I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Kohli. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend him due to his poor attitude towards patients and lack of professionalism. During my visit, I opted to get some tests done from an outside facility, as it was more convenient for me. However, instead of understanding my situation, Dr. Kohli treated me with rudeness and displayed a complete lack of empathy. It's essential for a doctor to respect a patient's choices and not make them feel belittled for their decisions. Moreover, I noticed that he never seemed to prioritize patients who came in within the prescribed time period for their appointments. It appeared that he was more interested in maximizing his profits rather than providing quality care to those who diligently followed the recommended schedule. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also detrimental to the trust patients should have in their healthcare providers. As a patient seeking medical care, one expects a certain level of compassion and attention from a doctor, especially in the field of orthopedics, where patients often deal with pain and discomfort. Unfortunately, my encounter with Dr. Kohli left me feeling unheard and disrespected. PS- The timings are also wrong here!! It's given that doctor sits from 10am but he usually walks in by 11am casually talking on the phone ignoring the world because he thinks he is at a much higher level from us just because of his honourable job. ****Update after your response: Guess the patients can't post a review when the hospital's management is so adamant in proving that they provide the world class facility and that nothing is wrong with them, it's always the patients fault. You could have easily said that you are sorry for the inconveniences and then posted your points but no! This hospital is never wrong!! And FYI after your lecture I did got the tests done again (separately the 3 you recommended as you were not ready to go through the 1st one) but then again you showed the same attitude and were not ready to see the report because you read the cover which said that the tests were done from outside. Which meant no money in your account.****

Very poor management, staff does not have manners at all how to talk to people, they are very rude and ill mannered. Instead of asking their staff to be polite while speaking to people, the Doctors of this hospital take side of their staff unnecessarily and scold the person suffering from such bad behavior of their staff. A person who goes for treatment in this hospital soon feels that he has done a big mistake in selecting this hospital for his treatment. I had such bad experience twice there and had decided never to go there in my life. Also, I would say that if you can bear to get insulted by this hospital staff and doctors after spending huge amount of money, then you can go there otherwise it is recommended not to go for any treatment in this hospital.

I had delivered my daughter last week in Kohli Hospital...Dr Surabhi Kohli ( gynecologist) is very kind n polite..She listens to every problem and try to resolve all queries. I would say she is the best gynecologist in Dehradun...The nursing staff is also polite and well behaved. I would highly recommend her for any gynecological problem.....

Being a famous orthopedic surgeon in the city it's expected to atleast perform right surgery... But recently he made my grandmother's case totally critical... As I am living in dehradun from last 40 years...but havent seen such a worst hospital in dehradun....I went to a reception at 4 pm on Wednesday but it was locked and there was no body....i searched whole hospital for 45 minutes then I found one nurse , she came and took 3 x rays and all three incorrect then some jr.dr came he took x ray and said needs to be operated and went away....plz plz don't go to that hospital it's more than worst

Greedy doctor and staff ....they provide a surgery kit to the patient and charge heavily for it..That kit even has 4 uniforms for the surgeon...lol...what a lovely way to make money. Ohh you mean to say that other hospitals which do not charge for it they let cross infections to follow right...? And yaa I didn't mention that during the procedure many of the things which were unused during my patient's surgery went missing later.. love to see your honesty.. :D .Old Dr. Kohli' is a reputed doctor but since the time his son took over the charge, things have messed up, now what all he cares about is making money... People who are still visiting this place because of the reputation of the old Dr.Kohli...and I am sure people will no longer visit this place when they get to know the real agenda of this so called money making hospital.

Worst hospital , worst staff ,worst doctors, we have undergone a hipbone replacement surgery of our mother in Hari Ram Kohli hospital. After surgery they have covered patient with torn blanket , they have no facilities rooms and washroom were smelling. After surgery we have to shift our mother in another hospital and now doctors are saying operation will be revised. Please never ever go in this hospital if u want safe life of ur nears and dears.

Worst management and staff mainly orthopaedic is very disrespectful to the patient and their companion as well. Charge very high amount on the medicines.And they also blunder the case of my grandmother...because of them we had spent more than expected money for that operation of her femur bone. We visited here on 25th November for surgery of broken hand. That time he put rod and told that it was successful and u wl be fine, but today after 6 months bones didn't joined. In between when we went there then Dr. Was giving lecture that u should thankful of god, that ur surgery was successful, nothing will happen, ur hand will be fine. Go home, No need to come again for checkup. He is a Docter And was talking all this rubbish because we were asking him that X-ray report showing clear images, that bones didn't joined. Now we went to other docters for consultation and they told clearly, bones did not joined u have to go under surgery again. We feeling duped. So, this message is to all that he is a fraudester, they are here only to make money, nothing else. Be aware and Be safe . Thank you

Worst experience of visiting an orthopedic doctor ever, for a minor work of removing plaster the assistant appointed was rude and in a hurry and also did not respond well to our doubts. But to make our experience even worse than expected while cutting off the plaster from the patient's foot and wrist no precautionary or safety measures were used and gave brutal deep cuts on the skin in multiple places. How unprofessional or irresponsible one could be while doing something they are appointed for and not being sorry for it. Also when addressed to the doctor there no action was taken and the fact was ignored that the assistant responsible for giving deep cuts on the skin of an elderly patient was neither scolded or asked to be sorry and did not take any action against him. Never ever visit this place if you dont want injuries in bonus while getting rid off the previous ones's!

I visited the hospital for my delivery. Dr. Surbhi Kohli got my baby delivered via c section. She is one of the best gynecologists in Dehradun and trust me when I say it as I have consulted most of them during my pregnancy. She is really genuine and cool. She has such a positive attitude and would never scare you over minor complications like many other doctors do to make money. She does not focus on money making but rather focuses on her patients and the childs' well being. Since the hospital has a high volume of orthopaedic patients there are few that know about the gynocology department but I thank god that I found this place. It is one of the most affordable places in the city. Though I do have a feedback where I feel that the gynocology department should be developed a little like some facilities like baby cribs and basic amenities like few towels etc should be provided. Also the nurses should be a little more professional. But these are things that one cannot complain about as the prices are so nominal that theses are extra facilities should not be expected. Thanks once again to Dr. Surbhi and a special thank you to the anaesthetist as he was someone who was really supportive throughout my surgery and really helped me to calm down as I was really anxious and worried.

Dr. Tushar Kholi is the best doctor i have ever seen in my life. I got my leg operated at the hospital and i was completely satisfied. Dr. Tushar's down to earth and helping nature is worth appreciating.

Worst service ever. waited for 7 hours for surgery the behaviour of the nursing staff was so rude even the doctor was also not able to tell the approx surgery timing these are the level of quality they are providing to their patients.

Doctors really very good and very gentle towards paitents. But here is s nurse and whose name is pooja she known by choti pooja in the hospital she worked here at night shift . It was a very good experience in Kohli hospital. For orthopaedic patients it is one of the best hospitals in Dehradun. We had a very bad experience in Mahant Indiresh hospital because of their negligence and poor treatment.
