I
checked
in
on
14th
jun
and
checked
out
17th
june
with
my
elder
brother
Commander
S
Kumar
who
is
a
Class
1
gazetted
officer
serving
in
Indian
Navy.
We
were
allotted
room
601
with
common
drawing
room.
1)
From
the
moment
we
checked
in
there
were
issues
with
wifi
that
it
was
not
connectable.
We
informed
to
reception,
some
people
came
checked
but
issue
was
not
sorted.
2)
We
chose
the
hotel
as
it
showed
having
a
swimming
pool
as
well.
On
check
in
reception
staff
told
us
that
pool
is
chargeable.
I
mean
what
kind
of
hotel
charges
in-house
guests
for
swimming
pool
usage.
If
chargeable
then
why
not
mention
it
on
online
booking
platforms.
3)
Housekeeping
was
not
upto
mark
and
the
Common
drawing
room
was
dirty
for
2days.
Nobody
bothered
to
clean
it
until
i
brought
it
to
notice
of
reception.
4)On
16th
evening
we
met
Mr
Nishant
in
lobby
and
expressed
our
feedback
on
wifi
issue
since
last
one
and
half
days.
He
introduced
himself
as
owner
of
the
property
and
claimed
that
its
his
1st
individual
business
property.
He
didn't
empathize
with
our
concerns
and
said
very
rudely
that
this
isnt
USA
or
any
European
country
that
the
inconvenience
be
compensated.
Instead
of
being
apologetic
and
humble
he
was
downright
rude
in
his
attitude.
We
couldn't
say
much
as
we
were
not
being
listened
to.
We
left
to
our
room.
Next
day
on
17th
around
12pm
when
we
were
heading
out
for
our
work.
Till
that
time
we
had
not
checked
out
and
our
luggage
was
in
room
601.
Our
vehicle
was
stopped
by
Mr
Nilesh
and
guard
supervisor
to
exit
the
gate
and
we
were
told
to
check
out
immediately
without
any
valid
reason.
We
were
also
threatened
that
if
we
didn't
vacate
the
room
immediately
our
luggage
would
be
taken
out
by
force.
We
went
to
the
reception
and
demanded
the
reason
for
such
behaviour.
Mr
Nilesh
didn't
have
any
valid
reason
to
stop
our
vehicle
and
make
us
check
out.
He
lied
to
us
that
another
booking
has
been
done
for
601
which
when
we
asked
to
show,
they
did
not.
Because
clearly
there
was
no
other
booking
but
their
only
intent
was
to
check
us
out.
I
quickly
figured
out
that
this
was
happening
because
last
night
our
feedback
didn't
go
well
with
Mr
Nishant.
After
sometime
Mr
Nishant
arrived.
His
body
language
way
of
treating
guests
is
simply
harrowing.
I
wonder
under
what
pressure
did
the
management
chose
him
to
run
the
operations.
I
myself
belong
to
hospitality
industry
with
15years
of
experience
in
brands
like
ITC,
ACCOR
and
Greenpark
group.
I
know
what
and
how
hospitality
should
be.
Not
this
kind
in
anyway
even
if
you
are
not
a
5*
hotel.
We
have
recorded
videos
of
all
this
incidents
and
conversations
which
i
will
only
share
with
senior
management
or
hotel
MD/owner.
Should
the
management
call
me,I
am
also
available
to
shed
light
on
this
matter
in
detail.
At
the
end
Mr
Nilesh
wrote
us
an
apology
letter.
We
had
intended
to
extend
our
stay
but
due
to
such
harsh
treatment
and
irresponsible
professional
attitude
of
Mr
Nishant
we
decided
to
clear
our
dues
and
check
out
of
hotel
the
same
very
day.
In
hospitality
we
were
taught
that
the
guest
comes
first.
Being
a
hotel
it
is
your
duty
and
responsibility
to
tend
to
our
needs
which
you
have
showcased
online
on
booking
platforms.
You
are
not
providing
any
of
the
services
for
free,
you
are
charging
me
for
every
bit
and
i
must
get
the
services
for
that
paid
amount.
If
you
can't
then
rather
apologize
and
compensate
me
in
some
form
so
i
leave
the
hotel
satisfied.
It
should
be
value
for
money
for
me
which
in
this
case
wasn't
at
all.
Hadn't
it
been
for
Mr
Nishant's
orders,
Mr
Nilesh
wouldn't
had
misbehaved
with
us
and
been
rude
like
nishant.
He
was
following
Nishant's
orders.
With
such
an
employee
operating
your
hotel,
i
guess
not
long
that
you
start
losing
customers
that
too
with
a
terrible
stay
experience.
