I have waited almost 4 hours for a MRI scan. Initially the receptionist has told us to wait for 45-60 minutes as our number is after 1 patient. But before us, MRI of 3-4 patient has been done and I'm still in the queue. Apollo Bilaspur is far better than this

Atleast think 2 times before going to this hospital and arrange minimum 20lakhs before admitting the patient to ICU. They just ask and take more and more money to perform experiment with the patient life. My grandmother was admitted their and they waste our 20 days but couldn't able to diagnose the disease. They just do experiments to cure, they also perform an unsuccessful operation in experimental basis which shows more adverse effect in the health of patient, this get her into the ventilator from ICU. Even they don't say the truth that they can't able to do anything you can go anywhere else they just try to make money and perform experiment with life, if they say no then we can take them to better hospital save the life of the patient. They should learn to say the truth and accepting it for saving the life, they should think beyond money. Thank you and hope that this review can help anyone to save life of their loved ones.

Ramkrishna Care Hospital only aims for money not for treatment. They are busy on finding ways how to increase the patient's bill. Doctors are to some extent good but the staff are pathetic. They don't respect patient's and their families time and feelings. I have given my honest review and it's not a paid review.

Went to consult a cardiac surgeon, my experience with hospital is very bad. The hospital doesn't give any importance to the OPD patients, focused on performing surgeries. One day Dr was absent due to personal work, second day morning, after confirming that doctor is available for OPD, upon visiting there found out that the Dr was busy in OT. Same day went for 2nd time ( in the afternoon), Dr was in OPD for some time but left for OT again. I had to argue to get the consultation fee refunded. Wasted my time during office hours. 1/2 stars for their service. Pl stop assuming that patients are jobless, and they have a full free day for consultation. The hospital is overcrowded and service is pathetic.

Being NABH, it is one of the best hospital in Raipur. I have visited two-three times and found that services of the hospital are excellent. Staff is very cooperative, from security staff to upper level. I am impressed with the cleanliness of the hospital. Online appointment system is also excellent.

We went for the treatment of my child. The treatment and admission procedure in the emergency ward was good. The pediatric consultant doctor do not have an empathetic attitude. He was consistently commenting on my inability to speak Hindi and not a single word about my child's health. Be ready to face this, if you are a non-Hindi speaker. Exit procedure was also tedious, it took about 6 hours for us to get the discharge procedures completed. Again, the pediatric consultant was not available to give even the instructions to follow after we discharge. We had to go to Petals hospital to know about what to be done after that. They are very good and understanding.

This is one of the worst hospitals ever, I will list down few reasons to avoid any bias: 1. They are focused on money making so much that patients are asked to stay 'under observation' when instead they should be given urgent care. 2. From my family, there have been numerous admissions into this hospital, not one of them came out alive (including someone who went for gall bladder stone and doctors complicated her case) 3. Hospital is full of unworthy and under skilled doctors who run the show here based on meeting their 'targets'. 4. They charge you a bomb based on their infrastructure - what good is such infra if it can't keep patients alive! 5. They claim to have Speciality in multiple areas but most departments are filled with fresher level doctors who frequently need to consult with their superiors. 6. They will never tell you an accurate diagnosis. I have failed to understand how such scam hospitals can survive where they don't bother to explain the situation to a patient and want the treatment to be taken at their word. There needs to be a thorough inquiry on this hospital and the so called 'care' they provide. If you don't love someone, take them here.

My brother underwent surgery under the care of Dr Ajit Mishra and Dr Subhash. We thank both the doctors wholeheartedly. The surgery went very well and all care was taken by their team. Excellent nursing staff and doctor, very caring! However highly disappointed with the staff servicing and responsible for food. Patient wasn't served on time (breakfast, tea and lunch) even after repeated requests due to their internal confusions. The patient was diabetic which was clearly conveyed. Apart from that, overall procedures could be improved and made less time taking by revamping the SOP's. Overall, was a good enough experience.

My Mother-in-law recently went through hernia surgery and I just want to say thank you to Dr Dave and his phenomenal team for amazing service and support. Despite having many previous health issues unrelated which complicated the hernia surgery Dr Dave assured and gave us confidence to go ahead with this surgery. Team of surgeons led by Dr Dave is simply amazing and has rock solid steady hands. The nursing staff and general hospital management staff is caring and prompt to help which was pleasing experience. Patient seeking for medicine from last a week but it seems hospital is only focussed on experimental test / billing and not on primary treatment of patient. Secondly the staff don't know about the availability of doctor also. FU patient have to wait more ( 1 -2 hrs) than patient having new registration. Not expected this type of experience from renowned hospital like you.

Dr is excellent but management need some improvement in enhancing transparency in its process as i have not refunded yet and call back from their side and provide facility like sitting to 3 floor and especially for neonatal icu where my daughter of 7 days was admitted and her mother who passed through a Caesarean had no sitting facility or rest for her and staff said come for feeding after every 2 or 3 hrs from ground floor or arrange your own guest house outside.

Nursing staff is best as compared to any other hospital , very well trained , efficient and polite. Good thing is that most of the nursing staff is from local and nearby districts of chhattisgarh. House keeping is at its best coordination between various departments is seemless right from admission to discharge and corporate services dealing with insurance companies. If someone thinks it's priced a bit higher , but its worth spending the money for the services they render. Overall a very nice experience as the hospital is Good at doing what it is meant to do.

Well maintained heigiene and sanitation entire hospital. My baby born on 23/03/2023 with only 750gm and premature (6.5 month). The same has been operated by a brilliant Dr Pawan jain sir. I can't believe on God but I believed on Dr Pawan jain sir who make every thing is possible. Actually he is such as God in the earth . Dr Rakesh are also having a unique knowledge for delivery and baby care department. I can't say in word about care of this hospital. Team of Dr Pawan Jain sir is unexcelled unexampled. Many many thanks to both Doctors and their team for giving me a complete family life and giving a bright future to my baby. As of Now my baby is goings to cross 2kg. And also thanks a lot to honour of the hospital Dr Dave sir who placed and provide a special and brilliant facilitest hospital in our state chhattisgarh. Pathetic hospital I would say. At first it was ramkrishna then care then finally ramkrishna careless hospital. Doctors are so busy that sometimes they forget that their equipments are not working so the surgery will happen next day. Next day also they are so busy that they give time of 8 and do not act till you followup and wakes up at 12. Just pay money and forget treatment. If with insurance you are getting treatment surgery will happpen next month because wheelchair not available

Doctors are very helpful for them 3 stars, but the management team for admission process is pathetic. We had to wait almost 3- 4 hours to admitted the patient. Follow up process is not good either. Only 3-4 management persons are helpful while mostly we had faced many delays by management people or help staff in OPD.

Doctors, nurses and other medical staffs are very polite also very attentive during my stay in private cabin. Also cleaning staffs are so nice and kept the environment so clean that I felt happy, motivated and healthy.

Had the opportunity to visit and stay as an attendant wd my sick husband at the center about two years back. The care they provided was commendable . I just wish all stay happy and healthy but if at all illness strikes ,do visit the Care group of hospitals (R K Care,Raipur) and you will not be disappointed. Very bad hospital, they are only interested in making money. They book appointments but tell us that doctors are in OT. They want internal opinions of other expert doctors because their first priority is money. Tests should be done internally according to them but their machines are broken. Doctor gives appointment of 12 but is 2 hours late. Patient’s time is not respected at all. Feel sorry for the staff for being overworked. Extremely pathetic management. Ideally, should not run a hospital. Giving one star since that is the minimum. Request you to ok not go there and save your precious time and money. Not recommend at all.

I visited MMI during COVID-19 , staff were treating people like we are culprit , they were not listening anything. I always used to visit MMI . First time I visited to Ramkrishna and i loved it.

Hopeless, only money making institution. Unethical I would say. So irresponsible approach towards patient. Do not go to this hospital ever, at least I wont A surgery was performed for my father. Totally incompetent medical staff. ICU is place of blunders and very irresponsible. I am very sorry and suggest don't ever go there and pushing you for unnecessary surgery or treatment, so be careful

Recently, my father was treated at Ramkrishna Care Hospital for a complex medical issue. I was impressed with the cleanliness and the advanced medical equipment they used. The staff was not only professional but also empathetic, treating us with kindness and understanding throughout our stay. It's rare to find such a combination of expertise and compassion. In Ramkrishna Care, Raipur, the staffs are very un-professional. They don't know how to take care the people who went there for check up or to show the reports to the doctors after tests OR may be doctors have instructed them to do so. When you visit the hospital very first time (means when you pay) they will treat you like anything but when you re-visit them second OR third time OR some time to just show the test report then their behavior just changed and they will let you wait for hours even after submitting your report card to them and if you ask about to see the doctor, they don't even reply you properly, they (specially the attendant at the door of the doctor's) think that only they are working and busy rest of us are having lots of free time and we were there in the hospital for enjoy. The management of the hospital must do something about it else the public have to look for other options.

Recently, my Son Sahil was treated at Ramkrishna Care Hospital for a LEFT ULNA MID SHAFT FRACTURE WITH SOFT TISSUE INJURY. I was impressed with the Cleanliness, Hygiene Food for Patient and Supportive Hospital Staff viz Nursing, Ward Boys/Aayas etc. The staff was not only professional but also empathetic, treating patient with kindness and understanding during the stay. A Big Thank you to the Entire Team for their support during Treatment. But, the discharge process is delay. Anyway overall experience is very Good. Thank you.😊
