Such A Very Good Place . Very Nice Staff . Their hospitality was very good.. Complementary pick up and drop to airport is added advantage. Good Food.......car parking Also....This is my summary of stay at hotel solitaire.. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay....They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. I had a wonderful experience. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues! The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Please give your staff awards! Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple galleries, and have drinks. It was great. Service top notch as always. Bed comfort can not be beat. This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. The downtown area on Main Street is a best kept secret offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people under 21 to book a reservation. I have stayed at dozen of hotels in raipur . This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much. Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm. Overall, I had a great experience with the staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.

We have visited this hotel pre covid . Now after 2 years we decided to book this hotel and even booked thru mmt after speaking to the hotel directly, when we spoke we were told that you can get an early check in no issues . We started our journey and decided to remind them of the early check in . We had even put up a request on mmt . Pooja chaudhry claims to be the manager of this hotel spoke utter rudely that she wont give us early check in even if the rooms are available cz we booked thru mmt . We told her we had requested earlier and even put up on mmt for the same . But she rudely denied and was not even ready to listen to me . She was like speak to mmt or make me speak to them i will see them . Almost threatening. So with this kind of behaviour and speaking like some roadside chapri we decided to cancel our booking . Pls refrain from this hotel its a request if u love yourself respect . These people are bunch of liars .

Nice palace for marriage occasion all facilities are verry good

Given three starts because something is missing. Overall good experience, lavish and big rooms. Location also nice. Food varieties are also good. Missing things - tv had no balance they fixed it after multiple requests. Internet - never worked at all saying the internet person wil come and fix it. I couldn't used it Food- They can reduce variety and increase quality. Kudos to staff (all ladies staff) serving round the clock and maintaining image of this hotel. Price - Overpriced considering above loopholes. Should be 2500 bracket max.

Despite room being booked well in advance and for corporate client,room key issued was not working and had to wait for over 10 minutes for person to come and open the door while checking in TV in the room was not working.After complaint technician came with alternate set top box after 15 minutes. Had asked reception for a bandaid(due to cut by sharp corner of bed) and it was not available. Room service is good. Choice in Complimentary breakfast is decent.

The food was authentic.. we were served several dishes on the platter .. and we weren't able to count even one mistake.. The rooms were comfortable enough with great service..

Stay was there from my company. Location was good but a direction mark to the hotel in the main road if possible, would be better. The rooms were moderately furnished but there were stains in the walls, pillow and their covers. The food was of average quality. The taste definitely needs improvement. I believe these things were happening due to lack of sufficient staffs. Even the existing staffs need more training. The basic amenities were there but these were provided after being asked. I wish the hotel takes this feedback as words for improvement. Architecture and space involved are good enough. These can be utilised in a better way to make the hotel lucrative.

Rooms r ok,not worth the money,but i think almost all hotels at this price have same looks..Breakfast was ok,hospitality is good.They also have noisy bar over crowded..location is in centre of the city.Over all its ok for a normal work stay…

Some items in breakfast was empty after 10.00 , though as per hotel rules its 10.30 . All empty..no juice..no puri.. only bhagi...no eggs ...tea not available at counter...yesterday I entered and found no watermelons juice. I asked for 1 small glass of same juice, the serving lady said it's coming but till 10 minutes it was not there , your tea , omelet .dosa all takes 10 to 15 minutes to arrive on table after placing order...in morning ..there wa no rush or crowded. Although ur dinner food was very good 👍..but in ur breakfast, taste,variety, management, presentation was utterly disappointing and unpleasant, unprecedented. Unprofessional. Both serving lady's in morning wer perfect..but ur innermost breakfast management was and is useless .I am think u ur self underage ur hotel..it's better for u and for us in near future... OVER ALL I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO MY OFFICE, CO COLLEGE, OR EX OFFICE COLLEGE, FAMILY MEMBERS....AND MOST I HOLIDAY WISHING WITH FAMILIES

Nice Ambience, Good Service, hotel famous for solo travelers

The hotel was good. All the food items were available there. The Hotel was bot crowded that I like. It is bit expensive although !

Good to stay, spacious rooms and good location. Missing the delight factor. Wifi sucked no signal. Although the receptionist told me they are going to change their isp but who knows. Their inhouse bar was really bad though. A lot of unruly sales people no vibe at all. Food was just okay a lot better option to eat in the neighborhood.

Hotel Solitaire is a very hospitable hotel considering its location. It's located near a heavily crowded chowk which is some kind of local business centre. Considering the location, I would have never expected it to be this good. The hotel staff were very friendly and everything I requested was on time. I had arrived by an early morning flight and had to leave by night which was not as per their check-in schedule. I had booked a room online on landing in Raipur and had requested for an early check-in on reaching the hotel. After just one request, they took care of my request for early check-in. I was really tired and didn't want to do much discussion over this. Hence, I'm really grateful to them for making this hassle free. Room service is great and on time. They did not disturb for any unnecessary stuff. Whatever I ordered, it arrived within 20-30 minutes. I had ordered some chicken tikka and a few cold drinks. The food was tasteful and was warm till it arrived in the room. I have no complaints on this front. In the end, I always judge a place by its washroom and theirs was neat and clean. Overall, a very nice hotel to stay in but the location (outside the hotel) is not that peaceful.

I got small rooms. They didn't prepare before my arrival. I have stayed many times here. Buffer breakfast is too good but need to improve room quality.

Attended a birthday party,staff and food was good,but the basement parking was stinking like anything,the entry is too high leading to brushing of floor with the hump

Nice,but front office or reception is not clear about complementary services free of cost offered to occupant. Any how they exhibit their interest in charging to visitors by giving this or that reason.Which is not in interest of Hotel , Industry,as well as OWNER OF HOTEL UNIT. HENCE Management must take care of OWNER,Hotel, tourism industry and It's user.

Visited this hotel for a family function. It's a good place for small function,food was tasty,rooms are also good. Liked the place!

It is a good place to stay with luxurious atmosphere.Rooms are clean and decoration is satisfactory. Staff were good and humble.Vegan and non veg both types of tasty food is served .Bar is also available. It's location is not in main road but very much near to Heart of City Jaistambh chowk.One can enjoy stay here on reasonable price.

Well it's a quite nice business stay hotel. WiFi there, TV is there, room service is decent. Just the only thing which I didn't like about it is the time they take to deliver the food. (If you order from their menu).
