Although
the
Hotel
is
located
in
a
central
area,
the
property
is
far
beyond
from
its
days
of
former
glory.
It
must
have
been
a
great
place
once,
but
not
now.
The
food
provided
was
stale,
which
was
extremely
disheartening.
We
took
a
Cab
Service
for
6
days
from
the
Hotel.
Innova
@Rs6000
per
day,
which
is
the
standard
rate.
Most
part
of
it
was
usual,
but
at
the
last
day
they
refused
to
take
us
by
our
requested
path
as
we
decided
not
to
stay
with
them.
They
demanded
an
extra
Rs2000
for
new
route,
which
was
merely
a
50km
detour,
even
when
we
had
the
cab
for
unlimited
kms.
We
tried
to
reason
that
the
car
was
in
rest
for
2
days,
but
to
no
avail.
I
understand
that
the
hospitality
business
is
tough
and
post
COVID,
recovery
is
a
prime
concern
for
the
people
in
industry,
but
as
a
customer
it
leaves
a
very
bitter
taste
for
a
trip
where
we
have
spend
a
lot
of
money.
Maybe
in
the
peak
season,
they
don't
care,
but
I
hope
they
work
towards
retaining
goodwill
of
their
customers
and
improve
their
services
in
the
long
run.
