Worst for woman travellers. The day manager is cheap and desperate as hell. Will keep calling you all the time, push you for taking a lift in his vehicle, get food and enters way inside the room until you scold to shoo him off. Pathetic married man, what a jerk..! Felt like mentally harrassed..!! A big big NO, for all the WOMEN. You'll realise what 'insecure' means..!

The lady at reception desk was so rude.. We reached at hotel 1Hr before but she denied to give us room even all rooms were vacant and available.. She asked me to pay 600/- extra per room just for 1Hr early check-in.. I am completely disappointed.. because I had already paid 3500 /- per night for 2 rooms.. Also room were not clean, dusty and hairy.. washroom were dirty and hangers / lock were broken.. No ventilation to room and bathroom.. Only one charging point in room.. We were unable to charge our mobile.. So bad.. and rates are so high.. not matching the expectations.. very bad experience.. not happy..

If you are going for Executive rooms, remember few things: 1. Forget about room size, it's compact. You will find room is just full of amenities. You even can't walk properly for a meter. 2. The wall of bathroom is covered with black fungus. Same thing is with bedroom. 3. The room has no window, from where you can get sunlight or open it for ventilation (whenever you are not using ac). Only one duct based ventilator is available in bathroom and even its control is in hands of staff. You have to go to them to start ventilator. 4. They provide only hand soap and a mug with two glasses. There were no hand towel/towel provided. 5. If you left the hotel early for any work and returned after 5pm ask for a bedsheet replacement, they would tell you the cleaning staffs is available till 4pm. Even they have no extra bedsheet if you ask for it. They provided me a mattress cover for replacement. 6. You will get a "kaam chalau" type room.

Service is not as much as I expected there is some deficiencies I observed :- a) Toiletry items not available b) Room service affected and no telephone directory available there. c) Toilet is not clean and there is no faucet for toilet. Overall average hospitality there

Well maintained with humble and cooperative staff with 24 hrs of service . AC room rent is 2000. Don't forget to take your adhar card for entry in rooms

We stayed 1 day here, The super deluxe room charged 2000/- which was spacious. But ac was not working properly, electrical issues like no power for 3hrs , all loose connections, the complimentary water was not mineral water they served local municipal tap water. Atleast they are not given in prior, provided after we asked

Nice place to stay Very cooperative staff ... Only missing was the kitchen part They don't have their own kitchen so you have to order from nearby restaurants... But that's not a big deal as staff is always there to pick it up from restaurant and drop it off by your door 🤟

Very neat & clean . Located just outside the railway station at a walkable distance. Cooperative staff. Given one star less because faced some water shortage in the morning, but it was only for half an hour and they didn't provide the AC remote, I had to use my phone. Overall, at the given cost the hotel is very good.

WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE: I booked a deluxe AC room at ₹1500, but the AC wasn't working. The room stank of mildew. There were bedbugs. WHAT I LIKED: The staff are well behaved and helpful. Location is good, directly opposite Raipur Railway station.

Cost is 2500 No proper infrastructure When I asked extra bed that was with full of dust, Even their toilet door are not able to close, Room boy takes 100 rupees for 4 cups of tea

The service and location was good but hygiene was not upto the mark, cockroaches were there, Geyser was not working. The hotel staff need to be work on it. Wifi speed is normal around 1 Mbps to 40 Mbps so you can also work there online.

I have used this hotel twice and the experience was good. Rooms are good and spacious. Location-wise, hotel is visible from Railway station (just across the road). Haven't used room services so no idea about it ...but you can ask them to bring food from outside (may be costly, choose wisely). Overall you can have a peaceful stay!

In Front of raipur railway station platform no. 1A. Rooms are awesome. You can choose room beds with double attached bed or 2 single beds ( double ) too. Also please collect your bill at the time of check out.

The Hotel Shanti Home is located bang opposite Raipur Junction station on the main road. It's easily accessible. Since its located on the 1st and 2nd floor climbing the stairs is a problem since there's no lift. Moreover it doesn't have a restaurant of its own . We have to order from outside or move out to eat. Washroom is too small with hardly any space to move
