Not enjoyed much,no much space as the people gather there,and what a social distance have you observe it at the counters rubbish,you so renowned brand has to maintain this,it's good to take temperature at entranc and contact less wash room but no one is persuading the visitors for sanitization at entranc,and what the hell the quality of so called burgers and coffee taste aweful, don't want to visit anymore and advise others too.

Worst shhty mc chicken burger for 265 rupees I wasted... This is the worst burger brand... Don't waste your money and burger will kill your taste buds... Ice cold frozen chicken paty inside shht stale bun... One smal slice of tomato and one outer cover of onion and some shhty green mint sauce this what you get in Mc chicken burger.. Wanna sue

Its a nice place and some located just near to the clock tower . Yes but food not so much healthy and it can make you fat if you take this regularly .

It's really a good place to have a good meal time with friends and family. You can feel freshness in the food and desserts. Only problem is that the layout is little narrow and conjested which becomes worst during the roushes. Parking is also one major issue, otherwise food and services are fair enough.

There is a lot of seating area and the food is what you'd get at any McD. I personally liked the iced tea

We just went for desert try at night and this McD has different vibes and proper self service counter to order and a person to assist you with and we ordered mcflurry brownie and it tasted really good and with our coupon code we got cold coffee as complimentary but It was ok ok

One of the most visited restaurant in Doon. Good service, tastes same as always good. Sitting space is less, and parking issue due to common parking in the building.

The place is good, but the sitting capacity is small. There are screens installed for self ordering but the payment does not work. There is rush most of the time so you’ll have to wait for your turn. Parking is also a problem. Other MacDs are much better as compared to this outlet when it comes to taste and service quality.

McD has changed. I have visited it after so long. New avtar is modern, unique and cool. Liked it. Rest, food is like always: just awesome. I'm loving it. One more thing, payment counters has been changed to self order displays and i hope no one is facing difficulty in ordering and enjoying their meals at new McDonald's.😋😄🥰

Chicken burger was the only non-vegetarian meal. Fortunately, the French fries were good.

It used to be so good but Since it have been renewed with new staff, it have become worst. Poor services sometimes they don’t serve at your table on time sometimes they miss something in your meal. It’s happening to me for the fourth time. Really disappointed

The place is neat just like the other branches of McDonald's. I really liked their party hall and decoration. The staff is really polite and the service is fast and precise.

This outlet is a must try outlet. You can definitely try the big spicy paneer wrap and their cold coffee. The staff here is very very helpful and generous ♥️. I mistakenly threw my cold coffee on the floor and after seeing this the staff gave me a new one without taking any charges. Love you Mc Donald's ❣️.

The vibes were nice. The lighting was good for the purpose of photography. The background was also neat. And the food never disappoints.

Self order saves lots of time and is very convinient. Only thing to improve is quick table clean service after it becomes vacant. Parking is a bit of a task. 2 wheeler is preferred. Freebies to kids like cardboard crown or anything of that sort will make them happy

This is not a food review but rather a review of staff attitude. It so happened that a few days back on Holi evening I stopped at this outlet to pick chilli sauce sachets for one of my friends in Mussoorie. I paid and found out later that I was given tomato ketchup sachets instead of chili sauce one. I called next day and spoke to someone. He was extremely apologetic and immediately hannded chilli sauce to the guy I sent to pick up same. This attitude you will not even find in start hotels as well. Kudos and good luck to the young man!

One of the best fast food eateries that provides fresh food with good quality at a pocket friendly price. Though the lane has many resturants but this is the one most popular and recommended. Their cashless service is so good one u order online after scanning the code and payment processing its takes only 10 min for order to be ready. Quite a hassle free service that saves much time.

Tha place is okay but it is quite messy and disorganized. Since there is a lot of crowd, people are talking and there is some music playing one is not able to hear the order number that is ready which further creates confusion. There is no display of orders being prepared and ones that are ready so you have to keep checking at the counter for your order. Management can improve a lot in maintaining the place with professionalism and order. Also the staff is busy and even with so many customers in line they only have one person on the counter taking orders

The place is located near Astley Hall on prime location on rajpur road. The place is usually very busy . However there's no longer wait for your order. Place is very clean, nice ambience, smells good, must appreciate the cleaning staff who are constantly on their work , service is quick and staff is polite. Taste is amazing , fries are great burgers too , must try. The price too isn't that high as compared to other outlets... Overall great experience.

The food has always been up to spec. The speed of delivery isn't too bad - with a full blown crowd they got us our order in about 25 minutes. What i didn't like is that they have reduced the number of chairs 💺 as you walk in and the main resturant area. Instead the seating is downstairs which if you are claustrophobic can get pretty stuffy

Pathetic services, took 25 minutes to deliver the order..that too when I asked for the status atleast 4 times..everytime the answer was "sir, just 1 minute". I think the franchise needs to review the quality of services being provided.

As per my opinion mcd has both veg and non-veg meals. I specially loved the crisp chicken burgers which i used to have on weekend's.

Parking is an issue especially for car. We ordered using self check kiosk. Order took very long time almost 20 minutes. French fries were not cooked properly. Burgers were good. Cold drink was fine though quantity of ice was little more than required. They do have some place to sit in basement also but i did not visit that place

Good food which is cheap as well with great atmosphere to sit and relax with your friends but the seating of two people could be at the side instead of the in middle which might be better.

Good ambience and staff. Sometimes the queue gets very long and you have to wait to give your order. This place gets overcrowded sometimes but it's okay.
