Hotel is at very good location and Staff is very polite rooms available at economical rates and Room service available 24*7 and kitchen timing is 7 am to 11 pm food includes vegetarian and non vegetarian continental Chinese etc.. Food rates are also good.. Wheelchair accessible parking available.. And has A big banquet size of 700 people at a ting Nd mini Hall is also available.. MD and GM is very good..

Best hotel till date...... Excellent staff , clean rooms and hotel surroundings, hastle free bookings on call Room service are on time. Hotel does not nag much even if you are 10min late on check out time. Reasonable rate , they offer discount on monday to friday . One of the most awesome point of this hotel is the location. Its on main rajpur road, easily accessible even from local public transport.Has a pub on terrace ( Pub of India). Also many more cafes and clubs nearby.

Went to sunrise hotel with my wife, lovely experience, well maintained and decorated rooms, good educated staff, privacy maintained , super delicious food . Must visit

Overall it's good. But the first room was not allotted as shown in picture. But later on there was problem in the bathroom. So they changed and then they allotted the right room as shown in booking picture. Otherwise it's all good. As we didn't ordered food so can't give review about it. But they have pub on their rooftop which was AWESOME 😍.

We were there for a birthday party. The pub is located at the rajpur road, so it automatically makes the location cool. Also the DJ was awesome.The ambiance was too good and also the food was too good. Overall it was a great experience to visit this pub. I would recommend that one must visit it.

Note first: I am attaching photos which I was shown in the website while booking my deluxe room vs which I got actually when I went to the hotel. Room was not the same as it was shown in the picture we choose a deluxe room but got this 3rd class room very poor and the worst part if I am paying they should at least provide us with proper packaged drinking water they just come and say we can fill water for you like come on dude no hotels in dehradun provides this kind of service.

It was pathetic experience. Full of insects around the each and every corner. My first experience was good. But the second one is not enough average. Par below only.

Initially I was sceptical about this Hotel but after checking in, found the rooms to be very good. And the food item esp mix veg, Dal Fry,Tandoori chapatis was very good. In all, a very good experience.

Great location. Well designed. Spacious rooms. Low noise even though the hotel is bang on Rajpur Road. Attended a wedding party. Non existent service almost rude. No electric iron on request. Great infra, not well kept. Safe and secure. Good for families as long as you expect least service from staff. I feel for the owner of the hotel who has put such a great boutique hotel which deserves 5 stars in my rating but the customer service or lack of it destroys at least 2 of the 5 stars. At best 3 out of 5 stars at the moment. If you are the owner of this hotel reading this, you are losing at least 15-20% revenues on the table because of your staff.

Worst Experience in my entire history of travel_🥲 Firstly,Room was not ready at time after that room is not neat and clean as shown in photos. Then the worst thing happened to me when I m eating with my friend then by mistake small spot of food was left on bed sheet then I call room service for change of bed sheet but after that a person from the staff charged me for Rs 500 for the laundry and denied for the bill of same__after long argument he charged Rs 150 and don’t gave a bill.All these things are not in policy’s. Bad behaviour of staff stunned me for a while.

Night reception person don’t know how to talk to their customer. Pathetic person i never ever seen in my life.
