Beautiful place, but not a hygienic place. Human excretion is everywhere here. So be careful, if you are planning to visit here. Watch carefully the rocks and in between the rocks in the river bed when you walk towards the Maldevta waterfall from the road.

One of the best waterfalls of Dehradun . Around 15 km from the clock tower. When you want to reach here. Please understand it is in the nature lap so please don't make this place dirty and destroy all your garbage or take it back with you . So that everyone can enjoy nature. How to reach it just drive your car/bike to jungle Gadhera resorts from there you have to walk around 1 km and you can reach your destination after last year cloud burst now you have to reach waterfall through the river route so please wear good shoes so that you can reach safe and avoid small kids here

Worst place I have ever visited! I have seen pics and reviews of Maldevta and got convinced that it's a good place. Today I visited and i felt like i am visiting coal mines of Jharkhand. No greenry, could not find anything like photos and reviews. Felt really bad. Neither government nor the locals are worried about nature. I will not ever revisit this place in my life. I am putting a picture that I have taken today. Don't waste your time and moneyπŸ˜ͺπŸ˜ͺπŸ˜ͺπŸ˜ͺπŸ˜ͺπŸ˜ͺπŸ˜ͺ

Beautiful place, but not clean place. Human emissions are everywhere here. If you are planning to visit here then be careful. When you walk towards Maldevata Falls from the road, look carefully among the rocks and cliffs in the river bed. This is a place for families, friends and couples. The nature view is very good, you can also take a lot of photos by going here.

I went here by cycle at around 7:30 am. There were many cyclists on the way. It is a good place for picnics with some Little shops nearby. Moreover, I spotted a van also which will make chicken or food for you in some minimal price. I am sharing photos for that too. Kindly have a look.

People have made it a dirty place. Families coming with whole LPG cylinder to cook food here for picnic. Throwing there chips packets here and there. Guys drinking in front of everyone. And also made girls uncomfortable. Though its a beautiful natural place. I wish people could be more thoughtful of nature to keep it clean.

It is a peaceful place and good for family picnic. Less comercial. You need extra clothes if you are deciding to enjoy water. There is a paid swimming pool also nearby, however open water is best.

The Maldevta Waterfall which has its source from the mountains . This beautiful waterfall in North India near Dehradun capital of Uttarakhand The waterfall can be viewed from the forest you can have a look at the water gushing down into the deep river. You can also view the waterfall from the top, though you will need to go up. For the most beautiful view you can go to the bottom of the falls and look at the falls descending down. This waterfall is just wOWww 0% polluted you feel fresh. I really enjoyed. ❀️‍πŸ”₯

Maldevta Falls is an exquisite destination that offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and adventure. It's a very nice place for a family picnic, surrounded by lush greenery and tranquil surroundings that make it an ideal spot to unwind and reconnect with nature. The cascading waterfall adds a touch of serenity to the atmosphere, making it a picturesque setting for memorable moments. However, it's essential to be cautious during monsoon season due to the risk of flash floods. While the heavy rainfall enhances the beauty of the falls, it also increases the water levels rapidly, making it a bit risky for visitors. It's advisable to check the weather forecast before planning a visit during this period and follow any local guidelines to ensure your safety.

Good to be here, surrounded with the mountains and there flows the river in a mist of nature where water logs around piously with minimal dent of dirt . Almost you can feel the flora and can be the part of it but have to keep the feeling of responsibility to don't litter there . Weekend can be the best choice to devote your time to this place . You can do outing here and can call for a short picnic with your friends or family .
