If it's your first pregnancy do not visit this Dr... For you it's very special but the doctor will make you feel like it's regular business.. Certainly she is not running a hospital but a business.. Patient come and go but the human touch and empathy is missing from the doctor and especially from the staff. Staff is rude, patient's time is not valued. If you are visiting for the first time for pregnancy take atleast 3-4 hours spare to spend here. Pathetic experience. Will not take my wife here again... #Soochnajanhitmeinjaari

Hi. My ***** was admitted for surgery. I wish i could change my decision. Before operation dr was so sweet. . Dr and staff behaviour was so pathetic. I wish can rate negative marking. . They don't know how to treat the patient. They don't know the ethics. Staff was also rude. My **** was crying in pain but when we informed to nurse she was literally shouting on me. When we asked to doctor he also came and he was shouting on me. You can not ask questions. I was like why i can not ask questions when i m paying bill. . These people don't have right to call themselves as doctor. When they can not treat properly. They think patients are money making Machine.plz don't go in this hospital. In front of your eyes your dear one will cry but u can not do anything. If we are telling we are in pain they will realise us dont say anything just shut up and live in that pain. Then why we are in hospital when you are not listening. We are here for you so you can suck our hard earned money.in next time i will not see these monster face.

Very rude lady she deserves negative reviews but no option to mark. She is admitting my wife 2 moths be fore delivery period to make big billing. She make us fearful and my friends wife completed delivery last year and she make the 85000 bill with non ceasarian delivery.

Doctor is rude. Unhygienic hopital. My first experience was worst. My problem was different but the nurse was asking me the questions regarding pregnancy. And lastly doctor is comparing the educated and uneducated patients. According to her uneducated is better. I mean if someone is going hospital she or he will be already in pain but instead of curing doctor will also torture you.

Hey guys I am sharing my experience after almost two years for this place I mean the hospital. We will start one by one step. We had total around 20+ visit in this hospital. First the knowledge of the doctor Mrs Archana is next level. She can judge your health with face expression. Secondly, for waiting time is way too high for get consultation with doctor. But it's ok if you have huge trusted patient then this will happen. Thirdly, you have option to choose for rooms while your patient is going to admitted in the hospital. Like ac ,non a c. Fourth, while you admit in the hospital staff is available 24 hours to assist you or any emergency situation. Quick, friendly and co operative staff. I highly recommend this place. Thanks.

Absolutely pathetic and thug hospital. Ashok luthra charges Rs.3000 for a simple rubber catheter. They take advantage of the patient in case of emegency.my father had to be urgently catheterized for which normally Rs.300 is charged everywhere. Absolutely pathetic hospital

Not good Doctor is busy all the time in watching share market status. Patient paid for consultation but he is busy in observing share market. Besides this doctor will write various test and after medicine of More then one month also no relief to my mother. I will not recommend him at all. But i request to Doctor please see patient, not share market. They have paid you for consultation. Earlier i got operated for stone by him long back then i requested for proper Bill because i was expecting bill rembersement from insurance company then he charged 2500 extra for bill. Later i didn't got the claim also from insurance company. So i personally had very bad experience. I am sorry for writing this but i am writing what i experience. Most important when ever any pateint go for consultation he is busy in observation of share market. I just have a question in my mind, can a doctor be so efficient that he can observe pateint and share market simultaneously at the same time Doctor sahab see patient not share market.

I visited 2nd time for my wife checkup...such a worst experience it is...so much negative vibes in the hospital..if you will feel the same please dont go again..Reception lady is very very rude & so unprofessional in talking... They have charged 700 for consultant fee..& also charged 700 again after 6 days just to check the reports... Doctor is very lazy in nature..she is like she is now bored with her work..she suggest my wife to take unwanted pills for 20 days..which doctor said this to their patient ? We are there to conceive the child not taking advice of having a pills.. Just after this i went to another hospital which is nearby FRI gate & i got such a good response over their.. Please dont go there..

Pathetic doctor .... i doubt if she is certified. Such a rude woman with no humanity. I will never prefer anyone to approach her as she is there only to make money.

Worst place in the name of a hospital.The only word that is suitable for them is “Evil behind a doctor’s face” And Miss/Mrs or whatever Poonam Sharma just one line for you ,the way you were scaring us was not pleasant at all.Is this the way you attend your patients?Instead of solving the problem you make things more complex by charging your patients unnecessarily.Shame on you and your profession.

Very Bad hospital. The Medical staff even didn't know how to treat patient and their family members. Every staff member use to talk badly and use to ignore all the circumstances from which the patient and their family members are going on.

The hospital services are pathetic. Very unhygienic rooms Dr and staff are very rude.

Dr. Archana is experienced but very few of her staff are well trained professionals. They can do mistakes which can trouble you for sometime. Everything else seems good so I am giving her 4 stars.

Dr archana.. is really a good and experienced doctor. We got strong recommendations for her from someone who's pregnancy was extremely complicated. And we are lucky that we met her. :)

Long waiting time...More than 2h also. Staff donot follow any serial order for calling in patients. They are biased...I don't on what grounds

Our experience at Archana Hospital was marred by the consistently rude behavior of the staff. The Gynaecologist displayed obstinate behavior, making communication challenging. Moreover, the locality lacked essential amenities like food options, restaurants, and other necessities. Adding to the dissatisfaction, the services at Archana Hospital appeared overpriced, contributing to an overall negative experience.

Both Dr are best at their part they are really serving people lives

Extremely hardworking and sincere doctors, help the patients in their full capacity, are very mindful of the patients financial standing and go out of their way to help in anyway then can.

Worse doctor I have ever seen. My complex was the problem of UTI. Doctor Ashok Luthra (Or I should say Ashok Loot) spent 20 days treating me. I tried medicine for 17 days which did not make any difference. Then after that The problem got worse when he started experimenting. Sometimes there is more to cleaning the bladder. And made a daily bill of Rs 5000. Whether the procedure is to be done or the urine bag is to be changed or just bladder cleaning is to be done. Full day stay in the hospital or leave the bill in the evening. No solution was given to any problem and no treatment was given. The doctor made my case worse. I would rate negative for this doctor.
