I recently stayed at the Mayfair Lake Resort and it was such an amazing experience. The resort is surrounded by beautiful natural lake. The staffs were very friendly to make sure I had a wonderful stay. The resort has many spacious rooms and villas , it has a big swimming pool, gym area, playing area, two restaurants , many halls, bar, a Shiva temple, gift shop, jewellery shop, a bollywood style dhaba and many many more. Inside the rooms they have a very spacious bathroom, a mini bar and all necessary items. The whole resort has a touch of luxury. There is a beautiful lake , which increases the resort's beauty. Also there are two boats which can be hired by paying a price. The whole trip of the lake in the boat will take roughly 40-45 minutes. There are lot of picturesque places here. Overall I highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants a quiet and luxurious getaway. Whether you're planning a romantic trip or a family vacation, this resort is the perfect choice.

Went here for their Sunday breakfast buffet, had a good spread for veg items, non veg items however felt were less reduced to like 1 iteration per animal but i would still recommend. Dessert spread was really good divided into Indian and Western types with sugar-free options. But what impressed me was the care waitresses showed towards its customers. I had 2 old and one 90+ age family guests with me and they were always around checking on them and really getting whatever was needed. Really hope they don't reduce the spread cause yes it is costly per Raipur standards and people might not like the other items but I really gorged upon the Salaami, Olives and Sushi.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Mayfair Raipur and I must say it was a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The first thing that caught my attention was the elegant and modern design of the hotel. The lobby area was tastefully decorated, creating a sense of luxury and sophistication. The attention to detail was evident throughout the property, from the stylish furnishings to the beautiful artwork on display. The rooms at Hotel Mayfair Raipur were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were cozy and provided a restful night's sleep. The room amenities were thoughtfully provided and met all my needs during my stay. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail in the housekeeping services. The staff at Hotel Mayfair Raipur was exceptional. From the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. They were always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries, which made me feel well taken care of throughout my visit. The hotel offers a variety of dining options, each serving delicious and well-prepared meals. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide range of choices to suit different tastes. The restaurant staff was attentive and provided excellent service, enhancing the overall dining experience. Hotel Mayfair Raipur also boasts excellent facilities. The fitness center was well-equipped and allowed me to maintain my exercise routine while traveling. The spa provided a tranquil retreat, offering a range of treatments to relax and rejuvenate. Additionally, the hotel had conference and meeting facilities that were well-equipped for business travelers. The location of Hotel Mayfair Raipur is another advantage. It is conveniently situated in a prime area, offering easy access to shopping centers, restaurants, and tourist attractions. This made it convenient for me to explore the city and experience everything it had to offer. Overall, my stay at Hotel Mayfair Raipur was wonderful. The combination of comfortable rooms, exceptional service, delicious dining options, and convenient location made it a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Raipur.

We went there for a buffet....& oh my holy lord! I have never been to a more pathetic buffet place...The service was so poor that in spite of having very many staff for a few guests , no one bothered to attend us. We had to ask for as petty things as cutlery, napkins, glass, starters to be on our table.Staff was highly unattending. Coming to food- As many stars as Mayfair might show us....Starters and maincourse were cold like a dead body. Dead here applies to the taste as well. Extremely unpalatable starters, the main course lacked taste&was cold. I had never tasted a thicker momo. Cold breads were served. Dessert counter was the only saving scheme. Brownie,Indian sweets & pastries were nice. Cakes were very dense , extremely sweet and lacked flavour. All in all it was a very bad experience for the price. Highly Not Recommended.

Mayfair is a paradise in my opinion! It has food just how I like it. Less spice and more variety! It also has a separate Italian/Mexican restaurant! The food is amazing overall! Don't get me started on the infrastructure...its absolutely incredible! The decor, the ambiance and overall the vibes are just everything! The greenery is one of the parts I loved the most. And the Lake just ties it all together fabulously! And the service is impressive too! The staff is well trained and good mannered. I loved it overall and definitely recommend it to everybody.

Place is very beautiful no doubt on that, but the taste of food is average as compare to what they are charging for it. Beverages Menu was very small , very less variety in Alcohol/Cocktails/Mocktails. Service was very poor, waiters were working with a dead face expression. Literally the worst service I have ever received. The people who was standing in the main entrance for welcoming people was more cheerful then the waiters working in restaurant there. You need to raise your voice there if you want someone to here you.

The hotel itself is very nice, very neat and clean. The food, the amenities are excellent. But the behavior of the hotel crew is to be ashamed for. You get no responses or help or any service if someone more important comes in. The checkout time is 12pm, but they start expelling the guests from 9am by calling to their rooms. And they said the reason was because a very important personality is going to come there. Just because someone important is showing up, doesn't mean the normal guests should be expelled from the hotel. Shame on you!!!

This is a magnificent resort for many reasons - firstly it is well laid out and the rooms (we had executive garden view) are absolutely astounding. From the beautifully appointed entrance hall, all the way through to the dining rooms this place really does smack of quality all the way through. As already noted the rooms are lovely. The AC works very well and the complimentary drinks and snacks are very welcome. The showering and bathing facilities are excellent and the bed is large and very comfortable. We were shown a selection of the spa facilities which all seemed to be in excellent order as well as some of the business facilities. The Mamma Mia restaurant was our favourite but that is because we are from the U.K. and the food was much more to our taste in there. The normal restaurant provided a good variety of food and service was quick and attentive. The only downside was the poolside bar seemed to be closed during our short stay but there were many other options to choose from so it didnโ€™t really bother us. The reception arranged us an early morning taxi to the airport without any fuss and any questions we asked of them were dealt with quickly and efficiently. A superb hotel and we will definitely stay again.

Exotically vivacious!! Mayfair lake resort Raipur is the best resort in the vicinity. It offers great space for nature lovers to take some break from chaotic city life. This resort provides comfortable and luxurious accommodation and offers great hospitality to the guests.ย Rooms have beautiful lake view, and you can enjoy boat riding as well. If you are food lover then u can have best buffet here, perfect delicious and wide range menu.

Great ambiance. Wonderful food variety. Great staff. Room are very well appointed, airy and well decorated. Swimming pool is also very nice. There a massive lawn over looking the rooms. There is a walkway along the lawn. At the other end of the lawn there is a huge artificial lake. Boating is available for guests at a fixed price. Itโ€™s a 45 minutes trip and they have 2 serviceable boats.

feels like any east Asian destination. Rooms are spacious and have every thing that didn't need to ask anything. Restaurants are great. I like the wall hangings / paintings. You have to walk inside the property, so be ready for it. They should rethink about the water usage.

Good ๐Ÿ‘Very Luxurious place. The rooms are very big, well equipped and comfortable. The dressing area and the bathroom are very spacious. We took a twin bed room and each bed is larger than a queen bed. Big locker. I have never seen any accommodation as large as this that too well maintained. We had food in Mama Mia , the Italian and Mexican restaurant. The food was good. Morning breakfast had a large spread but the taste is not upto the mark. One thing that appealed to us is the greenery inside and out side. There is so much of greenery that we feel as though we are taking a walk in a forest. The rooms are located in different blocks which doesnโ€™t give the feeling of crowding. The only thing is that if it rains to reach the main block and restaurants there is no canopy and the granite floor is slippery. Over all we had a pleasant stay. Opportunity comes we do not mind going back to Raipur to have a leisurely stay here.

Loved the ambience..The service is very good too! they have a lot of variety from Indian to Chinese and much more.. they also serve other dishes (not present on the buffet) upon request. Icing on the cake was when for my one yr old kid, the manager called for a magician and he showed us some of his amazing tricks. Highly recommended if you want to have a gala time with your family with amazing food, service and ambience, all in all in a reasonable price. ๐Ÿ˜Š

The spacious surroundings with abundant greenery provided a refreshing atmosphere. The room size was generous, offering plenty of comfort. The staff's behavior was impeccable, from the welcoming reception staff to the efficient travel desk. The travel desk and availability of a club car/buggy added to the convenience of getting around. The check-in and check-out experience was smooth and hassle-free, ensuring a pleasant overall stay. And let's not forget the fantastic views from the room โ€“ simply breathtaking. While my stay had its highlights, there were notable downsides as well. Firstly, the property displayed signs of age and insufficient maintenance, which was evident in the overall structure. Regrettably, the issue extended to the water amenities as well โ€“ there was no hot water in the bathtub, and the shower provided only lukewarm water. Moreover, a pervasive moldy and humid smell permeated throughout the rooms, with the bathroom emitting an unwelcome urine odor and lacking thorough cleanliness beyond surface tidiness. Dining experiences were less than satisfactory. The restaurant offered a limited menu, and the staff's knowledge and assistance left much to be desired. In the spa, the absence of hot water posed an inconvenience, particularly when it came to rinsing off massage oil. While the breakfast was passable, it didn't quite live up to the expectations of a five-star establishment. The buffet lacked variety, which, in comparison to modern standards, felt somewhat lacking. In summary, the property, though once possibly a five-star gem, falls short of that mark in 2023. The aging infrastructure, lack of renovations, and outdated facilities contributed to a less-than-optimal experience. Hope this helps. ๐Ÿ™

The property is awesome. Great for weekend getaways however the food in the Tea Pot restaurant can improve and also the servers' behavior. We received soups without salt and the tandoori platter we ordered was not served properly. Otherwise, its a great property and a good choice for getaways.

Great place for a luxurious stay amidst the hills of raipur. Polite and efficient staff, beautifully built rooms with all the amenities and very scenic views. The excellent buffet on offer deserves a special mention, the spread is as varied as it is well made. Delicious main courses with a dessert collection to die for.

Without exaggeration, it's amongst the best properties I've stayed in and I've stayed in quite a few around the world. Briliantly maintained and service levels exceeded throughout our stay. Mayfair Raipur is really an undiscovered gem. Can't wait to go back!

A beautiful property on the lakeside with an utmost peaceful and Shiva Temple in the middle of the property. The services are good but the food is superb and the restaurant staff is very professional and friendly. Finding the location and then the reception is a task, in-room telephones not working. Let's not even talk about the service, I have asked for chilled water since yesterday and still waiting, however, I got the food after hours which was uncooked. One thing they are perfect about is getting the room checked out in time, every staff visits one after another as soon as it's 11 am!

One of the best 5star Hotel in New Raipur.. Fully Organized.. Truly Hygienic and clean area inside out.. Restaurant dinning area is awesome.. They serve Best quality Food.. Buffet dinner is like self service unless and until you don't be there with a family.. Interior and exterior is wonderful.. Their staff behavior is very kind and really listening to you.. Inside a shopping street, cafeteria, buffet hall, hotel to stay, a big lawn attached with lake on corners.. Best time to visit there is 5pm on weekends.. Expensive but worth of every penny..

We went for breakfast. The ambience is great , food was great and the staff was courteous. I saw all pros and only 1 cons to the resort. The boating charges are too high and the lake should have some attractions for more birds to vissit.

Room is really awesome, clean and hygienic. You can spend quality time on balcony, as lake view is awesome. Hotel has provided table and chair on balcony so we can have tea, breakfast or liquor. Amenities are also good swimming pool, boating on lake, pub on top floor, spa etc. What I donโ€™t like is they are not allowing DSLR camera to click pictures and giving reason it is professional camera. They are allowing mobile to take pictures, I donโ€™t know what is the difference. Buffet dinner is next level and it makes it beautiful with live music. Over all it is worth to pay 13k to book for one day.

The tropical theme and flora really feels great. Lovely ambiance, rooms amid nature are the main feature of this hotel. The only reason I took one star down is because of the rooms. They donโ€™t feel anytime special, itโ€™s all very plain. My room did not even had a lamp.

Stayed here as a wedding guest. Massive property, has almost anything you need. The rooms are very spacious, filled with art and a rather comfy bed. We had quick service from the resort. Breakfast buffet is impressive. Thereโ€™s a pool, other water activities to keep occupied. Highly recommended for weddings & large family gatherings. Kids would love this place.

The property is beautiful but I felt it is understaffed.. service quality is not upto the mark. You need to call several times for room service and they just forget to serve you with your requirements. You need to repeatedly call them to get service. They discontinued buggy service and made it available for medical emergency only. I was traveling with an infant and it was raining. I requested several times for the buggy and they promised to send one but kept me waiting outside my room and the buggy never arrived. This happened twice in my 3 days stay. Overall service quality is poor. The dinner buffet is unpredictable , as the menu and quality would vary depending on number of guests in the house.

Good retreat from city given the fact that raipur doesn't have many options. They give special discount to defense personnel. About 25km from city. They have speaker installed over the dining area so if you wanna eat out in peace, you can't because they keep playing random music which spoils the mood and serenity of the place. Food quality is like any other five star however variety is amazing. The staff seems to be committed to make you feel special.

The property is great and well made. Itโ€™s like a typical hotel on a beach - low rise buildings, restaurant towards the lake front . Rooms are huge with those on 1/2 floors in some blocks overlooking the lake. The service is poor. Fluency in Hindi / English is not there with several staff members in the dining area. Speed of service is very slow esp in house keeping. They refuse to serve water at the reception (citing policy) and ask guests to walk to the restaurant to have it ! If service ramps up - will be a 5* for sure.

We booked one club room at Mayfair Lake resort Raipur for our first anniversary celebration. We liked the hospitality and ambience. The staffs are well mannered and courteous. For birthday and anniversary celebration team Mayfair always offer a complementary eggless 250 gram cake. We had our dinner at Tea pot dinner buffet restaurant. It Was a great experience and we will be cherishing the memory for the rest of our lives. Thank you team Mayfair for making our anniversary celebration a successful one.
