This hospital has 2 specialist doctors, one for kids and other for adults. They can be met here in the morning only as they spend rest of the day in other hospitals. Appointment fees is 500 Rs for a week or so which is quite expensive as per the services they provide in the hospital. Staff is good and rooms are well maintained.

I had a very bad experience with Dr. Mamgain ( The senior one). He is very rude and starts shouting if any question is asked. I was shocked when we asked him questions about our daughter's health, he started saying that why do you people ask questions. My understanding is that he is very unprofessional and just want to fleece patients. He should understand that it takes effort for a common man to earn Rs 500 and we ask questions because we are concerned about our kids. I request parents to avoid going to him as I assure you that you won't have good experience. Hope this review has some impact on him and he start treating patients with love and care because he gets paid for it.

Dr.Varun is very humble person treats patient like family member .The staff is excellent and caring. Doon Valley Clinic is also No.1 In Dehradun in maintaining cleanliness ❤️

Honestly one of the worst hospitals of dehradun. Very unhygienic and very poor faculty. Diagnosis by dr. Mamgain is comparatively better than doctor semwal's. Faculty after treating the patient don't wash their hands or sterilise the instruments before using on another patient.

Very good hospital for children.Dr Varun Mamgain provides excellent diagnosis and treatment.

Poor management... The doctor is never on time.... Been waiting here from last an hour.. the only thing receptionist has to say is that 'the doctor is on his way... There is no fix time of the doctor to come here .. it can be 10, 11, 11:30.. ' 😑

The Senior Doctor Dr. RAKESH MAMGAIN, as well as another doctor varun both are best in the city for the baby treatment, however i am having problem with the queue procedure and numbering system. The peoples who come from far place get directly to the hospital took the late number for appointment. However hospital prefer the appintment through phone calls. Now a days when there is too much crowd in the city, peoples usually call 3 to 4 clinic in the city and take appointment and they go to only one clinic, others are just their options, it is just like false appointments for other places. Also i would like to suggest as well as request them , kindly make the preference to those needy persons who came to you directly without going here and there. They are true loyal to you as well as faithful to you, because they have none other option than you.

Very bad experience staff didn't explain the appointment no.. so much waiting period Staff send their known first...

Dr is good , but there is no parking for vehicle , i think management should take necessary action on it and provide parking space.
