Very bad experience..wastage of mony..doctor are very careless...they have think patient is mony bank for them..they have test package & unnecessary offer to patient as a package test..without reason..surprise after so many test they are not interested to check & read his report too. Very...very bad Hospital..i am not suggest to other for this.zero rating for this Hospital...wastage of your money.

not a noble profession, but a commercial shop. Charging for what is not done, when asking for a refund arguing a lot, thanks to the doctor who helped come out of this situation.

I'm giving 3 star only for dr. Suryavanshi ji, 1 guard and some staff and rest of them all are careless and behave rudely. Management are totally worst, they are not talk clearly and Nurse's are lost our 2 previous hospitals files.

They are very poor in service, staff response & doctor also. The doctors are suggested to care for themselves but that hospitals do not provide better suggestions. We are coming to the hospital for our better health recure but it doesn't care about the present

I had and still having a very bad experience handling the finance and insurance department of SMC hospital Raipur. My mother-in-law got admitted for angiography on saturday (02-09-2023)under cashless medical policy. She was discharged at 8 PM IST the same day and we paid security deposit of 11000 rupees as there was not final approval from insurance company, only we got the provisional one. Sunday the next day neither the IPD department bothered to get the final approval nor the HOD (Prasanna Sahu). Finally, on monday which was 4th Nov we got the final approval from the Insurance company at 1 PM IST. Till now (05-09-2023) (14::57 PM IST) we haven't received the amount back form the hospital. They did took the account details from us on 04-09-2023 but we haven't received any money in our bank. Really unprofessional when it comes to customer service. The responsible person for this matter are Narendra Sahu, Prasanna Sahu and others from the reception and Finance team.

Accidentally reached to smc hospital for normal checkup in gynocologist but felt like they were waiting for murga and started to make case serious and raising bill by frightening patients and family members, with immediate lab testing and admiting patient with other testing after which we left immediately moved to other hospital and they just gave saline and ultrasound with nominal charges, really felt like cheated by smc hospital. So request to think twice before visiting doctor dr. pragya suryavanshi and smc hospital.

Good hospital and staff's behaviour.

This Hospital is having a very good environment, friendly staffs, nursing staffs and doctors are very cooperative. Hospital is NABH ACCREDITED, and a renowned hospital in the city Raipur. Specialty- Cardiologist& Gynecologist Dr SS MOHANTY ( CARDIOLOGIST & DIRECTOR) is a very good doctor, he has a very good practice and well experience and a renowned doctor. He is kind to everyone, very cooperative, listens each and everyone, wether you are a patient or outsiders or staff, he responses everyone with soft gesture. I must recommend Dr SS Mohanty for any cardio patients, please visit him for any heart related problems.

Before admitted in hospital I was told about the total expenses of angioplasty and angiography. I have been admitted in the hospital 15 July 2023 and same day my angiography and angioplasty has done but they never demanded the whole expense before treatment. I was in hospital for 4 days and I never felt lack of services at any movement till discharge from the hospital. I have paid the same amount which they told me before treatment and this was the best part of hospital. All nursing staff including male and female attendants are very supportive, friendly and cooperative. Doctors are also very good. I strongly recommend this hospital for best heart treatment and value for money and service.

Poor. Completely money minting attitude. Doctor has no time for patients. Poor diagnosis. Dirty toilets. Communication gap between Doctor and staff and patients. Random, casual tests.

Please please it's a humble request don't visit smc as they charge too much while discharge also they just experiment on patient ,better take hydrabad to usha mullapudi .

They are just making money nothing else, taking too much time for treatment, even showing general ward as ICU, very poor management specially billing section, taking whole day for discharging the patient.

Raipur is blessed with one of the best institutes for heart. It’s not that we had to take service of these excellent doctors but because most of people feel that going out of raipur will be wise decisions for operation (minor or major) but trust me , that’s not at all required now at present, because these doctors , staff and all facilities are on point that you will not feel that you are getting such a good treatment and follow up here. On top - if you are a resident at Chhattīsgarh, you will spend quite less as compared to going other city and getting things done. Doctors are expert and take a wise decision as per patient health , they don’t run for multiple surgeries until needed. One at a time with full focus and concentration. Thanks to team SMC for taking care of my father and giving his healthy life again.

Hospital staff has no experience, management is very bad, treatment is very late.

Very mismanaged hospital , very lethargic staff, they don't even care about the patient. Discharges process takes about 5 to 6 hrs.

Really it's very bed experience staff r very bad bahaviour don't prefer any patients.

They have pathetic staff and doctors, if you go to give food or something to covid +ve person they want you to ho their room and give it to them, the staff who was in PPE said No we wont give you as a person who is not wearing PPE should go to their room. I dont know how management is not looking into this horrible practice going on and overlooking all precautionary measures.

Better than most of the small heart hospitals of Raipur.

My father was in the hospital for 10 days, he received very timely treatment when needed the most and subsequently care. The staff was wonderful. My dad is recovering well. Dr. Suryavanshi was wonderful, kept us informed. I met him during the followup appointment, a compassionate doctor. My gratitude to the doctors and the staff,

Reception need to be receptive, it represents entire institute. Nobody knows anything.

Priority is Money than quality Treatment ... Before admission everyone uses jogerry words but post surgery don't take responsibility.

One star only for immediate action on emergency ... other than that they are people with completely money mind who wants to do thing whatever they feel better for earn money without the concern of the patient..no proper rate list of any service and charge price according to their will ..... Really disappointed from this hospital
