Pathetic service, wifi is not working, food is just average, cleaning doesn't happen even after 2 hours of informing and receptionists aren't responding to the calls too, not worth of the money

This place is fine for a day's stop over, not more than that. It's an old property, rooms are mostly without a window / without any ventilation. Washroom is not maintained well. Has a restaurant but food quality is just average.

Nice and budget friendly hotel. Rooms are really good. Staff is also very cooperative and helpful. Hotel has good amount of in primice parking space. Cleanliness and hygiene is well maintained. Hotel has resturant facilities as well. Location of the hotel is also very nice and easy to approach. Great value for money... Must visit...

The bread butter was so worst And he had given me cold knife and the cold bread as well so the butter was not getting melted on bread again I told him that just do it by yourself just put the butter on bread but he had taken that bread and return it to the me after toast it again And the bread was whole black

Located near all necessary amenities, transport, shopping, food joints. Does not boast of a great service experience. But offers the comfort of good clean rooms in budget.

Visited the restaurant and bar. Service was good. Food and ambience ok.

Rooms are not so good .. Bathroom door handles are found brocken ... No towel. Cleaning is very bad... This was a very sad experience to me.

Tv didn't work at all. Service could have been better No electric kettles were provided. Tea and coffee weren't provided either

If u have ur own car then it's highly recommendable for staying, but if not then it's very difficult to get the transport, no cab facilities nor can get any auto easily which waste your only.

Hotel is at very good location. Near to that you will find liquor, restaurant, sketchers like everything. Food is little costly but not worth. Staff is attentive but you need to remind them for every small details like towel, door mat, room service etc

Stayed here for a couple of days. The hotel building is old but looks decent. However, the rooms are shabby. Size of the room is also not great. Bathroom is worn out, needs a complete overhaul. Rooms are not clean, you can see the dust settled in the fan and table top. Water heaters and tea/coffee sachets are not placed in the room. I would rather recommend others to pick an OYO over this one.

A hotel with good location and exterior but poor room quality…stinking room with door lock not working ( reminded them thrice but no resolution and finally I had to waste my half an hour at midnight as got stuck with no manpower)…pathetic service.. Big No

Rooms are tiny and definitely not a 3star category. There is NO LIFT. The food is worst here. Twice in dinner and breakfast they have served rotten food. When questioned they took that away. Never eat non-veg here. Costs 3000 with breakfast and dinner per night. Opt without food!

Ok ok hotels but rooms are not so good

There is no option in google review to give a minus star and so would have to rate 1 star. This can be told as a worst hotel i have ever stayed and the price is just a bomb for what it is. It is just a below average place and the rents should be around 800-1000k per room. A very old property, thats okay but it can be maintained well with furniture and equipment. I paid 5400/- for two nights for this place which don't even have a electric kettle. The ACs and fans they use can be kept in Dehradun Museum and get them listed as antique pieces.DONT get cheated by the outer appearance of the place and location. They dont even a have Wifi, they say they have , its just the normal which they use for their business purpose and share password to us they have wifi. But we hardly get any signal and device cant even recognise it. They sound from AC is like bullets raining from AK47.There r many decent places around this and so its a BIG NO who is planning to stay here.

No electric kettle in rooms, not even in superior. Windows AC is there. Cleaning was not upto the mark. Staff is good. Hotel are old type.

According to quality and service the room rent should be like Oyo rooms BETWEEN 800 TO 1000 but they ask 3400+ GST FROM TOURIST AND the rooms are old and dirty...old window broken ac are there in rooms... Only location is easy rest they are just for making money.... The manager is a cheater who blocks the room by fake means when some tourist comes and asks for higher prices to accommodate....
