I
had
booked
a
room
at
this
hotel
through
MakeMyTrip
the
reservation
was
prepaid,
but
when
I
arrived
at
the
hotel,
I
was
told
that
my
reservation
had
been
cancelled
without
any
prior
notice
and
now
they
want
15,000
INR
a
night
for
a
room
of
1400
booked
through
MakeMyTrip
because
there
was
rush
and
shortage
of
rooms
in
the
city
that
day
due
to
govt
exams
next
day.
The
staff
at
the
hotel
behaved
very
rudely
and
abusively,
and
refused
to
even
talk
to
the
MakeMyTrip
customer
care
representatives
who
were
trying
to
resolve
the
issue.
Despite
my
repeated
requests,
they
denied
me
the
check-in,
leaving
me
stranded
and
without
any
accommodation.
The
behavior
of
the
staff
was
absolutely
unacceptable,
and
they
treated
me
with
complete
disrespect
and
disregard
for
my
concerns.
As
a
customer,
I
expect
to
be
treated
with
dignity
and
professionalism,
but
unfortunately,
this
hotel
failed
to
deliver
on
those
basic
standards.
I
would
strongly
advise
against
booking
a
room
at
this
hotel,
as
the
staff
seems
to
have
no
regard
for
their
guests'
comfort
or
well-being.
