Service of the hospital is very good. Well maintained hospital good team of Doctors and Nurses friendly behaviour. You are regularly asked for your view's about room services and cleaning which is very good.The only pathetic department is cashless,the person handling the department he tries his level best not to co operate.In my case treatment was partly cashless and rest amount supposed to be reimburse by the insurance company, when I asked for reimbursement form which is provided by hospital during discharge he told me they are shortege of staff and over burden and only provide it after few days only.And i need to come to hospital again after few days for that with all the documents. Authorities must sensitize the staffs.

Hospital staff behaviour and Dr.P Agrawal advise and way of talking with patients is very good. I am satisfied with their advise. But on concern here is there is no card payment accepted and you have to pay all in cash which is very pathetic here. I urged the Hospital management they must introduce the card payment.

If you want to avail corporate insurance cashless facility, This hospital is in network and you can avail the facility. They have 3 different type of private rooms apart from general ward. We visited here for Gynecologist/ Pregnancy advice. Dr Purusottam Agrawal is available here. We liked his consultation. However, the waiting time might be somewhat more for some days due to the busy schedule of the doctor. We noticed, if Dr P Agrawal is absent, the hospital authorities will force to make you visit the other in duty doctor, Which we clearly did not like, as you wont be comfortable visiting any other doctor for your ongoing consultation. So I felt availability is an issue here. Also there is no dedicated parking for four wheelers. You either have to do street parking or you can parkninside big bazar if its a day time. So overall 3* rating.

Overall good experience, the hospital is clean, better treatment and all the staffs are cooperative. The cashless option makes it more familiar. Their facilities for patient and attendant is superb but it could be better with the availability of facilities like bringing the prescribed medicines to the patients.

As services are good but they are creating a monopoly in the market. Currently, they are taking only cash or UPI payments. They should take card payments as well. They should offer The customer can pay at their convenience.

Had a very satisfying experience with this hospital. Patient admission process was quick and smooth. Cabin rooms are spacious with bed for attendants, tv, ac etc. Hospital is very hygienic as the housekeeping staff are always cleaning. Rooms are cleaned multiple times a day. The cashless experience was really good. The cashless staff are quick and the process was really smooth. Everybody knows their duties and perform well so that the attendants can focus on their patient instead of being in lines at the medicine counter or the billing counter. Overall amazing experience. The doctors are great and the nurses are extremely well behaved.Thank you sanjivani.

I had admitted almost each one of my family members here. In sambalpur, this is the best hospital with the best doctor Dr. K.D. Purohit. Facilities are good. TPA support desk is very helpful, claims are easily processed, staff is very helpful. Trust the doctor, he is very knowledgeable. I am very relaxed whenever I admit any of my family members.

One of best hospital ever i have experienced...with best Doctors and clinical as well as non clinical staffs...My entire family members medical issues are greatly resolved at this hospital. Good but two things one, that there should be food provision for patients secondly attendants are asked to buy medicines whereas till so many hospitalization experience, never seen engaging the attendants as Nurses.

Irresponsible cleaning staff. The cleaning staff is very rude and totally non-responsive in sanjeevani hospital. This is the case of today's 24 December 2023 evening 7:15 pm for patient name***** admitted for delivery. Even after calling the cleaning staff multiple by self also by the nursing staff the cleaning lady didn't come after 30 mins. And when she came. She abruptly removed the bedding which caused a lot of pain to patient. And she didn't even complete her work and didn't remove the wet patient gown. Because of her negligence the patient suffered pain, and had to lie in wet bed and gown for almost half an hour. This kind of management is totally irresponsible and strict action should be taken on this person. Overall the other departments work flawlessly and do not give any chance of complaint. Fyi - I have already submitted the feedback form at the front desk. Let's see how soon any action is taken.

The Doctors are good but there is no in-house testing facility. To get an X-ray which is a very basic test that should be available in most, if not all, nursing homes, you have to move the patient out of the hospital and travel to a distance of around 3 KMs. This may worsen the condition of the patient. I think an old and fairly reputed hospital such as Sanjivani should focus on procuring these test machineries to save the patients from a big headache of searching for the testing centers.

It was an experience of two days hospitalization for 2 days, here are the pros and cons for the hospital. Pros: 1. Doctor treatment is good in diagnosis, 2. Nursing staff are well behaved and polite 3. Cleaning staff are good in their duty. 4. Price and charges are affordable for all. Cons: 1. Lack of parking place for 4 wheeler. 2. Fooding facility to patient is not available. Overall it's good in all scenario. Thanks team Sanjivani.

It is like any other private hospital or nursing home. They will extract from you more than they have given. One startling thing they encourage cash payment.

this was my first time.behaviour of the employer good. hospital is neat and clean.

I had admitted my mother in this hospital for a surgery of spinal chord.doctor is very good.but basic requirements are not here.the nourishing staff behaviour is very good and rooms are cleaned twice to four times a day.you will surely face vehicle parking issues here as there are no parking spot and people have to park their vehicles outside the building day and night.

Dr KD purohits and Dr Bubun Patels dignosis is very good in my case even we returned from Dr Sonam Mathur AIG Hyderabad one of the biggest hospital of Asia continent .I suggest for Sanjivani hospital.
