The hotel is completely opposite to the one shown in the pictures from OYO. Firstly don't use OYO app to book any hotels. Every hotel is denying the check in at the price sold by OYO. The hotel people ask for more Rs.600-1000 . This hotel haven't provided any toiletries,no towels,not even the door locks . The MOST IMPORTANT PROBLEM is that the hotel beds have bedbugs (khatmal). I have lesions all over my body . Please don't book this hotel. And please don't use OYO app. You'll face humiliation.

Oyo and this hotel have a very different story regarding their booking. 1st of all they are not accepting the prepaid booking which was done trough Oyo app. 2nd they are charging whole amount of a day booking cost and not negotiating on asked. Don’t know but it seems same tragedy and scam throughout that region of Raipur. I don’t want to defame but this was happens to me yesterday.

Dont ever go to this hotel. If you have booked via OYO then, they will show you a room where water was dropping from ceiling and room was smelling very bad. Bed was completely wet and dirty. If you ask for better room, they will ask for extra money and even you agree to pay, other rooms are not worth the amount asked.

Worst room, worst service, worst receptionist. Any hotel in Raipur would be better than this one. Booked on oyo but receptionist asked for extra money to give the room. When complained on OYO hotel owner showed no other room available. All this happened late night with me and my husband. Do not even think to book any room in this hotel.

Totally pathetic hotel. They are booking at one price in online and asking for additional amount generally double at the time of check-in. If not provided, they are denying the check in. Hotel condition is also bad. I would highly recommend not to book such cheap hotels.

No acknowledgement to any problems regarding stay in hotel. All fittings are totally damaged and in very poor condition. (Not even the door-locks are functioning. No safety) No room service attended in our 4 days stay.. No information provided regarding nearby visiting places and to do things.. Very poor hospitality..

Smelly rooms with unhygienic sheets. A number of mosquitoes, mice and rats nest in the rooms. The food was good, but to spend a night or time for rest, it's always best to not stay here.

First of all, They Will ask you extra money, no matter what! Even if you have paid everything in Advance, you must pay extra to these begers ! The rooms are dirty, smelly and so unhygienic. The staff is careless too. I'd say if you stay in hotels like this, you will start hating oyos, it is THAT BAD !

Rooms are in a pathetic condition, I suggest you should try different Hotels around. They are far better than this. I somehow managed to stay for the night, next morning I had to shift.

Booked a room for 2 by using OYO app, then after reaching the hotel, reception manager told rooms were not available, but rooms were available on OYO app. So, the management lied about vacancies.

Worst experience they denied the booking after payment. They will accept booking in less price but when you will reach hotel they will ask for more price. OYO should discontinue with these hotels else no one will prefer OYO

The worst experience from OYO...The worst place and staff, I have ever met. The horrible condition of room... Musty smell...no furniture... The walls are worn out... And Top of all rude staff. They even don't have manner to talk. I could have marked negative. Never ever trust OYO... And Don't go to this place if you want to save your time and money....

Ek number ka vaahiyat hotel. The receptionist was very bad. They took my mobile and did rating without even asking. Rooms are so unhygienic. Poor service. They even ask for extra money. Place has downgraded as I used to stay everytime. Lock was broken and found rats in room. When complaint, room was change after 30 mins but service is not up to the mark. The only reason to give 3 star is only for staff behaviour as they are generous but could help if they are not equipped with items.

Worst experience with the hotel. Issei Dirty hotel I never seen. Don't know why Oyo is taking booking of this hotel. Oyo making fool . This is the second worst time experience with Oyo. Different from the picture . Bathroom is not good , even the flush were broked. Bedsheets were not cleaned, there were stains on the bedsheet, poor service.

I booked room in oyo aap just 449. During checking hotel staff denied for room they said oyo charged wrong tariff they charge 400 more they talk to oyo customer care and u all know oyo has worst customer service call is not connect .so I just pay 400 more .worst experience.

Room experience was very bad not worth in room every plug has broken washroom was so dirty no maintenance was there.

I had booked this through OYO app but while check in receptionist ask for Extra amount saying OYO booking is not valid for them. Room was not net and clean. OYO app pictures are not real. This hotel is not for family stay ( if you are looking for a clean hotel). Staffs are helpful and no need to worries about security. Police station is very nearer. My suggestion is read all reviews and see photos before booking this hotel. I am uploading few pictures, hope this picture will be helpful for others.
