Excellent South Indian food, good variety; North Indian food can also be ordered from the adjacent restaurant Black Pepper. Filter coffee is a must try. Definitely strong South Indian vibes!!

The butter onion rava masala dosa & paper masala dosa was really delicious !! Staff was also polite and interactive.

Authentic South Indian food served here I liked all of them we ordered like medu vada was tasty n crispy , rava dosa , especially the two type chatni was a good. The place literally has good vibes I am from Pune and was there for trek to Deoriatal Chandrashila . We wanted a change after eating stuff like parathas etc and this place fulfilled our needs. The staff is courteous, a nice ambience and a quite hygienic hotel was that I observed I can suggest this place for a perfect South Indian breakfast or meal

The place is wonderful and even the food is very delicious. The pricing also is very affordable. A must visit place for South Indian food lovers.

This outlet is located at Rajpur Road . Right from the entrance you will get the vibes of South Indian culture and make you feel being present in the south indian only !! I have ordered ghee dosa - getting flavour of ghee with great portion of filling potato Dahi boondi - one of my favourite (recommended) Fruit puch - amazing taste and Ended with their special coffee. Brilliant and Warm hospitality and i had ab wonderful experience over there !! I would love to visit again and would like to highly recommended this place for everyone.

Recently visited this place. They serve crispy dosas n the menu is not too large but food is flavourful. Loved the dahi wada, mysore masala dosa n idli was fresh n soft.

Delicious South Indian Food Ever I Taste Before!

Absolutely love the food from this place! I mostly order online and the delivery is always fast and the food is still hot upon arrival. The dosai from here is always crisp on arrival - an almost impossible feat they've managed to achieve. :) Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious and traditional South Indian cuisine in the valley.

Wonder why all portion sizes are becoming smaller and tiny? When I was young sambar was served in large donga and all sauces in bowls. Now do u notice microscopic size of sambar and sauces. No doubt when asked for, more was served. All restaurants have to provide value for money

Delicious South Indian cuisine, variety of authentic dosa, Great ambiance, Friendly staff, great service.. This is iconic place with many celebrities have been visited in past to try their scrumptious dishes and dosas. Ghee masala roast is my personal favourite!

Very good South Indian food and courteous staff. Been here several times and never got disappointed by the taste of food. Jain food ( no onion no garlic) options also available. Recommended.. Only issue is the availability of less parking space at astley hall but till now have been able to manage..

Decent dosas, good chutney, okayish ambience, but the dosa we get for 60₹-70₹ in south India is priced 160₹-170₹.

First time, I tried food from this place in 2022 and I have been a fan since. Food is amazing. Ambience is top notch. It’s so relaxing and calm. And the services provided by the staff is superb, as well. They won’t let you feel unattended. This place is worth every penny! 🙂☺️

if you want to have good quality and taste of South Indian food This is the Best place in Dehradun

The taste is really authentic. The place really has South Indian vibes. On asking, they had even provided me sambar and chutneys without onion and garlic. The chutney had such nice and fresh flavor of coconut. Their manager, Mr. Rawat greeted and talked with me while leaving. He also suggested to try another outlet of theirs, The Black Pepper. All in all it is a must try place.

Great place for South Indian food. Have been eating here for several years and thee food quality has been good always. They used to serve rasam as starter but have stopped now. The decor is simple but clean and the service is good.

I highly recommend this South Indian restaurant. The ambiance and taste of food was awesome. Vada was just amazing and Rawa kesari halwa was also best as it got some pineapple flavour here. Mr Rajendra Rawat and Govind were to generous and humble while placing the orders. One thing I suggest that they should put original banana leaf on the table then it will become more authentic South Indian food.

Ordered from here multiple times and thought that it's a cloud kitchen. On some digging found out that this restaurant is at the main Astley Hall, right next to McDonald's. Quick and responsive service makes this place amazing. The best dosa I've had in Doon. The sambhar and the coconut chutney is to die for. I honestly can't think of anything negative for this restaurant. Highly Recommended!

One of the best South indian resturant in dehradun. Have been to this place more than 10 times with family and friends. The embience is soothing, food is delectable. Staff is very warm and giving. Usually crowded during the day and at dinner time. The food served is of great quality. If u r looking for a south indian resturant ,its the go to place.

I tried their Mix Veg Uttapam and Butter Milk. I'm a big fan of Sagar Ratna, and this place felt almost the same. Great ambiance, polite staff, delicious servings, even the prices; everything reminded me of Sagar Ratna. I think they should include more cuisines in their menu, but probably the South Indian Vibes won't be the same then. 😁

Not a foodie but still have taste buds and masala dosa cured it also you get excilent service or more that I felt by manager Mr sushil Bisht ji and a person who goes out of your way to please you our server for the evening Mr Govind hats off for making my evening a pleasurable one also try mysur masala dosa it's good but I really missed rasam kindly bring it back

We ordered Masala Dosa and Idli and I would say the best south Indian in Dehradun!! Must try because not only food but the ambience and staff is very amazing and they know how to greet their customer In a right way.

Amazing food, earlier I was used to visit Udupi,I just visited today. Found delicious and healthy food. Complete taste of South Indian. I really appreciate their services and decorations. I recommend every person to visit and have the taste of real south indian taste.

The butter masala dosa was good 🙂 3 varieties of Chutney, coconut, Tomato and Pudina lends the touch of the Hotels in Tamil Nadu. Didn't like the Sambar much, but it was decent enough to taste nonetheless. They don't serve rice here in case you're looking for a Thali. They offer another kind of platter with the dosa and idly combos instead. Suggestion: Yes, vibes indeed. Appreciate the intent of having banana leaves as paper mats for the feel; but please get reusable washable versions of them done. It would be good to reuse and reduce paper waste.
