Had a horrible experience of ras malai..the rabri was very bad..it had gelatin type of texture and was greasy..

Me & my wife were going for a Sunday afternoon cum evening stroll in the city but had to divert our route from the cantonment area due to prime Minister's visit and chanced upon this eatery serving dosas, pav bhaji, sandwiches, shakes, ice creams of Havmore and a brand of different flavors from Ludhiana and a grand sweet shop. We had masala dosa each which were served by lip smacking sambhar, coconut chutney and a red chutney which was made of garlic and spices. I had pan and gulkand flavor ice cream and my wife had black currant flavor. All in all a great place to satisfy your hunger pangs. Could not take photos due to covid restrictions.

Yes I'm familiar with Gajendra Sweet shop for many years n moreover all r my great friends for some specific reasons which i have been advocating for years, they have their own Workshop n experts for preparation of sweets n other multiple dishes, it's a full fledged restaurant where one can get anykind of refreshments,next important fact is that they sell everything fresh n nothing is sold as stale items, Gajendara Sweet Shop can beat any other confectioners in the city as far as their quality is concerned,they will continue flourishing their business n best of luck to the entire family n all their experts n workers who excell to earn name n fame for Gajendra Sweet Shop,my appreciation to my great friend DEV Ji Ji

Poor service, rude behaviour and fraud are the best words to describe the place. They take money and give you the token. And then tell you that the items aren’t available. On asking for return of money talk rudely to costumers and don’t return the money stating numerous illogical reasons. Talking with them is more of an argument and less of a conversion. Save your time peace of mind and money by avoiding the shop.

Wonderful experience. We had south indian food here which was very fresh and tasty. Also they provided us complementary sundae. Must visit.

Back in 1996-2007, this used to be our place to have a family eat out, dosa was my favorite. May be Gajendra Bhaiya remember Upper camp school and Chemistry wale Sharma sir. :)

A bit pricey but they offer quality products. The sweets are delicious. The chat is ok. They don't have golgappas sadly. In fact there's only one golgappa wala In the vicinity. They serve good Chola bhatura and dosas. The place is clean and the staff is cooperative and humble.

Average We took dhokla and ras malai there, the quality of both the items were average and not good. This similar experience was the second time. Earlier it was good but today April 19 was not that good. Not only the quality, even behaviour of the personnel was also average. I think they need to improve the quality of both the food quality and behavior of the personnel.

Well the sweets served over here are of great quality to be honest however the pricing is a little too much. They need to improve on their hygiene a bit cause nobody wants to find out a cockroach in their chutney. If you are visiting here, Sponge Rosogolla is a must try - Sweet Delicacy from West Bengal.

The people who pack the stuff are thorough cheaters...they pack less numbers of items which are billed for. This has happened to be two times in the last 10 days .pls be very watchful..check before you leave ye shop.

I loved the hospitality of this place. We were all drenching in the heavy rain. The care and affection at this point may please anyone but the gratitude the staff had was something different and good. Loved Garam Gulab jamun after food!

This place is fine for quick bite. They have lot of options for shakes, lassi and ice creams. Few famous sweets can also be found alongwith other confectionery items. Though, when we reached only 2-3 items were available to eat like Chhole-Kulcha and Samosa. We ordered the Chhole-Kulcha with sweet lassi, but it was just basic and nothing special. It was served without any pickle Or salad, which is a normal standard as per the price. Kulcha was also just warmed with little ghee and did not have any taste. But lassi was good and a scoop of ice cream with dry fruits were mixed, which was refreshing. Would recommend it for summer refreshments and not for food.

Due to sudden downpour had to stop at this sweet shop and I tried various things here In Dahi samosa, dahi was sour as hell, although samosa was good. Chat was overflowing with red chilli and paneer masala dosa had a hell lot of salt without tomato chutney. Apart from extra salt and pepper the quality was good. Maybe the chef there was having a bad day
