No Staff Available No Price Tag on Food Container Misplaced all the things No AC facility Only 1 Counter We are not understanding why you are open this Mart for Timepass or Wasting our time in this .........😡😡😡

It's a retail departmental store majority of the items are clothes for all genders. Pillow covers, crocries, toiletries, food items, dresses, range is little higher as you can not bargain, but overall experience is satisfactory.

Worst experience ever, always short on billing employees. You can see only 1 person billing most of the time, and they take 15 mins per person, and when they see more than 5 customers waiting in line, they call their colleague, I mean whats the point then, they'll take 10-15 mins or more time coming there. You can see Two Employees , but 3 employees hardly on billing counter.

They don't provide baskets..The salesperson didn't assist us well.. Also have less payment counter.. One more thing the quality of the clothes is going down

yesterday I visited there and really disappointed with there services and staff. There was a offer on a pair of shoe and i also confirmed about that from a staff member is it valid or not she said yes but lady sitting in billing counter said there was no such offer so i politely asked her to change that offer board and guide her employee not to give incorrect info but she was so rude she didn't even reply and said few things by which i felt very bad. it's not about the offer but about the behavior of the staff from now i am never going to visit vishal again and also gonna post that picture of offer board and staff i bought with whole Story on my every public page and recommend no one to visit there again

Approx all household items are available here at discount price. Store situated in pachpedi naka main road In Pujari complex. 😠😞😠One thing that disappoints that no one come to attend you. Unavailability of Staff.

The one worst thing about vishal mega mart is, Too much time they take for billing🥲 Too slow process, kindly improve this service.

Pathetic place don't visit staff members does double billing and the exit place checker after seeing double biling.....didn't take action... They trouble the customer... And.. If customer does some mistake the employees told customer that aapke jaise customer hum employees k name kharab krte h...... I was talking in very polite manner....... Ki mera saman bil hone k baad counter pr choot gya you can check on camera toh wo log ne Meri koi help ni ki....... I am old customer as well... Iske baad i will never go on that place never...... I will suggest don't vist that place

Very poorly managed store. Very few counters create huge crowd over a minute. AC not working most of the time probably due to cost cutting. Over all very poor choice for shopping! Take my words, complete waste of time.

Very bad experience no good staff no responsibility no ethics toward work I want to complain about this long back but I didn't but there was a guy in cash counter today and his behavior was so bad toward customer no helping doing nothing no products info nothing this is how you deal with clients so inappropriately. Improve you work over there then it will be good place to visit.

If you want to buys daily needs item , gym item,cloths,food,drinks(soft drink) ,etc then it is best place for you near pachpedi naka

It was great experience, for boys and as well as for girls they are having huge varieties in clothing.

Worst experience ever,I bought mat from there,but I wanted to exchange it,they told me that there policies have been change and I cannot exchange the products,I was very much disappointed,because in the bill it was not written that mat cannot be exchange but they made me fool by saying wrong

Every time I have been there each time I have to stand in the billing queue while there are so many counters but they open only one or two when there are few people it's ok to open one or two counters but when there is a crowd then also they open only one or two.

Some times u got good things at lower prize .

I dont have a minus rating else i would have given that , today i was being humiliated there ..have been treated so wrong .. please treat some manners to the staff .. tell them to have some humanity atleast . Very very bad experience.. traumatic i can say .. give some sense to those people . Will never put a step in that mall again

When the new stock come in this mart the clothes are the best position and when the stock goes to old the experience was zero

The service here is even worse than the ever...even on the footpath people are providing good service...they don't even have steel shopping trolleys...perhaps neither the manager nor the owner cares about anyone here. I would love to give them minus rating👎

Clothing section ...fabric quality very cheap And in billing they add extra GST..which is generally included with MRP in other shopping malls

Very good place for groceries, Cloth section is wonderful, good cloths for reasonable price. I mostly like kitchen utensils. They also provide various seasonal offers.

Customer assistance is not satisfactory. Offers are good but available only for small size. Overall a good to OK store. One should visit it.

Staff were using abusive language among each other that too loudly. Need to organize articles, it's a shopping area, don't make it a dump yard. Update printers for barcode. It's blured up and difficult to scan. Seriously vishal work upon it.

Worst place to visit, discount are scam, on stall they mentioned 25-50% off and at billing counter this off are invalid. I don't know who is running this scam vishal mega Mart or their store manager. Please be aware about this, no elevator is working and AC is not working and lack of vantilation aswell.

I Visited Vishal Megamart Today, I faced Price related issue on some products, which is different kind of price on stock location & billing counter. whenever I go at this mart , inside atmosphere was always feels like uncomfortable for non Working AC or Fan ,it feels like you are inconvenience to take a Breath properly.
