Poor service Owner behaviour is too rude . Received complaints from many people

There is not 0.1% anything bengali about this bengali sweet shop, the shop is doing nothing except spoiling the name of Bengali sweets to locals who have no idea what Bengali sweets is all about, the owner doesn't have a slightest idea of Bengali sweets , he has no idea what korapaak sweets mean and he his totally unaware of the fact that there are more than 100 varieties of bengali sweets that can last more than 20 days ...next coming to price he his just selling sugar with 20 times price ... His name should be taken down ....

The Connaught Place sweet shop is good. But they don’t sell faluda kulfi. So I went to clock tower shop. The staff is really rude and uncourteous. The packing of three kulfi was rubbish without ice. The Kulfi melted before reaching destiny. They didn’t used ice while packing. Although this is a standard format even the DHELI WALE use ice while packing. kulfi packing guy was a real disturbing character in whole story. Pathetic. Paid ₹360/- for three rubbish.

Very heigenic & taisty humble behavior of the staff .

Yummy sweets to enjoy over Lot many varieties to taste n eat They also have salty thi vs like namkeens and all which can be tasted once you are done with the sweets section. I liked the rasogullas most with milkcake being my all time favourite I am sweet tooth since childhood and is person who can not go without them anyday.

Meet Mr. Rahul , very welcoming guy bought Bal mithai which i didn't try yet. Shop got many sweets options. Hoping to visit him soon.

This used to be a really good shop back in the day. Today i ordered items worth 700 bucks, since it was raining i ordered through swiggy genie since they are not on swiggy. All 3 products i ordered were stale and had some sort of bitterness to them. Seems like it was made a month ago and they have been chemically preserving it to last long. I wonder how the shop owner is selling these "sweets" to customers. Leaving a review because im really disappointed with what used to be my go to shop for sweets.
