Good room,good food,very humble and caring staff(room service actually called me for my dinner order as I hadn't ordered food till 9:30),they agreed for early check-in as well as I had an early check out and like other high end hotels they don't impose rules on you like you cannot bring or order food from outside the hotel(Toy hotel in Chandigarh does that),on the third floor they had a beautiful terrace which I personally loved and also they had HD TV channels which surprised me(watched IPL KKR v CSK),The only thing good about my Trip to Dehradun was the stay at this hotel..keep up the good work guys👍🏻

Although the Hotel is located in a central area, the property is far beyond from its days of former glory. It must have been a great place once, but not now. The food provided was stale, which was extremely disheartening. We took a Cab Service for 6 days from the Hotel. Innova @Rs6000 per day, which is the standard rate. Most part of it was usual, but at the last day they refused to take us by our requested path as we decided not to stay with them. They demanded an extra Rs2000 for new route, which was merely a 50km detour, even when we had the cab for unlimited kms. We tried to reason that the car was in rest for 2 days, but to no avail. I understand that the hospitality business is tough and post COVID, recovery is a prime concern for the people in industry, but as a customer it leaves a very bitter taste for a trip where we have spend a lot of money. Maybe in the peak season, they don't care, but I hope they work towards retaining goodwill of their customers and improve their services in the long run.

The hotel rooms are very clean. Room service us very good. Basic required amenities are available. Like the experience. Good for business travellers. The staff is very co-operative and polite

Room are nyc... And food is really very Awesome...During Stay Some disturbance by staff...they knocked the door in a gap of every single hours for used plates... this feel disturbing for me...

This property is at a good location. They have good parking facility both open & covered. The food is good, services are decent. The room & washroom are spacious. ⭐⭐⭐ ⭐

I found very good facility in this hotel, the staff of this hotel is very nice. The service of the hotel is very good. The hotel manager behaved very well. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and clean.

I am not satisfied with the arrangements of this hotel (the onix). The hygienic conditions were very horrible and even the utensils were not cleaned properly.

Service of Restaurant guys is pathetic treating like getting breakfast via their blessing very rude behaviour, Room service has some scope of approvement in time management Over all experience is okay

Food could have been better this time I have been disappointed with food . Despite of various times complaining they still serve cold roti which was hard to chew . This was 2nd visit last time my experience was far better last time .

Decent hotel, good service and friendly staff is the best part of the hotels. Not happy with towels. But overall happy with the food as well.

Bedsheet and bath towels are dirty, used body wash/shampoo given, always ask for complementary water/dental kit, etc. Foods are also not so good. Not satisfied.

Experience was good based on the cleanliness, food etc , however I would suggest if they can improve there service in term of time taken to serve the food or other stuff which was ordered.. that was the only problem we faced else it is really a good property to stay if you visiting Dehradun :)

Rooms are clean ,the service is fast and efficient . Food which we ordered came to us within 20 min and the taste was also great . Overall a nice and comfortable stay .

Yesterday I was check in this hotel.. Service of the hotel is very worst and behavior of Receptionist is unacceptable and unmorale....if owner of hotel see my review please improve your services and trained your staff how to behave guest..I am very Dissapointed.

The staff is very harass to the guests even the senior employees were talking misbehaving with the guests. The Owner is very rude especially the MD and Gm are very rude to guests. In front of me they didn't even allowed the photographer to eat food as they holds the plates they took them off from them and use abusive language which I can't say in this because of guidlines. From my opinion Worst place for A function even it's wedding, aniversary or birthday party.

Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations with Hotel The Onix Firstly, the noise from the corridor can be a major mood spoiler, especially when you're trying to catch some Zs.. And come on, who forgets toothpaste and toilet paper? I had to request these essentials repeatedly, which was inconvenient and not in line with the standard service one would expect from a hotel. The malfunctioning TV added to my disappointment. Despite bringing the issue to their attention, there was no follow-up or resolution during my stay. Lastly, while the food was average, there was a significant lapse in following specific instructions. I had clearly communicated my preference for non-spicy food due to my baby, but unfortunately, both green and red chili were included. That's a big no-no. Outside food is strictly not allowed, so they must improve their food service at least. I believe providing feedback is essential for improvements. I am not recommending this hotel to anyone.

I had planned hourly stays at the hotel. It was very generous of them to have allowed me early check in and didn't charge me extra. The room was cosy and properly cleaned. The inroom dining service was also good and at reasonable price. Looking for much more visits to Onix in future.

Room was really disgusting, It was dirty, old and smelly. We went to stay for few hours as we travelled for couple of days and our flight was at night.

Our stay was pretty decent, staff is co-operative. Food is also amazing. Location is quite near to ISBT bus stand. Restaurants, lounges, pubs are on Rajpur road, near Indira market. You can easily get autos outside the hotel on sharing basis.

Good experience. We booked for our wedding in Jul 2022. Hotel location is perfect. Catering was really nice. Room service need some improvement, rest everything was fine. Dheeraj who was managing the venue, is very supportive and understanding.

Everything is good over here be it rooms, services and location. Hygienic and well maintained rooms. And at the same time not over priced and definitely pocket friendly. I will definitely recommend this place in case you are looking for a temporary stay in dehradun.

Wood have given 1 star if there was an option Have many complaints but npting done some : 1. Worst service by staff and providing wrong order. We ordered bread omlet and grilled sandwich. The waiter noted down the order but still got us wrong order. He brought jist the omlets without bread snd the sandwich wasn't grilled. The tea tasted very bad. 2. The washrooms were ver dirty and smelly. Looked like they we'rent cleaned for a long time. 3. We were there for a wedding. For lunch buffet they instead of providing proper cutlery, provide soft wooden spoons for eating food. These spoons are used for icecream and people were struggling while eating due to this. 4. Other than icecream and gulab jamoon, i can not say that any food item tasted good or even close to its price. The worst items in the menu were tea which tasted rubbish, dal makhani which tasted stale and just boilled, rice was sticky, kadi was too sour. From this experience i wont recommend anyone to visit or stay at this place. 0 stars from my and my family's side.

It is a decent hotel near to ISBT on the highway. All basic services were present, room and the bathroom were clean. Service was also good. Really liked the taste of food. Chilly potato was very tasty. Manchurian was also nice. All in all it is a value booking in around 2000. Parking for few cars is also available.

Room was good. Restaurant is budget friendly . Food is also tasty. Only one issue that I faced was of bathroom. There should be an exhaust fan or some ventilation point in bathroom. Rest all good.

Great location, Well parking space, Well spacious and clean room. Neat and clean shower, But it is somewhat costly, Service is just fine not expecting according to price, Ventilation in rooms are not available. Very nice hotel! I enjoyed our stay there. Hassle-free check-in and check-out! You won't get a great view from the windows though. When we arrived, our room was fully clean and tidy. Bathrooms were also cleaned properly! Hot water is available 24/7 in all the taps too. Food was very good, they have a variety of different dishes like American, Italian and more! I LOVED the food! Service was just a little slow but overall good, I just don't like to wait 15 minutes to drink a glass of warm water that's all! Only bad thing that I noticed was that the TV channels did not work but I doesn't matter because who goes to a hotel to watch TV?? but whatever! The parking area in the basement has a big slope when you enter and I think some car with low ground clearance can get hit and damaged.

We stayed for a night yesterday along with family. It's quiet place being on main road. Rooms are compact for 3 people & quiet clean. Safety door is quite good. It gives buzzer dound if door is not closed properly. Hot water was instantly available . House keeping service was prompt. Restaurant staff were friendly. We had Veg. Chinese combo meals. The meal is self sufficient for each person Noodles, Fried rice were tasty & Veg. Manchurian was delicious. We also liked cream of Tomato soup, Veg Sweet Corn soup as well. Breakfast options were also good : Chole Bature, Sandwich,Cornflakes,Milk, Macaroni, Breads & fruits. Overall, value for money !!!! Keep it up

Property is on main road, near by station 2 km Staff is good and cooperative Lift is given there. Rooms are clean but have got problem in washroom taps , water flow was very slow and also issue of warm water. Rest no problem.

Had a family function and a stay for 2 days. The ambience is nice and the rooms were very clean and well maintained. The service by staff was excellent. Special thanks to Dhiraj Yadav Sir for handling the complete function effortlessly and sincerely hearing to everything we wanted and arranging everything. Overall excellent hotel and well deserved staff and manager :)

Hotels is good ,service is good . I can relax well .its my personal choice they have to put some room freshener in rooms and toilet .

I have been staying in this hotel since dec 2020 and it never disappoints me , i have seen the quality of service and overall quality going up every single time I visited . If you are in dehradun this hotel should be your first preference irrespective of the purpose of visit ! Overall front desk is professional and specially Mr Anurag and Mr Mayank are the pillars. Mr Sandeep in service department will surely enhance your service experience Mr Abhishek in housekeeping department will always go out of the way to make your stay comfortable.👍👍!

Stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. The best in the nearby area. Their hospitality is nice. Rooms are well clean. Room service is pretty good. The staff is very polite. The food is also very delicious. Overall experience was wonderful.
