And the most important patients recover well Best specialty of the hospital… Negative….. The time for meeting the relatives of the patients should be increased a little and the guard should be allowed, let the relatives meet.

Doctor's, all Nursing staff's and management staff are really very good. Their services was excellent. Fooding, security, cleaning facilities was very good. Really, I am so happy to came this hospital. I want to give one suggestion that In this hospital one dedicated ward is required for newly born baby with all necessary facilities, medical equipments required for emergency thretment for newly born baby.

Excellent doctors n excellent treatment. Want to say something about nursing service. It is also very good, but their service is very slow. They do their work but after many reminders. I have to wait for 2 hours for discharge after giving discharge card. Also private room maintainence is very poor. Charges are very high but service is not at par. So, its clear that maintainence part is very bad.

My grand mother was admitted here for more than two months and her health is better now. All clinical staffs along with cleaning staffs are very good. Hospital location is also well accessible in the City like Raipur. Overall very good experience except the money transaction system. A man/women form rural area may suffer due to complex system of repeated clearance seeking in this counter and that counter especially average quality dealing in the Corporate Counter. I called it average dealing because I will love to see this hospital as best in clinical superiority as well as in simple to admit and other process for the attendant of a patient.

Service is good, but there is still room for improvement in the waiting time for the consultation visit and the behaviour of the staff towards the patients and their families. The feeling of service and empathy is missing in 50% of the staff sitting comfortably. Young Staff sitting on counters delay in providing the receipts and test results because they are mostly busy on calls or else distracted. I believe it will take time but a positive approach towards these issues can make a big difference. Thank you for the service provided by you.

Very very bad experience. I booked the earliest appointment online. They did not acknowledge my appointment and sent me in after many patients. I had an appointment for 11.05 am and they sent me in at 2 pm. Even the doctor came in late. No prior notice was given if there would be delay in the appointment timings. The staff present there were stalling us all this time saying that the doctor will come in 5-10 minutes. 0 star experience!

While the doctors are good and empathetic towards patients and their families (this one star is only for the doctors), nursing staff and security are extremely rude and ill mannered. There is not a single chair or even a stool to sit next to the patient in wards. They expect relatives even senior citizens to keep standing for hours if they wish to visit their relatives in this hospital.. Night nurses are especially bad who won’t go to the patient even after calling multiple times.. patient is expected to get out of bed and walk over to these nurses to get their attention. Further, they will sit together and talk loudly during the entire night making it impossible for patients to get any rest… please teach your nursing staff some basic manners and empathy while dealing with patients and their families who are already paying so much money to get treated at your hospital.. I’m not visiting this hospital ever again.

My recent visit to this Hospital Emergency ward left me horrified. The atmosphere was disorganized, and their focus on profit over patients was evident. The doctors needlessly induced panic and made me go through a CT scan which was charged exorbitantly. Collected blood samples before even giving medications on emergency, only to release later that blood samples was not needed . CT scan was also a utter waste as per the situation but just to charge higher they made it. They even dragged the discharge process longer, the doctor's attitude were clearly not right. Went in at 12:30 am and stepped out at 5 am, while i was fine within 5 mins of the injection that was needed. This experience has eroded my trust in NH MMI Hospital. I strongly caution prospective patients to weigh their options carefully, considering both quality care and fair pricing. Seek a healthcare provider that prioritizes patients' well-being over financial gain and maintains ethical practices. To be precise the CT scan was charged 10,000/- , I come from a city like Chennai where the highest charges being 5000! I wonder how much this hospital is scamming people in this city.

The hospital is excellent in terms of services, infrastructure and staff. We had a great experience at the hospital during one of the surgeries for my father in law. Would like to mention specially name of MR shankar and Mr Vibhu who were instrumental in helping throughout and made our experience really good. The most disorganised hospital. Doctors of the hospital doesn't know how their system works and they make sure to loot you till last penny of urs. My dad was admitted fir low sodium in this hospital. Multiple tests were done in last 6 days. On the day of discharge, dr mentioned iron is low and he need to be admitted for 1 more day. Not sure what he was doing for last 7 days. Again after 3 days, my dad developed some issues, dr suggested to get the sonography urgently.. it took almost 4 hrs to get the sonography.. By this time doctor was gone... No treatment.. yet only tests .. Name should be Nhmoneymakinginstitute.. and only hrassment of patients are free .. absolutely free...

Doctors and nurses was very polite and good nature. but some gate gurads are not good, they don't understand our situation. Charges are higher then your expections. If u taken general ward so minimum charges are 15-25k/day. And be careful when you taking discharge and check all documents like date if u shifting one ward to another ward, medicine, reports etc. Some managers are uneducated or we can say, they don't understand what we want to say. Hospital treatment is good and slow as other famous hospital. But not best.

Please don't go to this hospital for critical care. They will try to extract money from the patients. They will never reveal the truth. I list my one of my family member. We admitted her for CABG and doctors confirmed that the operation was successful. After about 20 days it was known that immediately after surgery she had septic shock and doctors did not reveal and due to which her one after another organ started failing. And they charged 15 lakhs. So my humble request not to go this hospital for critical care.

The Hr department should take notice of things like when a Person is coming for interviewsfrom other state like odisha jharkhand they should consider them if they are late for an hours, they cant go back again to there place and come on the next day because we do book tickets on train and buses to just come to this hospital -there is no proper communication between your team members which causes lots of trouble to the new comers when we come for interview or for resume ,everyone gives here ter own timmings and opinion.People come and apply but the hr department wont respond properly. Its a huge problem to get recruited here especially for the people who come from far distance.Your department could least do telephonic interviews or skype interview for such people

Many of my relatives have walk with own leg to hospital and passed away I feel so sad. Reason is mmi is the only hospital in Raipur we need get admitted in emergency.

A case of RTA (head injury,clavical fracture,tibia fibula displaced fracture)..he was suffering frm severe pain over a fracture,he had complain many times to a sisters nd doctor but no budy has given a response, there were giving just a pcm.. Doctor have given a instruction to the sister for giving tramadol or dynapar..but still no budy have responded and they were not allowing a relative to come inside,due to which we have taken a LAMA and shifted to other hospital for further procedure..... I was a working as physiotherapist In previous year (2015) ,recently i am not working there..i am shifted to jaipur.. I was knowing about the services that why i have suggested my brother to go to NHMMI.. But very sorry to say way of talking of resident doctors nd sister is very bad...very unsatisfactory response...

Other services are also good here , patients are treated well and get healthy food and clean environment. I am not at all happy with the protocol of this hospital. To get analysed by junior doctors, they are making us to wait for more than 3 hours... They making all the elderly cardiac, BP and diabetic patients outsyd for long tym. If we cross that stage than only we are supposed to wait for the concerned doctor.. before that v cant do nything.. thab only v can go for any tests required..

First of I must appreciate Dr. Manisha Sharma for cordial approach towards the patient. Also the detail in which they perform all tests and counsel the patient and their family about the ailment, current situation of the patient and course of treatment they are going through. Dr. S.S. Padhi (Cardiologist) along with other doctors and nursing staff are doing a great job inspite of huge workload. They were helpful, prompt and communicated well. I have two experiences of emergency in the cardiology unit and I would defintely recommend NH MMI & Dr. S S Padhi. Special thanks to nursing staff, they really take care of patients like their own relatives. Few improvements I'd like to suggest is on the patient meals, attendent seating and parking facility. Overall experience of NH MMI was very good.

Uneducated doctors are there (especially suni dharmani, pradeep mishra, h p Sinha and prasant kumar) who has given wrong treatment to my mom. They are just doing the experiment on my mom's body. Once upon time My mom's was feeling good but the next day they have given one injection for antibiotics which causes unconscious mind for 17 days and they was telling lies that your mother was suffering from brain attack continuously after that They have put my mom in ventilation since 15 days. Unfortunately My mom was passed away even though they have keep ventilation to her for increasing the bill amount. So guys my humble request do not have plan to go to this hospital

Bedbugs found in Large Amount on the beds in the Room They provided us. We Couldn't sleep At all Every Night we spent there! Request to the management do provide better Accommodation to the Patient and the attendant as well!!.

Hospital and doctors are good. Administration and rules could have been better. Sometimes you'll get appointment of 2.40 PM and doctor will consult you at 4.40 PM. They should honour the time of patient and attendant as well.

It was a wonderful experience during the treatment stay in your hospital. Very good caring from nursing side, R/N Pratibha and Balmukund is well trained and their incharge Piyush had taken care well of my patient.. I felt I must write in to press the care and kindness I received from the nurses and all the staff Piyush Vijaya sister Manorama sister. The ward was cleaned regularly and the food was good. Dr Nisha Yadav madam is an excellent and very capable doctor I am really obliged that she has treated me and now I am fine thank you doctor Nisha . I have very much satisfied with the plastic surgery done by Dr Nisha.

Came to this hospital for both of my parents one by one and stayed with them during their recovery. In both the instances spread over few years, I was extremely impressed with the service, care and attention we received during the stays. There was continuous visits from the management staff as well to ensure everything is being taken care off. Dr visits were helpful as they spent singnifact time and effort explaining the minute details. Admission, Discharge process was absolutely seamless. The nurses, caregivers, billing , front desk and even the security ppl are always very helpful , courteous and trying their best to ensure patient and accompanying guests leave with a memorable experience. Couple of feedbacks which can be considered to make it further better: a) the guest WiFi network needs to be made accessible. The IT deptt couodnt be contacted. Will be helpful for the guests who are staying who may need to conect to work b) for the pvt rooms other than the bed for the guests availability of a chair will be greatly appreciated. c) any maintenance work (producing loud noise) can be contained and planned such to not cause any disturbances to the patient. Lastly , a big thank you to MMI and entire staff and Doctors for taking care of our parents.

Despite ongoing neuro treatment of my mother at your facility, we have encountered significant difficulties yesterday night in securing a bed and accessing emergency ambulance services when urgently needed. This situation has caused considerable distress and uncertainty for our family.
