Pathetic Service, staffs are not at all trained to attend Guest. Bad quality of food. Cleanliness is also very poor. No improvement even after complaints. No water in rooms. We organised a party and booked the restaurant and staff messed up everything and ruined our evening. Horrible experience.

BEST INTERNATIONAL HOTEL IN THIS LOCATION. INSIDE THE DINNING HALL ONLY VEGITARIAN FOODS SERVED. OUTSIDE THE DINNING SOME PARTY HALL IS AVAILABLE. GOOD EXPERIENCE DURING 2 DAYS STAY. RENTAL CAR RATE IS SLIGHTLY HIGH COMPARED WITH OUTSIDE RENTAL CAR. DEFINITELY I WILL REFER FOR OTHERS.

The hotel is just about okay. I guess the best option one can find in this area. But that's what makes them a bit complacent. Rooms are large and spacious but the common areas like dinning restaurant and the banquet halls that are on the same floor as the guest room and open into the common passage areas are filthy. See the picture attached of the dirty dishes lying the common area for over 24 hours. It's terrible to look at and smells disgusting. The management really needs to get their act together to maintain this place better.

This hotel is good but keep it mind their check in and checkout timing otherwise u will pay extra. No discount on stay it's fixed. Ur driver Wong get proper sleeping arrangements at night. No pickup drop. Their toilets stings whenever u enter. Their staff not trained properly. If u don't pay for breakfast they will not going to give breakfast to you . They are rigid to their prices No flexibility.. hotel ambience is good but due to all above I have to think twice for checkin to this hotel on my next business visit.. thank you..

Ashok singhal Baghel Stayed in room 501 . The tea maker was faulty. Also the basin in bathroom was leaking, all water accumulated at floor of bathroom. Even all the lights in the room don't glow.

Bad manager behaviour

Hotel is mediocre overall but that's what you can expect in a small town. Rooms are spacious. Bathrooms need upgrade as the flush doesn't work well - stayed at the hotel four different times and the issue is universal. Reception desk staff can't be trusted. Ensure you confirm the rate ahead of stay. In my recent stay, they verbally confirmed they would give me the rate from my earlier stay. When I looked at the rate I was charged, it was in total 1200 bucks more than promised. The reception desk guy was quite arrogant in not acknowledging what had happened and was adamant he wouldn't offer the price from my earlier stay, despite their promise. He wouldn't elevate the issue manager after my multiple requests - must be because they wanted me rob me off the extra money. The justification he offered was that they cant change the bill once finalized, as if it were some contract agreement. Instead he said they would offer a rebate in my next stay, which is hard to believe considering my recent experience. Insulting treatment for a repeat guest. Stay cautious with these guys.

I have mixed feelings. The manager and front desk are great! The kitchen staff are not good and miss treat foreigners. Stay for business if you have to. Never on a tourist trip! All this applies to foreign visitors.

The food was good and so was the ambience. But the best part about the restaurant was the service. The staff was so friendly to us especially Mr Naval Kishore. They didn't let us feel like we're at an outside place, it felt so home with their constant interaction. We even got a discount!

Food is good and services are also good. Only major issue is in the nonveg food section. Few drunk customers come and they disturb other guests and staff can't do anything about it. Management has to do something about it otherwise it is creating a bad image for frequent visitors.

The finest international hotel in this area offers a remarkable dining experience exclusively serving vegetarian cuisine within its dining hall. Additionally, they provide a separate party hall for events and celebrations. During my two-day stay, I had an exceptional experience. Although the rental car rates were slightly higher compared to external rental car services, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
