Very delayed service. Ordered the biryani, the rice was raw and it tasted awful, SADLY! The popcorn was obviously tasty but wouldn't recommend their biryani.

Located near Behl Chowk at Rajpur road, the place offers the typical KFC menu! Located along with Domino's, It has a comparatively big seating area, however the furniture is quite rustic & is good for a quick bite only! It has self service however, only one counter was functional, resulting in a bit delay. Parking is available outside as street parking! Overall an accessible place for KFC lovers at Rajpur road!

Pathetic service. Not accepting debit card or upi payment. Only cash. No token system. Have to wait for about half an hour for every order. Staff also very rude like they are the owner of KFC.

I recently visited KFC and had an extremely disappointing experience. The staff's attitude was downright rude and they lacked any understanding of cashier or customer service skills. To make matters worse, despite paying the full price, I did not receive the cold drinks I had ordered. When I politely inquired about the missing items, the staff member callously handed me water instead and dismissed my concerns by telling me to "f**k off" because he was too busy to deal with my paid orders. It was shocking to be treated in such an unprofessional manner. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with respect and receive the products I paid for. Sadly, the staff's behavior left a lasting negative impression on me and made me feel like they had no regard for their customers. It's disheartening to encounter such disrespect and lack of basic customer service in a well-known establishment like KFC. I hope that KFC's management takes immediate action to address these issues and retrain their staff to provide a more positive and respectful customer experience. As a result of this encounter, I am hesitant to return to KFC in the future and will consider other dining options instead. I sincerely hope that my feedback helps to improve the overall service and customer satisfaction at this KFC location.

All clean n fresh, to enter the outlet we need to get temperature checked n mask must be on. We cant sit on seats marked crossed (red). Right now some construction work is going on outside so parking vehicle can be a issue

KFC Pacific Mall is now out of Cash and always asking for Cash Payments rather than accepting Cards or other modes. This is ironic because I have not seen this practice for past eight years ever since Shekhar was the store head. Even when we ordered for food with Pepsi it was told that the stock is finished

Sorry to say, I have doubt, whether this branch is part of original KFC or not. I am basically a KFC lover. I have tried KFC in several countries. Everywhere I tasted superb foods except this one. Also their fries are soggy. Some other people also complaining. My order takes to serve 15 minutes , although it was a very small order. But when I ask about their 7-minute express serve or free chicken condition, they just say, we are not giving that ( even no sorry word also). By the way, at first they didn't serve the fries also. After asking 2/3 times ( everytime they were saying your order completed) , when I start to ask for 7-minute condition, they put the packet of fries. Hereby I am going to share the invoice also

Kentucky Fried Chicken, which began as roadside restauarnt serving chicken with huge variance, has now spread all over the world as the most well-known & preferred joint for chicken included food items and meals. Uncooked chicken served. Does not respond. Bacterias crawling all over their chicken. Do not order, you might have a salmonella infection and it could be fatal. They don't follow any food preparation guidelines or take food safety seriously. Very disappointing!!!

The chicken used in the burger was not fresh be complaint about it and they gave again the same chicken burger with that stale chicken. I recommend that not go there if you want the good food.. The veg burger was also not good The tikki in the burger was hard..

Delivery boy without delivering my order confirmed that my order is delivered..order no.2750 on date 23/02/23 at 7.30pm-8pm..the executive was not in dress, didn't look like a professional delivery executive and was drunk also.. couldn't find my address also..very pathetic delivery service you own without any verification..poor service..was soo embarrassed.

I tried Kfc first time here at this place there food quality and taste was superb even we use to visit here twice a week but once they started getting popular they lower the quality now i skip this place every time to go upwards at kfc on mussorie road.

They are always ossum. But they should atleast take care of that.. their should be no blood inside left while cooking. So cook properly. I love it.

They need to improve big time on consistency and standard. KFC on chakrata road is better than this one. Added some photos to show the difference.

The food was good , even hot and crispy chicken was not as fresh as usually it is but still they did a pretty good job with chicken wings . Surely visit once again as it’s on of my favourite place to have chicken .

KFC dehradun nice place to chill with friends and have some delicious foods. I loved the decoration and ambience of the place, like other KFC outlet it's the same. Seat capacity is more than enough , so you can dine in with your loved one or with group of friends or your family. Staff behavior was also good and supportive. And lastly the food taste and quality was awesome. We ordered the mega combo worth 599/- and it worth every penny. Chickens were fresh and properly fried. Coke were less cold but it can be ignored. I love this place and the food is awesome! But here there is a problem of cleanliness. Waiters are busy. And any beggar from outside comes in who keeps asking for something while you eating. There is also a separate place for Sanitization but no one does it. Hope they improve it & maintaine it clean pls.

Had the worst and most uncomfortable ordering experience ever. The female employee with the red Adidas mask has the most unprofessional way to treat customer and at one point it felt racially charged. Need work and progress in dealing with customer.
