I have visited place with my father. I asked receptionist for consultation, she gave me one form to fill up and asked me for consultation fees upfront, when I asked , if physiotherapist is available, she said he will come in few minutes and unavailable at the movement. I belong to medical faculty and never experienced anyone asking for upfront consultation when doctor is currently unavailable. I understand you can setup your own rules at your clinic. But i also have right to provide my rating. So, overall i didn't liked the service hence the rating, not done purposely as i have no concern or any kind of conflicts of interest as i belong to completely different faculty.
