When I have visited this Ground they were playing a football match and on the entry gate there was a play organised by the local community people...

Its under the stage of renovation ....many basic amenities and necessities still to bd renovated / redeveloped. Space related information for all (especially for kids) designed and developed in a form of small theme park. New solar lamps in form of huge sunflower shape have been installed.

IMP: You have to park your vehicles on the road outside the grounds as there is NO PARKING IN THE GROUND. Unlike all other parks, THIS GROUND IS CLOSED FOR PUBLIC ON SUNDAY... WEIRD THING.

Good place for exercise and running and playing games

Such a lively sight to see, so many activities going on everywhere, all courts, track full of energetic children and seniors 👍👍

This place is around Indira market and Tibetian market. An open ground providing place for organising sports and other activities. Fair is also organised during the winter months. Sports ground is along this area. Different kinds of sports are faciliated here.

There was pahadi Mela in parade ground.. So I visited the ground... Mela was good..

Rejuvenation work going on these days and now surrounding walls are filled by Aipan art by various artists.

It's a fun place with trade fairs and other activities. The two stadiums next to it have cricket & other games. The Tibetan shops & Indira Market nearby have unique trinkets & clothes.

Good place for daily exercises and game play. If you want to practice any kind of game you can come here. 150 Rs. /month for the gamers. This is under the uttarakhand government.

I visit this place for attending a marrathon event experience was all good but if you are planning to visit there i reccomebd you to visit this place in early morning or in evening tym.

It has been beautifully modified now. I visited here a couple of days back at the Uttarakhand Janjatiya Mohatsav 2023-24. Pared ground never seemed so fantastic earlier. Although trees have been cut down now yet they have added bushes and greenery which will Tarun out beautifully in future. Also, it's interesting to see prade ground has come alive for children too. A decent number of swings have been added and the structures of astronauts and space are really enticing. All in all great work and kudos to the government.

Beautiful place and now it has became smart park...go to be stress free...also play area for kids is present

It is a very lovely city, there is a very lovely ground, there is activity and the background view is also there.

It's a nice ambience park with view of mussoorie hills. Parade ground is being utilised by number of persons for walking. The persons varies in all ages, sex. Morning and evenings are full of walkers and runners in the parade ground. Many persons have benefitted from this facility. Now a days, friendly wrestling competition is being organised on every evening of Sunday.

400 m , 500m and 600m athletics track for running and also there are a good environment and crowd belongs to sports.

It is good place Many people come here for exercise everyday It is too large

This place is very beautiful. Here you can prepare for different games practice.

OMG such h huge Ground So much Crowd.. Anyone can go and enjoy of fair or concerts, Rally, Listen to politicians etc etc etc...

A place very close to the hearts of doonites! It always was a hub of all fairs, functions and events in the town. Located adjacent to Gandhi Park, some portion of it has gone towards beautification, sports complex & the library. Still it hold trade fairs & Dussehra Ravan burning ceremony. It also serve as a place too address public by the political parties. Parking may be a problem due to increased rush.

Very beautiful under upgradation near to gandhi Park, I spend nearly 1 year near to parade very refreshing site of dehradun.

The government has made this place very attractive for the last 6 months. A lot of people come to the place for the exercises and running. All the office and public events take place on this ground. Parking is not a constraint.

Parade ground is a big ground that lavishly sprawls in the lively city of Dehradun and is a venue for several popular events held in the city. It is one of the most happening places of Dehradun that hosts many mega events from time to time. The entry is totally free. Some of the big events like trade fairs,music, festivals, cultural fest,circus, health camps, Republic day parade, Independence day parade etc are held at parade ground.

Best place to have fun. The exhibition was awesome. Always you would get to see some kind of public mela. Never miss if you cross this place with your family.

Very nice place for running and exercise

Earlier it was a ground now it is more like a park. Every year it's getting smaller and smaller i dont know how. This place is known for PrimeMinister speeches in the state and flag hoisting on republic and independence day by Governor and Chief Minister of the state, also for the Dusshera festival (Ravan Dahan) happen here.

One of the few ground for runners in town. Lot of dust these days due to construction. If you plan to run here be sure to wear a helmet. Not sure who allows throwing ball on the tracks . It comes in your path like a grenade.

It's nice place as I have visited here found a good vibe day before the Independence day. Many people gathered here to encourage the athletes and also I saw a marathon here that day. It's situated in the middle chowk of the city from where you can get the buses of different route.
