Great
store
for
shopping
at
nominal
prices
with
good
quality
items.
The
recently
opened
second
floor
gives
variety
of
options
in
clothes
and
accessories.
Parking
facility
is
great
with
a
lot
of
space
designed
to
accommodate
peak
day.
Update:
June,
2022.
Few
observations
in
chronological
sequence
as
one
enters
the
store:
1.
Location
-
Perfect
location,
away
from
the
traffic
of
the
city
and
in
a
peaceful
location
near
the
highway.
It's
location
at
the
service
road
also
doesn't
cause
congestion
in
the
main
highway.
That's
a
big
plus
point,
given
that
earlier
many
big
stores
used
yo
be
opened
right
in
front
of
the
highway.
People
living
in
DDU
Nagar,
Dangania,
Agroha
colony
and
nearby
Mahadev
ghat
road
areas
have
benefitted
immensely
from
the
opening
of
this
store.
2.
Accessibility
-
The
facilities
in
the
store
from
the
entrance
till
the
exit
are
disabled
friendly.
Ramps
are
present
in
the
entrance
and
exit
along
with
the
elevators
inside
the
store
making
this
store
one
of
the
accessible
ones
in
Raipur.
3.
Parking
-
There
is
separate
parking
facility
for
2
wheeler
and
4
wheelers
inside
the
store
boundaries.
The
4
wheeler
parking
has
a
overhead
parking
structure
to
protect
from
rain.
There
are
guards
present
throughout
the
parking
area
to
guide
the
customers.
They
are
well
trained
and
well
behaved.
4.
Range
of
products
-
Similar
to
any
supermarket,
trolley
facility
is
available
along
with
medium-sized
carry
bags.
The
store
has
a
huge
carpet
area
and
has
a
wide
variety
of
products
ranging
from
edibles
to
wearables,
stationary
to
hygiene
products,
toys,
etc.
In
every
segment,
few
products
have
varied
brands
available,
eg.
LED
bulbs,
writing
registers,
etc.
while
some
other
products
donot
have
many
options
in
terms
of
brands,
eg.
Peanut
butter,
Jam,
etc.
Overall,
I
wouldn't
say
that
one
will
have
great
option
in
brands
with
respect
to
the
products,
but
there
is
a
wide
variety
of
products
available
here.
5.
Price
-
DMart
is
the
market
leader
when
it
comes
to
the
pricing
of
products
due
to
the
enormous
number
of
outlets
it
has
in
the
country.
It
gives
a
very
tough
competition
to
the
other
local
supermarkets
in
the
area.
6.
Other
amenities
-
A
new
outlet
has
been
opened
in
the
backside
of
the
store
which
sells
popcorn
and
ice-cream
to
the
customers
at
very
low
prices
(₹15
each).
It
is
an
initiative
of
the
store
itself.
The
quality
and
taste
of
both
the
ice-cream
and
popcorn
is
not
too
great
but
rest
assured,
they
don't
upset
the
stomach.
7.
Staff
-
The
staff
is
well
trained
and
well
behaved.
They
are
extremely
helpful
and
polite
to
the
customers.
Staff
behaviour
is
one
of
the
biggest
factors
which
affects
the
shopping
experience
and
I
was
satisfied
by
the
behaviour
of
the
DMart
store
staff.
8.
Payment
facility
-
Multiple
payment
facilities
are
available
including
cash,
credit/debit
card
and
UPI
payments.
9.
Small
suggestion
-
The
food
carts
in
front
sometimes
lead
to
traffic
congestion
in
the
front
area
of
the
store
during
peak
hours
in
holidays.
One
solution
may
be
to
cover
the
drainage
line
in
front
of
the
store
with
a
strong
concrete
lid
and
let
them
stand
there
where
they
can
easily
serve
the
customers
and
not
cause
any
traffic
congestion.
Railings
can
be
fixed
on
the
boundary
of
that
area
so
that
it
is
safe
for
the
customers
and
chances
of
accidents
on
the
service
road
can
be
minimized.
DMart
is
a
great
place
to
shop
for
groceries
and
offers
great
value
for
money.
I
would
recommend
this
place
to
those
who
have
time
and
even
if
you
don't,
visit
once
in
a
few
months
for
a
change
as
it
makes
shopping
a
wholesome
experience
when
compared
to
regular
kirana
stores.
