Horrible experience. The front desk staff and attendants are highly unqualified. They cannot perform simple tasks like opening email and check the bookings. Zero knowledge about managing bookings and payments. Complete incompetence. Wasted my whole day. Doctors are fine but front desk staff would give you a bad headache and completely mismanagem your bookings and appointment.

The staff of this clinic is very pathetic and illiterate they dont even provide proper medical knowledge to the patient, when you call them for online advice or information they will clearly tell you to log in to website or send you a brochure. The staff is very very poor in communication also sometime they misguide you.

The doctor is constantly disrespectful of my time. had a morning 8:30 am appointment and walked out at 6:00 PM without getting consultation. had a terrible experience at this place, don’t waste your time and money here.

I had been there when i was down with high fever. The staff over there is sincere and extremely caring. All kinds of medicines are available at apt price. I suggest anyone near the surrounding to consider Apollo clinic for a proper and responsible treatment.

No regard for patient's time. They are only active for bill payments but never respond properly for appointments & reports. Staff & management here is exploiting in the name of a renowned brand. Feel terribly sorry for the healthcare scenario here. Shameful!

Basically you people are looting in the name of Apollo. I am a manager in the Bank. I was thinking for the corporate tie up with you but u people are not deserve for that. I know that Indian Bank is having tie up with u. I will tell them to cancel it and i will tell all my circle atleast not to go to Apollo clinic.

Recently visited there for gynec issue...Consulted Dr.Ankita Agrawal she is very generous most of doctors don’t answer much but she will give answers to all your questions and the treatment she gave was also helpful...i don’t know about other doctors there but if you have gynec issue you can definetly Visit Dr. Ankita Agrawal.

Front desk leadies are highly uneducated and dont have a manner to speak to anyone, poor communication , Hospital incharge have to appoint good person on front desk with good communication skill.

Had a very bad experience with Dr. Kalpana Dash, she didn't even see the reports and they are recommended a false test to everyone. I would not recommend any this clinic for anything. Even after telling they were not ready to see reports properly.

I booked my slot through policy bazaar. They had given me a time for tests. I came on time. They didn’t open clinic till then. I tried calling on given mobile number around 20 times but they didn’t even bothered to answer my call. I was fasting since morning with full bladder.. & there was no loo in waiting area. Pathetic experience with appollo clinic. I will never recommend it to anyone. Waste of time and money.

Over all google diabetes treatment I also enrollment sugar 360 package this package was excellent for me my sugar was good control

Today was my first visit to Apollo and I don't feel like stepping there ever again. I was given an appointment for a doctor who was on leave. I ignored as there could be mistakes like these by receptionist at times. When asked specifically for a consultation with senior dentist, I was sent inside the doctors cabin just to realize I was being attended by his assistant. No offence to his assistant as he did what he could do at his best and I just didnt want to disrespect him by any means. After all, he was a doctor too. But I felt cheated as I didnt get that level of satisfaction with the consultation. AND it was a lie to me at the reception that I will be attended by the senior doctor. Lets go past this. After requesting the print out of the OPG scan (which costed 600 bucks here to my surprise), they seemed a bit hesitant and eventually sent me the image over the whatsapp. Interestingly, they didnt have the printer working in such big facility. Never mind. and ofcourse I was being sold health check packages with hefty discounts and when asked for the flyer which had the list of tests so that I can analyze it back at home, they said they cant give that. God knows why not. Was there anything to hide? I am sure there might be some good doctors but the whole "money sucking practice" which Apollo seems to bring in maligns the dignity of this noble practice of medicine and his own brand.
