Very nice property for hosting all kind of functions. Spacious rooms and spacious parking area. Neat and clean place, very well maintained.

Good lawn and banquet with rooms available on two floors including a dormitory type big room. Ideal set up for arranging marriage functions. Got married here and it was wonderful experience at this place.

Decent lawn with 600-700 pax gathering. The package includes 16 rooms and a banquet hall.

Good place for a wedding, reception,etc It's clean, all rooms have AC, water heaters , comfortable beds with sheets,program hall is big ,food is excellent, water for Drinking is clean ,staff is polite, Decoration is all to the mark , everything is excellent.

Yesterday I gone for 1st birthday party celebration. It was unexpectedly good . The hall and outside garden is good . That's my first experience but yes its really very far and your have to go very under the road. If u live near to kachana road or shankar nagar its good for you

Bit small place , parking spaces not enough for 4 wheeler, can accommodate 400 people. Good for small functions.

Good place for functions or gathering with limited number of guests. Located on convenient location for dwellers of kachna, khamardih, VIP estate, Shankar nagar etc. Lawan is good, parking is sufficient and infrastructure is good.

A very average place depending on your lifestyle. For people who just want lawn space for an event, this is good enough. It has a large lawn, and a fairly decent sized indoor space. But the rooms, although new are not well maintained. Rooms are not designed smartly. No TVs in the room, if you plan to book the rooms for an overnight stay. No switch phones near the cot, so phones have to be kept away on the other side of the wall. Mosquitoes are a nuisance as the bathroom ventilation allows them to fly in without restrictions though the room is otherwise well sealed. In the washroom, the health faucet pipe tired the exit home of dirty water, this alone was such a big disappointment. No towels or toileteries were provided for the guests staying there. No wardrobe in the rooms. Staff just does it's job, not a hospitable place like a hotel.

Maintenance is very poor, in some Rooms AC and ceiling fans both are not working properly, in wash rooms water supply is also not flowing , the main draw back there is no Lift facility due to such Sr.citizens faced much difficulty while we are there for 2 days, Instead of repeated requests regarding maintenance no proper response was received or rectified.
