Extremely bad experience. They have everything except skilled workers. They will cut you hair as per their mood and then end up saying "Sorry sir, thoda galat kat gya but this is also looking good". And if you insist them that you are not satisfied, then they will say, please come again after few days and they will do it for you in your next visit. When I asked them for a feedback register so that I can share my review with the owner, they didn't even have a feedback register. He gave me a contact register and told me to write my review there only. On top of it, they didn't have a standard pricing, last time they charged me 400 or 450 bucks, but this time it was just 380 bucks for the same service. I really wanna request respected owner that, in place of spending money in interior or comfort, please use that money to have some good quality workers', so that, now onwards your customers might not feel bad or regret taking your service. And now, I am sure that this was the last time I made a mistake to use meenakshi salon's service, will never ever repeat this mistake again.

Didn't like the experience was their regular customer every time it was getting worse from the previous time did facial i would rate below average meni pedi was for 1500 it wasn't worth too as hardly there was any massage they did it in 20 minutes iguess its like if you will opt for some higher price range they will show effort otherwise they wont at this price I would have opted for some other salon Plus it's costly will look for some other option

One of the worst salon in town. Highly unprofessional people sitting at reception. There is no proper appointment system and staff is really rude if you just walk in.

Completely horrible experience…. Ruined my bridal look…read this before you book.. I booked personally the daughter of the founder Mrs. Meenakshi but she cancelled at the last moment and instead I had to get my makeup done from Mrs. Meenakshi herself. I asked for a subtle nude makeup but she overdid it to such an extent that I had to spend an entire hour to remove the excessive amount of kohl on my eyes. I ended up looking completely fake and plastic with flaky makeup. The base changed the entire shape of my face. I will never ever ever visit this salon or recommend this to anyone again.

Very good place for both girl's and boy's, many branded products are here , meenaxi madam is a very great lady, she is carring women's empowerment. It was very nice to meeting her.

I'm reviewing after 2 days of my service I did antidandruff treatment which they claimed to work atleast for 30days which costed me 1500 bugs but it didn't work even for 2 days and even if we do in home it last for weeks Which means the products they are using and not good. Staffs are good but services needs to be improved Just don't go by the name....

when ever I am in raipur I visit MEENAKSHI'S salon for my basic skin care requirements but last october I did facial in devendra nagar branch which was a unpleasant experience they charge me nearly Rs 4000 for a facial with zero result. I would recommend lakme over meenakshi anyday for facial. I know I am late to review but yes the experience stayed me for long so had to vent out the bad experience in the ends it’s better late than never.

Both of my eyes got blood and scarred because of meenakshi staff , the girl who is assigned to do only shampoo did my threading , she was inefficient and both my eyes had blood in them because of her threading, it could have gotten worse , after she did my eyebrows both of my eyebrown skin swelled badly and now it has scars , and she was so reluctant that even after seeing blood she was not even sorry for what she did ! My skin near eyebrows scarred and swelled badly !! Never again visiting that parlour .

Literally the worst salon I have ever been to . Bhai nahi aata curly hair trim krna toh bata toh na pehle. The guy who was trimming had literally 0 knowledge about curls

I took prebridal serivce which was very good. Pallavika Mam gave me serives which I really liked. Behavior of all the staff was very good. And i am very happy ☺️

The salon is the most pathetic i have ever visited.sat for long but nobody attended. The guy kept running away when I asked him a few questions. I left without taking any service and they didn't even bother to apologise at the reception. I hope the staff is changed so that the salon can live upto the brand- Meenakshi.They don't look like hair stylist and don't have the basic knowledge also.
