awful service of the staff members. Poor quality of food. Too much of yeast was used in the bhatura and only curd was used in the preparation of the Raj kachori with just a piece of potato. Was'nt satisfactory at all. Also wasn't preventive regarding the sanitization.

We visited ye Bikaner restaurant in Dehradun. Our experience was awful. There was smell in the potatoes of dosa l. The idli was as hard as rock and the chutney seems to be smelly

The food was good But I thought the somosa was precooked they just microwaved it and gave. Pudina chutney was great also they gave rasogolla at 12₹ per piece.

We all know that Bikanervala is a well know food chain , that have a variety of food items .I had visited Bikanervala in so many cities,This time I visited Dehradun outlet ,we ordered special Thali and Deluxe Thali,quantity They serve is good,but the taste was not match with the standard of Other Bikanervala outlets,No salt in mix vegetables insipid rice also,They need to work on food taste, Ambiance is average,overall average but not have the same taste as other Bikanervala Outlets have .

Very poor maintenance, smelly washroom handwash area, one of the worst maintained bikanerwala I have ever visited, ac not working, many items on menu are not available, could not believe it's bikanerwala, taste is bikanerwala standard, empty on Saturday night, over unhappy experience...

Saw the restaurant really busy when walking past, and just wanted to try out. Unfortunately found an insect in my food. Explanation from the manager however, is that there were insect outside of kitchen that come flying. They offer to switch me another dish which was average/ok, probably because I lost my appetite, and I paid the normal bill. I spoke to the owner of the restaurant as well regarding this and there was no such apologies. Doesn't seem to me they take food hygiene very seriously here. Wouldn't recommend people to come here.

One has to stand in a que to place order and make advance payment. Every additional order has to be placed at the counter...this is horrible management especially when there are several better options available in Dehradun. The veg noodles was more like sewai upma. I would suggest other options like Anandam for vegetarian food.

Tried a dhokla here it was 'okayy' Was expecting much better taste from this place, service and hygiene was good Ample parking and good sitting arrangement, will try more food from this place and I'll update my review then. I purchased aata ladoo and these guys showed us fresh ladoo and served us very old ones. Not able to eat them. Please find image attached. 1 ladoo is fresh and other are rotten and broken

In the upcoming Summer months , people out shopping will throng the clean , spacious and adequately air-conditioned Bikanervala food court to beat the heat while out on their shopping sprees and to sample their fresh, sweet and savoury items as well!! The location of the Food joint@Bikanervala is ideal to ensure a steady foot fall of customers...On the taste scale , the items have the Bikanervala stamp of quality written all over them ... Fairly satisfactory experience!!

Kinda average food. Not as same standards as other bikaner outlets. Although chole bhatoora was good, but raj kachori broke my heart. The staff was polite and offered another kachori but still not satisfactory.

The food was okay, but the service was very poor and there was a significant delay in receiving the food. Additionally, the music system was not good as it was too noisy. The air conditioning was also not cooling properly, and the cutlery and napkins were not provided with the food.

Absolutely devastated to see how their quality has gone down in a year. Also for some reason I feel no one from their team even cares about customers taste or improving quality. As soon as I reached the outlet I was left unattended for at least half an hour. I truly felt sorry for myself for choosing Bikanerwala over any other store like Anandam or Kumar sweets. Like if you feel the same.

Staff shouts a lot!!! You can’t enjoy your meals. It’s overpriced and taste is okay

I ordered Atta dahi puri and they give suji when I asked waiter for the same he denied. My experience is not good here as food taste is not good as the prices are. I ordered pav bhaji and the onion given as a salad was not even washed and excess oil in bhaji.

had a terrible experience at this branch – the rasgullas were stale and smelly. It’s a complete fraud, and they don’t care about customers’ health. This place should be shut down, and a police case should be filed for heavy fines. Such places should not exist. Never recommend. #boycottbikanerwaladehradun

Awful experience! The food was a joke in the name of Indian food. It was full of cream and fake butter. We couldn't taste the actual ingredients but rather the greacy paneer and dal. The rotis were smeared with so much butter that it was extremely difficult to digest later on.

The place has recently opened, very posh. As we entered there was not a single customer in sight. (Wondered why, coz it's bikanervala and its usually crowded) ordered a simple dhokla , kachori, cappuccino and kulhad wali chai... so the dhokla , was extremely dry from inside, so dry that it was powdery and inedible also there was no hari mirch with it..., the kachori was dry, the cappuccino wasn't there but a regular hot coffee was provided and the kulhad was missing from the kulhad wali chai... the service also wasn't great, no tissues on the table, no water was provided... now I understand why there wasn't a single customer when we walked in....

Everything was good until they gave me stale Kesar Pista Milk. I got ill. Worst Experience

On my visit, I ordered the chhole bhature and rasgulla, and both dishes were excellent. The chhole bhature was served hot and had a perfect balance of spices, while the rasgulla was soft and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. In addition to these dishes, I also tried the samosa at Bikanerwala and it was equally good. The pastry was crispy and the filling was well-seasoned and flavorful. Overall, I had a great dining experience at Bikanerwala and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious North Indian food in a comfortable and welcoming ambience.

We ordered Chinese platter,masala lemonade,lassi,special thali,pav bhaji. Chinese platter-It was okayish in taste but quantity was way too less. Masala lemonade -It was a joke,they put some syrup on it .It was too bad Pav bhaji-Too oily. Special thali-It was okay in taste Overall I didn't like the quality of the food.Most of the items were not there and whatever we ordered were not good Disappointed by this outlet!

We tried chole bhature and pavbhaji at the newly opened outlet of Bikanerwala bindal bridge branch. The food quality was realy not upto the mark, pavbhaji was pathetic i haven't eaten such a tasteless food uptil now. Just don't waste your money on such big name far better food with great taste have been served at many local eateries in dehradun.

Tried food at new Bikanervala branch, bindal bridge, Chakrata road dehradun. Food is pathetic. We tried tikki chaat & bhelpuri and both were tasteless and very bad. Tikki at stalls in dehradun are far far better than this. They need to improve their food quality

I wish there was a option to give a zero star rating. Ordered Chole bhature which was average in taste and Noodles and Chili Panner which was so pathetic that cannot be described in words. The Panner was stale and so high on Chili that it was hard to even eat one spoon of that. Also the service was pathetic.They serve you the normal plain water that too on a hot summer day. Cleaniness not upto the mark..Smelly washroom.Never going to this place again.

Bikanervala A well known place by Indian.u can get north ,south ,Chinese cuisine under one roof ..quality of food is amazing.enough space for sitting bt washrooms are filthy ..

I ate South Indian food the food is not at all good no salt in coconut chutney no salt in masala dosa and the dosa is so cold the restaurant serves good meals but don't know what happened today..... Not at all happy with the service

Bad service. Washroom taps were choked and broken - not working, bucket kept with mug for hand washing. Poor hygiene conditions and food quality too.

In comparison to Haldiram , food quality is not up to the mark. Navratra Thali is horrible. Cleanliness is pathetic Will never come again
