Okay so it is fairly the biggest church in dehradun and attract lots of crowd on Christmas day rightly so. A huge crowd gathered on the Christmas all the day... so if you want peace and bliss visit this one on a normal day..couldn't offer my prayers on Christmas and also couldn't manage to visit the prayers room but it is quite beautiful on the outer side and they decorate it nicely on the occasions. It's on the corner side of the parade ground easily visible from the roads and have some shops outside. Both English and hindi prayers are being served here.

St. Francis Catholic Church is the most beautiful and the biggest church in Dehradun. There are two mass timings one one in English at 8 o'clock in morning in winters and one in hindi at 9:30 am in morning. In summers the timing are 7:30 am for English and 9 o'clock for Hindi mass. It is situated near tibbati market, near Convent Of Jesus And Mary School. You should suerly visit the church and enjoy the worship of our Lord Jesus Christ and in the celebration of the Eucharist.

So calm and so positive. The ambience here fills so much hope and positiveness in you. The Church is so pure and it feels like the soul is connected to the very place.

Ok thats the Christmas day eve.The church is good enough to visit on festive day .Not so impressive for tour purposes but far better for holy occasions.

This is located in the heart of the Dehradun near Indira Market. And one of the most peaceful & beautiful places to visit at. FYI It's One of the most divine Dehradun churches that everyone must visit while vacationing in the city is St. Francis Of Assisi Catholic Church. The church looks attractive with its mammoth Gothic structure and beautiful fresco-painted walls, depicting the life of St. Francis. This 1856 built Catholic Church was renovated few times but still maintaining it's heritage and ethnic look. The church bell is an attraction to enjoy during the services.
