I don't know what kind of hospital is this rude behavior of Doctors and staff. And security guard also have no etiquette how to talk how to behave. Worst Hospital Ever.

The very first doctor I experienced in my life who's behaviour is too much rude. Actually he don't know how to treat and talk with patients. Sir you must go school again and should learn some attiquette actually you don't know even a little that how to talk.. Dehradun's worst doctor i experienced..

I was admitted at the hospital and the doctor's were freindly but need to teach your staff that they should not do backbiting of others in front of patient . Actually the staff were all freshers and learner and not even matured by mind they need to learn where and when need to speak they should not be talking in front of patient , doctor's were freindly and experienced but it is very difficult to meet with the doctor when u need them due to the busy shedule doctor will visit you in the after 12 to 2 and evening not sure it depend he will come or he might not come this was my experienced at the hospital admited for two days

This P K agarwal doctor is very bad......his behavior is very rude and he doesn't listen to patient's problem....this thing is very dangerous for doctor & human and can cause downfall of a fellow is... he's an illiterate & senseless Doctor... in my opinion this doctor is dipressed my advice to him is to first treat his own mind then treat the patients...

Pathetic hospital... Worst Doctor Mr Aggarwal.. Senseless Human Being.. He doesn't know how to talk.. Absurd language.. He should join school and learn etiquette, how to deal with patients. Unnecessary doing all tests n reports for making money... Go anywhere but Don't Go there...!!!

Worst hospital ever seen in life!! Extremely rude doctor, no etiquettes as to how to speak to patients and his own staff, seems like he is extremely frustrated when he sees patients!! Wosrts experience. Do not ever visit by mistake also!!

In short: Very very rude behaviour. Don't waste your money. In detail: I was having genuine post covid issues and trying to get recover by living normal life. After 6-7 months when things kept on going then I have gone for a full body check-up. I went to this clinic only to get XRay done. Then by mistake I thought why not consult this doctor with all the reports. That was a big big mistake. I was trying to communicate to him but he didn't listened at all just kept on saying that I am having everything only in my mind. This agrawal fellow without seeing the reports properly said everything is OK. When I mentioned that B12 is significantly less he answered yes I have seen it whereas I was not even able to show him that specific report.

Sir & mam are cure our patients like family . And staff are also very polite and supportive.

The reviews about Dr P K Agarwal’s behaviour are correct. He tries to dominate and borders on being rude /disrespectful especially the first time. He gets really upset if you say something that you read on Google or question him. He takes it as a personal insult when a patient is trying to discuss medical knowledge with a doctor who is the expert. As a patient you are expected only to tell about symptoms and ask about how long to take medicines, it’s side effects and when to get a test done. Also, he tends to give priority to MRs , arranging doctor conferences and marketing staff during patient hours.And then he leaves for his routine rounds in the hospital. So, waiting for 1-2 hours for your turn is pretty normal. However, if you have been to multiple doctors and speciality hospitals for your stomach problems and none of them have ever given a satisfactory long-term solution, then you are at the right place. Dr Agarwal has a knack of diagnosing the reason for your symptoms in the very first interaction. My recurrent acidic bile, bloating , indigestion and tummy ache was instantly diagnosed as symptoms of anxious personality. He advised me to give up salads/junk food/ juices/ milk products/ beverages/ cream /alcohol completely. And within a few days the symptoms had become less frequent and I felt more healthy. Since I had also maintained a journal entry for food that did not suit me I reduced intake of sweets and rice as well. And felt much better. I would certainly recommend to go to him at least once, while being mentally prepared to wait long and be shouted at for your own well being. For the anxiety diagnosis he started giving me anti-depressants as well. While he explained in detail about all the other medicines he gave for Uric acid, stomach inflammation etc he kept quiet for the antidepressants. I know other patients who have been taking them for 20 years but I just wasn’t comfortable. I may not have the expert medical knowledge but I do have the right to decide what treatment to take. I felt that relaxing an anxious mind through meditation is much better in the long term than trying to do it chemically. Still, I would recommend you to go at least once. He could give you the diagnosis you were looking for all these years.

Came to this hospital for colonoscopy. Doctor is highly experienced and will recommend others as well. Hospital is budget friendly. Also if you're coming here for Colonoscopy, there's a blood test for Hepatitis and HIV so that you stay safe and do not contradict any necessary disease. I believe this is a good step by the hospital. So procedure takes 4 hours of preparation and some 15-20 min of test. If something suspicious is found then a biopsy is performed which again is not so expensive considering the fact that sample is sent to AIMS Delhi for biopsy if I'am not wrong. Although procedure is a bit painful, but its always best to do such tests if your doctor has recommended.

Mam is very polite ,humble I like her nature how she understand people problem.Sir is very Good in Everything he Always focus in his work and both work hard For his work .Best hospital for our family.Treat very well and My Anty get new life she was unconcious 3day and he focus in her and give all treatment and she is good now day and all fine .Thanks to Astha family for their hard work

Bhaut bekar hospital hai dr ko patient se baat karne tk ki tamiz nahi hai i dont know how they become a dr very very bad experience in my life. Dr is God for patients but.... Pls visit any other dr if you respect yourself.

Dear All One things is for sure that Dr P K Agarwal has no ettiquettes how to talk to patients and he is a rude senseless fellow.Only knows how to criticise, use abusive language ( Maa bhen ki gaalian ) in front of staff including ladies, children. Well, it will be justified by all the reviews which you may read. Dr Kalam ones said that everyone has one heart but a doctor has 2.One is biological heart and other is a kind heart which this fellow doesnot have. Very very rude doctor.Even for follow up , if patient is scared to see his doctor, uncomfortable to talk to him, narrate his problem, then i must say that Dr Agarwal you must quit your profession. Well , all this puts a question mark on your upbringing, your schooling and your education. may god bless your patients . A worst experience holder.

This is worst hospital….in doon as my experienced with this…..plz dont visit this hospital …unnecessary tests they had done just to make money in the hospital….please dont waste your time and money by visiting this hospital……n my recommendations to all …that dont allow to any hospitals to take biopsy sample……its very very dangerous…this hospital even done this without letting me know about the consequences of this test….he is rude , manner less ..etc

Nursing staff is too good and Dr too .But I have a complain to manager of this hospital that plz check every room and maintain all the things is working or not because some of flush is not working and water heater also and hang plz any room fresher also . And Dr give treatment too good my aunt admit her after 2 years so u can think how good they give treatment to the bed patients also .And I have a request also plz change dress code of Nursing staff also that your staff look smart and tide also.
