I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and cleanliness. The room service was exceptional - every request was fulfilled promptly and with a smile. The staff was attentive and ensured that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained. The linens and towels were fresh. I appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining the cleanliness of the room.

Hotel was very good, Specially staff member. Mr Sumit is so good and polite person. He helped me a lot of. I was reached at hotel morning 7 am but checkin time was 12 pm. I requested for early checkin. He provided the same without any cost. Thank you so much.

Very neat clean , spacious rooms, with balcony very helpful for keeping wet cloths . Stayed for one day enjoyed the positive environment through out. Location is superb , many eateries at walking distance .

We stayed here for two days and It was a nice and comfortable stay. Rooms and toilets were very clean and staff was very polite and helpful. It's centrally located so convenient to travel through the city. Good for first time Deharadun visitors. Lot of shopping and eating joints around and you can stay out late at night till 10 felt safe. Breakfast could have been better rest was just perfect

Very Noisy and disturbing place, There is a Pub/Bar next to Central place, stayed in 207 room, every night i got head ache because of this sound. Worst thing is hotel staff didn't do anything even after complaint. Stay in this hotel to get headache and have sleepless nights.

Hotel is nice but their staffs are rude specialy front office and kitchen staff. They even don't bother to guest problem. Actually I ordered some thing from kitchen at 10.45 pm but the staff said that sorry we accept orders only till 10.30pm and I asked them that I am not feeling well please give me anything at eat and I asked them to did not inform me for timming they said in rudely that kitchen is closed. I request to front office manager also but he also deny to serve me anything. Now please you tell me where is my fault I do not inform from hotel for kitchen timming and it's not there menu rates are also so high like five star TEA is around 60 rs. They charged 3000 rs.one day room like a star hotel but for service they treat like budget hotel. Even I order morning tea with butter toast but they served me in a cup and butter toast in papper napkin I asked to serve with good manner they denied to serve it. It's useless to expense such money in this kind of hotel. Totaly unsatisfied with their services.

Pros: Room sizes and location is good. They have ample parking and space available for drivers also. Good and humble staff. Cons: Resturant Ambrosia still needs improvement despite takeover by hotel from 3rd party. Lot of cockroaches still roaming in their resrturant and anytime u can see them in ur meals.

Rooms were clean and good, staff is good. Hotel location is good. Food is expensive and below average taste.. need to improve a lot. Dish tv pack is very bad… not a good channel is included in the pack
