Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money... The staff over here is not cooperative they don't know how to talk to customers. We bought a membership and coupons for a long run, As I asked for room and redeem a coupon they informed me that they sold a membership for building which is under construction, Suggesting us ideas about how can we avail membership offers for unconstructed building. They clearly demonstrate how to decline offer for their own address which is provided on membership package and suggested me to check in at non existing building address... They have some idiotic marketing System. Staff is unprofessional. It just looks good from outside but from inside it's worst than a 3rd graded lodge... Worst Staff, Worst experience, waste of money. They don't even deserve for -5 star! PS to the responses from sales team - Chuu………… Baaki saab samjhdaar hooo….

Sarovar portico is a brand in itself but the this particular hotel is below standards. Reception service was good with welcome drinks, however the rooms are average and doesnt stand with value for money. Breakfast served was average too. The overall building, infra and decorations are poorly maintained. Location is also average and nothing around fun. Also wifi doesn't work for all rooms, need go to the lobby.

Sarovar is a good brand and you can expect what is offers (4 star experience and in certain aspect a 5 star at affordable price). Only short coming was passage smell or perfume they used wasn't pleasant. Its was like some old and locked smell.

Perfect location for lunch and dinner. The restaurant is on the 3rd floor. The entrance to the hotel is on a slope and not very spacious to turn a large car. The parking is in the basement. Food quality is good but service is very slow and nothing to talk about.

Superb Four Night Stay in the Heart of Florence This family run hotel is approx 15 mins walk from the railway station. It is very close to all the major sites and designer shops such as Gucci Dior etc. There are numerous bars, restaurants and cafes with 2 minutes of the hotel. The hotel is tucked away down a side street off a major thoroughfare. Access to reception is up 3 flights of stairs, there is a lift but we liked the challenge, and if youre going to see Florence, yo will do a lot of walking! Our room was immaculate overlooking the bell tower and small courtyard. A vet quiet location. The river is 2 minutes walk away. Our room was large with a safe, large window and big bathroom that looked as though it had been just fitted, extremely clean and well equipped. The bed was huge, clean warm and vey comfortable. Tea…

Best place to stay near AIIMS Raipur, Those people are planning to visit Bhilai or industrial area Sarovar Portico is the best option for pleasant stay and delicious food. All the staff are well behaved and friendly my interaction goes to Mr. Sanskar, Rajendra, Lalit, Sunil and Rahul who is taking care of each guest personally during the stay. Hotel have very good Rooms, Restaurant & Geoffrey the Pub which are in nice interior, morning breakfast spread is good for healthy. Changing my review from 5 star to 1 star..nice hotel nice location but needs lots of maintanence..i stayed with family in 102 ..aircondition was not working for 2 hours after complaining they repaired it but next day morning they just off the aircondition plant...room without any windows...floor was without aircondition...reception Mr Sunil das was in confusion off some other room....morning breakfast poha was the worst ever I had...bun was not fresh.....it's a nice place but now need supervision of specially qualified person GM....NO DRIVER FOR PARKING....IT MIGHT BE DUE TO FESTIVAL SEASON...THAT also ACCEPTED... i will happy to change my review back from 1 to 5 star if things improve...bcoz it was my one of favorite place...and i am a frequent visitor

It was a horrible experience. Would never recommend to stay at this hotel. Staffs are ignorant, no ownership for any responsibilities, services are very poor. Arrogant staffs, Toilets are not cleaned properly. Room A/C not working, requested to change the room, they denied. At midnight around 1:00 AM it was suffocating, since these rooms don't have fans you are helpless. I felt like sleeping in the corridor of the hotel since it was suffocating. I literally cried and wanted to leave the hotel immediately. Even after explaining the whole scenario, no one seemed bothered. All the staffs are in their own attitude, less trained and inexperienced. Restaurant services very much below average. Would highly recommend not to choose this hotel. It's not a bad or a worse hotel, it's horrible..... It appears that it's just a one time investment and don't want to spend much on services or hospitality.

Their food served in flavor restaurant is pathetic. No taste, No class, No quality Their bar is also like any other average bar in the city but their prices are at par with quality pubs & bar in the town. Just by having a brand name doesn't guarantee 'CLASS & QUALITY '

The infrastructure and ambience is very good as pr the stars given. But food is very poor, services of all kind either reception or housekeeping everything is very poor. We asked for 2 glass for water they said no , checkout process took like a decades even when I mentioned that I have train to catch. They don't even give complimentary mineral water bottle. I personally don't like the hotel.

Service: Excellent. The wait staff is attentive and knowledgeable, and they are always happy to make recommendations. They are also very patient and understanding, even when the restaurant is busy. Ambience: Elegant and sophisticated, and the restaurant is located overlooking Lake Pichola. I went in the afternoon as I couldn't get a reservation for the evening. So I would recommend making reservations a day prior for the evening, even though the restaurant can get quite busy in the evening. The view of the lake at sunset is absolutely breathtaking and worth it.

Washroom and AC needs maintenance. Restaurant employees are LAZY. Chicken dish is not tasty. Fish dish is GOOD & TASTY. Lachha Pratha is too SOFT & YUMMY.

We arranged small birthday party for our mother. Hotel is good. Service is worst. Specially there is one person, who is manager there (I think his name is Anjam), do not know how to behave with guest. Wherever you tell your issues, he always say, i am perfect. I know everything. Very very irritating person. Food quality is very average. Standard of hotel is 2 star, not more than that.

Amazing breakfast spread, above all what was important was the taste, aroma and hygiene of the food and they nailed it , another amazing word added to the taste. We visited the restaurant Flavours for dinner on a special occasion. A particular senior staff was oversmart. He spoke a lot, did not note our order correctly and goofed up with a particular dish. The food items were served late and quality was not good. Overall a bad dinning experience. Staff in general need training. I do not recommend this place. Better options are available in Raipur. Avoid avoid avoid.

Singhania Sarovar Portico is a 3.5 star - 60 room hotel in Raipur. This is a typical business hotel. The hotel serves great breakfast and the rooms are spacious with ambient lighting. They've a small gym and the staff are courteous. I have always had a great experience.

Food & ambience are Good, restaurant staff was very polite and professional. But their malai kofta was more like a dessert than a main course dish 😄

from railway station 150 rupees fare to hotel. from airport fare is around 1000-1400 with 50 rs extra airport parking fees to hotel. all things are good like rooms, food and services but hotel is quiet expensive but you will get discount easily by saying my name Mr. Rawat from Delhi.

Overall bad experience and probably the second worst hotel I've stayed at in my 2 weeks in India, especially given this one is on the pricier side. The rooms are quite run down - walls need painting, the bathroom was full of mold (this is a health hazard), and some parts are very dirty. The service is quite amateur, although the staff seems to try to be kind and good-willed, just lacking any training. - Housekeeping took the hand towels and did not replace them. They also left a bottle of detergent spray and had to call them to take it. - we gave a bunch of stuff for ironing. Staff kept knocking on the door every 10 mins to give us an additional piece once at a time, instead of everything together. - Buffet food was not that good, but the staff kept staring at us throughout our meals, literally 5 members of staff surrounding our table and staring at us eat, not giving any privacy. Very uncomfortable. - Breakfast staff member asking me for a selfie out of the blue. - WiFi didn't work in our room 202 - Hot water only worked the first night - Bar got our order wrong and insisted we sign for something we didn't order and get something else in return later. - might want to install a coat hanger in the bar. Definitely not what you expect at a 4 star hotel. I've had better service at hostels that cost a quarter of the price.

The food and stay was really bad. Staff is really unprofessional, even rude almost everytime and not even trained properly about basic hospitality. Rooms were used to be decent but not anymore. Have given this Hotel a lot of chances as it was near to our place and carry the name of Sarovar but it always disappoints.

Great hotel. Very luxurious and comfortable. Hotel is very neat and clean, underground parking can get a little crowded though so beware of that. Hotel furnishings themselves are great. Every room is cooled by central air conditioning. Bathrooms are very, very good. Beds are very soft and comfortable. TV is great, study light beside the bed is very useful for reading. Staff is polite and helpful. Food is, however, expensive so I wouldn't recommend eating here. Not very far from here are a great many places to eat food at reasonable prices. However, the rest of the stuff is great. Definitely recommend a stay here.
