Had never seen such a Fraud company like lenskart (in telibandha showroom), I have to pay 1250 for the spectacles, In that price mentioned was (Rs999 with glass) as I clicked the photo, They totally refused to give in the mentioned price on the spectacles.

Even local shops have a better range than this branch. I have visited some amazing branches in Bhilai Durg but this one branch is a stigma in the name of Lenkart. Bad service on top of it makes it even more frustrating.

The amount has been deducted from my account and they said it will come back in 2 working days I believed them and paid the amount by cash. It's been a week I am calling them and they said they are working but no follow up is done regarding this issue. Worst staff and I think lenskart should hire some experienced staff because staff now they have is totally dumb. I have paid double and issue has not been resolved till now. You are replying me with wrong mail id.... Do you guys work with your eyes wide open... Give satisfactory response to customer.

The employees there were not even interested in help. They're rude. I selected my specs by myself there was nobody even interested to recommend. Worst experience, definitely will not choose lenakart next time. You should teach your employee how to behave with customers. They're only working for money not for customer satisfaction. They should know how to behave, talk and help.

I went to a Lenskart store to claim my warranty (I purchased this extra warranty at the time of buying my specs). But the executive (Priynaka) behaved very rudely and told me that if any damage happens at the time of repair it would not be Lenskart's responsibility. Then what's the point of purchasing from a brand like Lenskart. She behaved very rudely, and they do not have any respect for customers. Lenskart do not care about their customer, it has pathetic customer service. When Priyanka (store executive) was behaving rudely there were 4-5 other Lenskart representatives present but not a single one came to interrupt her for her behavior. I request no one should purchase from Lenskart, I fell into their trap. There are other better brands than Lenskart Store Location: Lenskart Store, Near Telibandha Lake, Raipur, Chhattisgarh Store Representative: Priyanka (who behaved very rudely) PS: There is no way to complain directly on Lenskart website, So I'll be going to Consumer Forum to lodge my complaint.

When customers are the ones spending and we visit such stores instead of local ones, only thing we expect is a better experience and more variety. This shop lacked both. Ill mannered staff only test patience. Even a local shop would have provided with better service.

The models shown in the store, aren't available online and the models available online are not available in the store which indirectly gives us no benefit of visiting the store as we have to place the order without even seeing the frame. After selecting the frames, they tell it can not be made as it is not available online so we can not help. After that they ask to select the frame of a different colour which is not even available in the store itself. They also ask to visit the different branch and check there whether it is available there. It's good to order it online itself without visiting the store.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a vast variety of frames, glasses and sunglasses. Will definitely recommend this store to my friends

Good experience in raipur Lenskart. I bought 2 glasses from there and the qualities are as usual. Nice outlet n good active staff.

They are poor in quality and services. They are good while selling… My frame worth 3800 INR lasted for a month merely. Infact not worth for its price 😔 My suggestion to them: It’s product that rules, not place and promotion. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Worst experience ever. UNTRAINED STAFF. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR. They take more than a week to claim warranty/insurance. Then another week to place a new order for the claimed insurance. And then more than a week again to process it and to deliver. The staff is rude and unhelpful. Also, they don't call to inform any issue regarding the placement of order. And when the customer calls to ask about the order. They have no answer. ONLY EXCUSES. Saying it's the Company's Fault. We cannot do anything. Made biggest mistake choosing lenskart.

They are okay. Could do better as a company. The Lenskart is pretty out of touch with the technology. They ask for OTP even for repairing a previously ordered within warranty specs. The problem is phone number not active currently. They can send OTP to the official email of our profile through which the order was placed but they refuse to do so. Also, their quality control is very poor. Specs delivered within one week broke apart. Need better manufacturing quality.
