official work etc. * Service is good and staff is polite and cooperative. * Location is excellent, it is attached or we can say it is literally on platform no.1. Demerits: * Room- But you may encounter mosquitoes in room though not much and may be not always. No HOT water, no dusbin individually for each room you can find couple of in common area. * Service- Bit slow in service, twice or thrice one needs to nudge them. They need to improve their response rate. * Food items are not sold on MRP but that's may be some charge as they are making available quite a lot of things. Overall a good experience but dissatisfied and angry with food available and services.

The staff are maintaining high standard of discipline in terms of proper uniform, very soft and kind behavior, punctuality in service etc. It has a IT enabled exceptional reception who knows their jobs and duties very well having excellent knowledge of their equipments and automation and processed check-in and check-out jobs with verifying proper ID very promptly and accurately as per norms. The hotel has two floors excluding ground floor. You can also directly entered into Platform No 1 of the station from the Hotel. Any disturbance/sound of train, bus or crowd has not been observed from the hotel complex as well as hotel room. Each floor of the hotel has its separate office for house keeping duties. Hotel has its own restaurant and they also provide room service. Food is very tasty and found very genuine in price. The room is found averagely spacious and properly maintained in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. They provided all the high quality of amenities that needed a visitor. Also, it is important to mention that each floor has a tea area, where two two water dispenser and tea accessories are made available. Any visitors of any room can enjoy the free of cost any time. Also, two ironing table with fitted irons are placed there. Anybody can use ironing at this place.
